They messed up my cat prescription. They forgot to have it on time and then they couldn't make the dose my cat was taking. I ended up getting it at chewy. Asking for 75 dls in advance (they return it to you if you show up at the appointment I guess) it's very nice either.

They're animal lovers and your best sidekick will tell ya wuuf. Thanks for keeping my buddy healthy. Thx.....Piper & Doug

I always bring my puppies to companion vet for their baer hearing test. The staff is always friendly and nice.

My shy cat is pretty comfortable here. That says it all. I love this vet. If you can't do everything suggested right away there's no pressure or having to leave feeling guilty. Everyone here is wonderful. Thank you for your awesome care, my cat is back to her old self!

Brought my two cats here for dental cleanings. I called around to several places and was given a wide range of estimates for cat dentals. This clinic was reasonably priced, easy to work with, and took good care of my cats, even the grumpy one.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, I found this establishment through an online search for basic vaccines. The website I had found was VERY misleading. There was a price chart and even weekly specials posted that has this "specific" clinic address linked to the site. Of course I was very dissappointed when estimates were printed up for certain services I had thought we're going to be much different, and I didn't find out till after payment that this clinic had no ties to what is posted online. They need to correct/remove their information from that site that says they are connected to. I won't be returning to this clinic, it's way to over priced for basic care.

When I called to get a price for getting my kitten neutered I was told $185 . I was also told that he had to be 6 months old. Both were incorrect. When I told to another lady there I was told he could be younger as long as he was 2 pounds. So told I took my 4 pound kitten to be fixe . Much to my surprise the cost $274 when I got there. When asked why I was first told "I dont know" after more questioning she said, well you checked yes to the extra IV fluids to help him recover." Yes that I correct I did. The $22 of extra IV fluids. She really still couldnt tell me why it was so much more. Another lady come out and says, "well he needed this and this and that and the $185 is just a base price." Ummmm base price??? Am I buying a new car? And on top of all of this I'll be taking my kitten to another vet on Wednesday to establish care so I can get flea pills. When asking the person at the front desk I was told that they only do liquid and if I wanted pills I had to figure out what pills would be best for him. Then I had to find a place that I could get them. Then I had to ask them to fax whatever they need from the vet and only then I could get flea meds. I'm not a vet or work in a vet office. I dont have cats so I never no idea what so ever what he should take and where to get it. I only know I do not what the liquid flea meds. I will never go to this office again!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I’m so thankful to Karen Ericson for fitting us into the schedule and to Dr. Ericson for performing her urgent surgery. The whole staff was so nice and I loved the detailed paperwork I got for her recovery at home. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to everyone.

My fiancé and I took our fur baby in to get spayed, her second round of shots, ear cleaning, nail trimming - pretty much everything we could get done. While any surgery could be hard on the animal and it’s owners, the staff made it as easy as possible for us. They were very friendly, informative, and very kind to our pup Luna. I was referred by an old friend that has been taking their animals here for years, and I needed a place that was decently affordable, wouldn’t break my bank, & put time and love into their work. We found that here at Companion! Even though we just took her in for this one day - from this experience I will FOR SURE take Luna back! Thank you Companion for the great work you did. And hopefully Luna will heal up great and be back to normal within the next 2 weeks! ????????????

Always get a fantastic experience here. Worth my 45 minute drive! People are very friendly and sweet, and know what they're doing!

The Dr.s and staff are great. Friendly, helpful, and happy to be there. We were just there for the annual rabies shot. So it was a pretty quick appointment. They do a quick physical, check temp, heart rate, joints, etc. And then we waited about 10 minutes, they came back in gave our pup the rabies shot and we were all done. I really appreciate that they are friendly, care about you and your pet, but they also know you've got other things to do. They don't rush and make it feel like an impersonal drive thru anonymous experience, but you also don't end up spending your whole Saturday at the Vet just to get one shot. Also very affordable. I believe I paid $98 for a yearly physical (check up?) and the rabies shot. Definitely recommend.

We got to Snohomish late Friday night to visit family. Saturday morning our dog got sick. They got us in within a couple hours and the base cost of an exam was half what it is at the emergency clinic. All the staff were extremely friendly, and seemed to love our boy, Rockie, despite him being a super spazzy puppy with no manners! It's awful having a sick pet when you're away from home but everyone at Companion (especially Nicole) made it easier.

I called to schedule an appointment for puppy shots, and to my surprise the only info I had to give to hold the appointment was my name and my pets name, I thought this was weird but carried on and thought i was set up and ready to go. I show up when I believed my appointment was and it turns out it was booked for the following day. I asked to fill out paper work since I was already there and the front desk told me I didnt need any which I also thought was weird. I went in today for my appointment only to find out why I had no paper work and why I didnt have to give very much information to hold my appointment. They were booking me under my fathers account even though I told them we were separate and I didnt want the account to be together. I am frustrated by the service I received while trying to book. The clinic is clean and well presented but my entire appointment felt rushed and I feel uncared for. I had a lot of questions regarding my new puppy they were left unanswered and only spent about 5 minutes with the vet who didnt even shake my had. I ended up getting a few of my questions answered at the front desk but felt like I was being rushed out of her way too. The experience was okay and they took care of my dog but unfortunately I dont feel comfortable with the way I feel my time was disvalued, or my my questions be left unanswered. My father referred me so I would be taken care of, but honestly the service was surprising to me in all the wrong ways. I hope this review makes it to someone that would be willing to change mr mind, or reassure me that my pet would be under the proper care in this facility. Thanks for reading.
