Visted Claws, total waste of money, I ordered the crab sandwich, looked nothing like the pictures, my wife ordered the prann cocktail which was a bowl full of lettuce leafs, also got the feeling from the staff they didn't want us there, if that's the case lock up and go home.

Great service, excellent food. Prices very reasonable for the quality they offer. Very tasty and fresh seafood. Nice pot of tea too :) Highly recommend this place if in Brixham.

Very pricy..£7.50 for a sandwich! Went in with my friend asked where we could sit. Was told you can't sit there as it was being sterilised we sat down no one came to us after sitting there for nearly 10 minutes... Customer service zero and snobby attitude

My husband and I just had a take away crab sandwich from Claws although not cheap it was worth every penny it was absolutely delicious would highly recommend

Fantastic staff and fantastic food. The whole team made us feel very welcome and the crab sandwiches are the best. Reasonable price and lovely setting by the harbour it's an ideal lunch place for any one in the area

Fabulous little shack with around 10 tables for first come first served. Very good value. The seafood platter that feeds two at around £20 is cheap in my eyes... Friendly staff, wine and beer available. Cash only. Delicious and highly recommended.

This is a simple extension of the Claws restaurant opposite and comprises a few tables penned in on the harbour side serviced out of a cabin kitchen/stall which serves cold dishes and snacks from the Claws menu. It's a basic set up and sea food prices rarely seem a bargain, but that said our sea food platter was almost more than the two of us could eat. Extra bread and dressing etc was happily provided and they are even licensed if you want beer or wine, even fizz. All the seafood is straight out of the sea, served in an unpretentious manner, it tastes great and the view from harbour side really makes it special.

Fantastic seafood on the harbourside - you can't get fresher than this! Fabulous ambience and great service. Will definitely be coming here again ????????

Seafood platter is recommended, a bit pricey but well worth it.

I feel a bit sad about this place, the food was really very good, prices were a little high, but it’s a seaside town, it is to be expected, the reason we marked them so low was because we had 3 Chinese in our group and they only wanted to drink hot water, they charged £2 for the hot water which is the first time any cafe/restaurant has ever charged for just having boiled tap water. The food was really good, the only negative from the food point of view was that there wasn’t enough of it. Staff were friendly, but charging for boiled tap water was just unforgivable from the Chinese group members and even though they loved the food, I couldn’t get them to go back as a result.

Had a prawn sandwich from here made freshly it was outstanding taste excellent with a hint of lemon ???? well worth a visit if in Brixham !!! I had been here before a couple of years ago so had to come back again the price was a little high at £7.95 but once in a while treat was worth it ????????

Just had a great meal here.The Brixah platter, Halibut, Plaice, Trout, Mackerel and Dab. All beautifully cooked and presented. Even better they tasted great.

Lovely place to have some seafood and let the kids do some crabbing at the same time. We had a yummy seafood platter to share and Claws were very happy to substitute items we don't like.

Amazing place excellent staff and the best seafood in Torbay

We dinned at ‘Claw’ this afternoon with our two fussy,with food,grandchildren we were greated and looked after by Sofie and Julia both very attentive,polite and entertaining into conversation with us ???? We asked if our grandchildren could sample some crab meat before ordering,our request fulfilled and now our grandson is a crab lover ! The food quality,quantity and preparation was in view and excellent. Our grandson,fussy eater was not keen on the salad which was excellent, he requested for just cucumber which arrived immediately putting a smile on his face ! We will certainly return to ‘Claw’ and highly recommend this restaurant.????????????????????

Simply delish Had the seafood platter . Exell. Value for money .all tasted very freash. Also had the oysters. Reasonable price for 7 .all were clean and well prepared . Bit hit and miss to get a table but well worth it when you do. Would def. Recomend this lovely place
