I had called and thought I had scheduled an appointment for our little dog, Lucy. However, when I showed up, my name was not in the system for any appointment. The staff somehow worked Lucy in, and though we had to wait longer than I had expected, she was given a complete exam and blood work. The vet called after work to share the good news that Lucy's lab work looked very good. We were very grateful for the extra service and the kindness shown to us.

Wonderful staff. It has a nice waiting room and clean environment. All of your veterinarian needs in one place. I would highly recommend.

I have been bringing my pets here for over twenty years! They are sincerely the best!

They've been our vet for the last couple of years. The staff is professional, compassionate, courteous, and listens to any concerns that come up. We've had emergencies, and my crew gets in within a day or so.

Today we had to make the hardest decision ever, and that was to put our sweet 10 1/2 year old lab mix down. The vet and all the staff were so kind and compassionate. They kindly walked us through the whole process and took such good care of our sweet boy. Thank you for making an extremely difficult situation less difficult.

My pets have been patience of the Garland Animal Clinic fir several years. We love everyone there!! I love there are several vets available in case of an emergency, and each and every one of them is awesome! Thank you to the whole team!!

When we moved back to Spokane in Aug 2018, I didn't figure on getting a new vet. I was just going to use Hunter as I had before. Well, suffice it to say the day I waited for 4 hours on a Friday to get my dog seen was the day I was searching for a new vet and I found Garland Animal Clinic. I called them when we got home and they told me I could get in for an appointment the very next day. I was shocked. They have been an amazing & caring veterinary team. I have had personal chats with Dr. Cobb the most but a few others have treated Barry, just as well. Luckily, nothing up until this last week has been too serious but now I (unfortunately/fortunately?) know how they keep Urgent Appointments slots open for those "just in case" cases. Apparently, dogs can't process fat very well. Barry is on the mend after a delightful overnight stay that with their Military Discount didn't totally break the bank, even with medications thrown in. I will say that I believe their roster of clientele has picked up a bit as news of their awesomeness has spread so get in now for a simple appointment so that when you NEED an appointment, you can get one. I tried to refer a friend a few months ago and they couldn't get her in for a few weeks - but I called the next day and got in within a week. I know that when your furbaby needs to see someone a few weeks isn't acceptable but that's why my advice is to get in there now when you don't need it. I find it a fantastic business plan to make sure you have slots open for current clientele based on a need scale that ranges from 'bring him in immediately (30-60 mins) and we can do next Tuesday (from a Thursday). You won't regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about Garland Animal Clinic! I had an urgent problem with my fur baby, and they got me in immediately. They were super nice, kept me informed the entire time, even just to let me know that it would be a little longer than expected, and took such good care of my kitty. I'm so glad I brought her here for care, and will definitely do so in the future. Everyone from the front counter, to the techs, to the doctor, made me feel so much better and I appreciate it so much.

Dr Grace is the most compassionate gal. I didn't know my kitty had a bad heart and it was an emergency to put her down. Dr grace sure lives up to her name. Thanks for being your sweet self. Oh and putting up with Luna and now Gato the crazy cat

AMAZING doctors!!! However, customer service (front of house) has a lot of room for improvement. Phone calls often go unanswered and sometimes ignored. I understand call volume can be difficult, but with how much was invested in the architecture of the building (and how many front office staff seem to be employed), my suggestion would be to outsource to a call center to improve call responsiveness. Also would be great to be able to speak to the doctors more frequently. The vet techs I’ve interacted with have not been very informative or helpful communicators, which is why I moved to a different primary vet. That said, they try to prioritize the most important cases, and if something is truly an emergency (at least it seems) they will try to respond. They were the only vet in town to be able to get my cat in for urgent surgery. Just wish I could rely on them to respond consistently, because I don’t know for certain that they prioritized responding about my cat’s surgery, or whether it was a fluke that they had the time.

Great experience. I was able to bring my dog in relatively soon and be seen shortly after. I thought I would be charged a lot of money but it was reasonably priced.

They do an awesome job with communication and getting your pets health concerns and needs taken care of very efficiently! I was even able to get my senior cat started on her new medication immediately. I appreciate everything they do for us.

I could probably write a novel about why I love Garland Animal Clinic. But our most recent experience with them touched me in a way that will stick with me forever. When you take your animal to Garland, they won’t treat you like just another patient - they have the best interest for you and your fur baby and will treat you like family. Our cat was dealing with urethra blockage (a life threatening condition) and ended up getting a PU surgery performed by Dr. Sorenson, he had complications in surgery due to a tear in his urethra but Dr did a 10/10 job. He has healed beautifully and she truly saved his life. If you know anything about PU surgery you’ve probably read all the horror stories that can come with it. We had nothing but a positive experience. She and her team truly treated our cat like family. Dr Taylor has also helped us on our journey and she is also outstanding. So kind and patient and really takes the time to answer any questions I have and help to educate me on my cats condition. The front desk is always so kind and happily answers any questions. Between our cats major surgery and staying at the vet for several days I was shocked at how affordable they were. I’m that cat mom that calls the vet if any little thing is wrong and I’m never made to feel like a burden. I could go on forever but trust me when I say this is the best animal clinic in town.

Very friendly and helpful, make actual appointments versus other local vets who don’t. Responsive to calls and technologically current (can text records, etc).

I can’t say enough about these guys!! They were amazing through all the care of my last 12 year old dachshund and all his needs, and when it came time to let him go they were so unbelievably prompt and compassionate! It meant the world in one of my worst times to have everything taken care of so smoothly and with care. I now have a new puppy and they are the only place I want to take him!! Thank you Garland Animal team for all you do!!

Highly recommend Garland Vet~ Dr. Taylor & Zack were amazing. They provided a lowest to highest quote for my Lil gals dental work to include even any surprises- the front office staff was extremely professional and readily answered questions. It took a bit to get in for our 1st appointment but it was worth the wait!

I have a sick animal in need of help and they turned me away .. this is the second time this had happened at this clinic and It's also the last time.

Dr Sorenson is always happy to see all my beagles. Takes good care with them.

The Doctors and staff of Garland Animal Clinic have been providing excellent care for my dogs for over 14 years. My Murphy was literally starving to death despite his voracious appetite; Dr. Boharski diagnosed him with EPI, prescribed an enzyme treatment, and Murphy has gone from emaciated, with ribs poking out, to a healthy 98lbs ( well, maybe he should lose 5 lbs????????). My two girls were treated by the Clinic from 8 weeks old till their passing.
