Indian Trail Animal Hospital Spokane, Washington

We have neutered our dog last week and the staff at Indian Trail Animal Hospital were great, starting with the front ladies, the docs, especially Dr. Turnbull who performed the surgery, and ending with the techs in the back - everyone was amazing in taking care of our Leo :-)) This is a great place where they really care for your animals, are very reliable and professional in the same time. We LOVE them!

A little pricey but worth it for the care they give. Wish they had Saturday hours, like 8 to 2.

Got us in QUICK! I can't over emphasize how wonderful and accommodating everyone I interreacted with was. My dog was treated like a queen and I feel very well informed after our visit. Very professional :)

They are knowledgeable in ethical dog ownership, advocate for the dogs, and go to great lengths to create a positive and enjoyable experience for the animals in their care. Very professional and kind. I have been bringing both my dogs and cats here for the past 2 years, and will continue as long as I live in spokane!

Hands down THE best vets around. Fast, accurate, friendly, professional. I've read so many reviews saying about how they're expensive, but... I've been to multiple different vets in multiple states and they are the most reasonably priced animal hospital I've ever been to, especially when you take into account how awesome they are!

They were the absolute best, most kind people when I was desperate to find help for my dog yesterday.

Indian Trail Animal Hospital is great! I have a dog that is a chihuahua mix and she is very skittish and they really work with all of her fears and make her feel as comfortable as possible. They are so caring and that makes taking her to the vet a lot easier.

I had a great experience here and Dr. Heather made sure my chihuahua was comfortable and felt loved. The prices are a bit spendy but not to much higher than our last one in Tacoma. I'll continue to take my doggy here.

Went there for years. Had to put my dog down cause of Seizures. He was having 3 a day and not eating. Take him in and the new dr there had an agenda was rude and disrespectful. Horrible. It wad hard fir is too put our dog down. He made us feel like we neglected him and he wanted and got blood test and medication. Well the next day he had 6 of them and passed away. The new dr. Needs training and can't believe they would hire someone like that. Nick Snider is the Vet. Dr Armstrong is great but this nick guy is a douches. He didn't look and see that all our pets were taken care of by them. For him to say what he said is just horrible. Never going there again and it's getting way too expensive. I didn't care about the money and already paid for the cremation but he wouldn't do it. So his agenda cause my dog more suffering. So we're have to remember my dog like that as his last day. Just horrible and the money were have spent there... just sad.

I just moved here last week and I guess my poor doggo is allergic to Eastern Washington? She was 'tore up from the floor up' and Mikayla(sp) who answered the phone was SO kind and SO compassionate and was able to get the doctor to see me on his lunch! Meeting the doctor, meeting the nurse... from start to finish had me so emotional because I have NEVER had such phenomenal care and attention to service like this. They loved on my doggo like she was theirs, they were so attentive and kind to her fears and anxieties. Gaaaah, I could go on and on!!! Just go see them! if you are a true animal lover, I would suggest not going anywhere else but to them!! OUTSTANDING and CARING staff!

Dr. Armstrong was extremely patient with our fearful dog after she had a couple bad experiences at other vet offices during the pandemic when she had to be seen without family. He invited us to visit the clinic with Marta in between appointments to lessen her fear. Everyone in the office is great to work with. I highly recommend them.

The first time I came in, they incorrectly diagnosed my dog's ear infection as an "allergic reaction". Cost me 200 bucks for a medication and ear cleaning that didn't solve the problem. A week later, the infection had returned as badly as before. Granted, the second time I came in, the diagnosis was accurate, and the medication they prescribed got the job done. Still would've appreciated them getting it right the first time. I'm can't financially afford misdiagnoses.

The vet tech who gave me was great, but I have two complaints about this veterinary practice. One is that it's ridiculously difficult to get a person on the phone. Two, I wish the diagnosis and instructions for treatment were printed out for me like VCA centers (on my bill instead of the ads would be great). Or provide clients with info printouts from Veterinary Information Network. Oftentimes visiting the vet is stressful, and misunderstood information can have dire consequences.

We've been taking our dogs to ITAH for 15 years for everything, from routine care to major surgery, and we've never had a bad experience. The staff are welcoming and friendly and our dogs are always treated very well.

Had shots which vet tech did. This is my regular vet clinic. Happy with them.

Very caring team. Everyone treats you like family. The one on one care is exceptional you can't ask for better care. They make it fear free and the stress level is very low because you know your pet is in the best possible care. I would suggest Indian Trail Animal Hospital to everyone.
