VCA Snohomish Animal Hospital Snohomish, Washington

I visited for the first time yesterday, Dr Woods and the rest of the staff were all SO lovely! Everyone at this location seemed incredibly genuine and provided Voodoo and I with such great service. I feel confident bringing my pets here for any future care needed. Thank you!

This place is hit or miss. The vet is helpful for big stuff but if its something small they are unwilling to call back. If something goes wrong they are pretty unprofessional about it, particularly some of the ladies at the front desk. I would say if you havent used them yet, go elsewhere.

I had to make my first appointment here when my baby girl was sick. From the first phone call, the receptionist was warm, caring. When I got her into her appointment room, the Vet assistant was punctual and thorough. The vet came right in to check on my cat. I did not wait long for anyone, and I was very grateful. Unfortunately, my cat was too sick and in too much pain, and I had to make a hard choice for her that day. What I will say is that I spent about an hour saying good bye to my baby, holding her, petting her, recounting all of her greatest moments, and giving her a million soft kisses. My good bye at the vet's office was not rushed. I was able to take all of the time I needed to say a proper good bye, and I was grateful. A week later, I received a sympathy card from VCA filled with kindnesses I wasn't expecting. It was a devastating way to meet the staff, but their compassion and kindness meant the world to me.

The folks here are fantastic. We brought in a 7 year old shepherd mix that we just adopted. He was extremely nervous and they were very patient with getting him the care he needed.

I’ve taken my dogs here for years because we knew the vet. Since then she has left, and the service has gotten progressively worse, vets want to sell you the most expensive stuff instead of what will work for a budget. My girlfriend scheduled an appointment for our new kitten and when she came in she was told there was no appointment and they couldn’t get her in. So I called once I told them my name their tone completely changed and they wanted to help. Service should not be based on how long you have been with a vet. They immediately call her back trying to reconcile. Saying she should have added the cat under my name. We will not be returning to this vet.

The staff at VCA Snohomish have always been so kind to my cat. In his geriatric years they've been able to recommend procedures that don't break the bank, but will aide in giving him the best quality of life.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped quickly diagnose our pups broken leg and were able to get same day results and referral for a surgeon. We have been going there ever since.

They were able to get our kitty in quickly while everyone else was booked out for weeks. They figured out what was wrong after being so careful and gentle, and treated our kitty very well. Thank you guys. Update: Buddy (Our Kitty) is doing great after his last checkup! I even got there early on accident and they still took him in almost immediately! Thank you all so much, we appreciate you more than we can say <3

Great compassion for my 3 pets.

It seemed a bit expensive however I heard after the fact that VCA is one of if not the most expensive animal hospital in the nation. That said, they seemed to have done a good job.

The staff and doctor were amazing on my recent visit. It was easy to set up an appointment and I didn't have to wait very long for them to take my dog back. Currently everything is done over the phone and waiting in your car because of covid but they have a smooth system figured out. The doctor was very informative and they were nice enough to follow up with me the next day to make sure everything was going well.

We like them for our dog. They treat her well and respect us as owners. And give us the information we need to help our dog out.

This place is absolutely amazing !!!!!! My WESTIE goes there every month and gets her ADDISON'S shot and a nail trimming.. and they have the most amazing staff and doctors

My baxter cat had to be put down. I called vca to see how much. They quoted 285.00 just for the procedure. Then another 300 for the cremation service. I thought that was ridiculous! I called sultan vet. They did it for 57 dollars, and 209 dollars for the same cremation service. So 266 bucks vs 580 bucks. Wow talk about gouging. They were nice, let me know up front what was about to happen. Baxter went to sleep peacefully!!!!! Shame on vca for charging such a ridiculous amount in a pandemic. Glad i shopped around.

The vet we saw here was a very poor communicator and seemed "spacey" and not real forthcoming with us about our dog's condition. We decided to take our dog's care elsewhere.

My golden developed a double ear infection and 2 pretty bad, infected hotspots over the weekend while we were camping. I was frantically calling every vet in the area Tuesday night, and they were all full and even the ER was at capacity. Out of all the vets I called ( over 15 ) Linda with VCA really stood out because it seemed like she genuinely cared and was concerned, and wanted to get my pup some help. We had a rough night with him, and I called first thing Wednesday morning and they managed to squeeze my golden in between appointments and confirmed alot of what we thought he might have. They got to work on him, kept me informed, broke down all the costs for the sedation, meds etc and I felt like he was in really great hands there. All of the staff I talked to were very friendly and helpful, including technicians, and the doctor. We plan on making this our new go to vet, as its much closer for us anyways. Thank you VCA and especially Linda for going above and beyond to help get my boy get in to be seen and treated, my family really appreciates it!

Just switched over to VCA So far they have seen 2 of my cats and 1 dog. The staff is Amazing!!! All the way from the receptionist, Vet techs, To the Veterinarians. We have seen Dr. Libra and Dr. Anderson. They are both great! I highly recommend VCA in Snohomish!

I had 2 animal emergencies: The first time they said "they didn't have time to see me before they closed," my animal was severely injured, he needed stitches from spine to the middle of his belly underneath. VCA told me to try taking him somewhere else..........The second time they said I could make an appointment for 5 days out, I said to them " this was an emergency " and I asked the lady "isn't this a hospital ?" my cat was bleeding and had thorns in her paw, I said to VCA "I am sorry, I really think that this needs to be addressed before the weekend !" I was told again to try somewhere else..... After all of this, I was literally in tears. It seems like a lack of compassion ! I wasn't even concerned with the costs !

Took my dog there. Everyone was enjoyable to deal with.

Very friendly, accepting of all medical needs for your pet/s and loads of information to help you choose what's best for them. They've been great with us and our lil chocolate kitten, Miss BB. Thank you VCA!
