Called to make appt to get my. Dog spayed. They are not taking on any new. Clients. Disappointing

I have been going to Clearview Animal Hospital for 17 years. They are the best.

There people here are so nice and they will do everything to help you out.

Excellent and competent care with compassion. Doesn't get better for our pets.

My wife and I have used this vet for about 6 years with our last dog. And they were amazing. After we had put our dog down we waited about a year before we got our new dog. We scheduled an appointment, 4 weeks out but we loved this place so much we wanted to wait. Unfortunately, as life happens, we ran a little late and arrived 10 MINUTES late. Becuase we were late they would not see us and offered to schedule another appointment which was another 5 weeks out. My wife (dental assistant) and I (service manager) work in businesses that take appointments. Our businesses would NEVER turn away a client that was 10 minutes late. Very Disappointed!

I would give this vet hospital a million stars if I could. i have been coming here for the past 8 years and we got nothing but the most loving, caring, compassionate, knowledgable and detail oriented care for our Leonberger. We were referred to Dr. Black by one of our old neighbors (Thanks Ryan/Katie!). Over the years we got great care at really reasonable price. This is just the tip of why I think this vet is great. I will give you one great example: Earlier this year, my dog slowly become lethargic and eating less and less. I originally thought he was being picky with his food again (and he can be and has been super picky with what he would eat), so I cooked up his favorites one night but he ate couple bites then stopped. The very next morning I called the hospital trying to make an appointment. The front desk was able to get my dog scheduled with another Doctor since Dr. Black was fully booked. I was ok with that since I really needed someone to look him over. We brought him in, we followed the COVID protocol and waited in the car for someone to come out to bring him in. When we called the office to let them know we were here, the lady told us "Dr. Black says he will make sure he look over your dog himself in between appointments." When we heard that, both my gf and I were overjoyed (and almost cried) since Dr. Black has been our dog's vet for almost all of his life. Dr. Black looked him over and found that my dog was having high fever and he also found a lump around his neck area. Few more test later, it was determined that my dog had bacterial infection. Dr. Black put him on antibiotics right away and called me back to tell me that he wants to keep my dog for the next few hours to make sure he didn't have any bad reactions to the antibiotics and at same time he could monitor my dog's fever to make sure it was going down. Turns out the antibiotics worked, and my pup was able to come home with me the very same day! At the end, Dr. Black kept my dog with him for 8 hours, cared for him, and continuing to monitor him throughout the day and called me 3 times throughout the day to let me know how my pup was doing while having a fully booked day!! We are forever grateful to have him as our vet! I highly recommend Dr. Black and this animal hospital to anyone looking for great vet care for their 4 legged friends.

They're great there,but remember all the things you came for. Recommended to me 10 years ago and we've always been happy

Wonderful place to take your first baby. Compassionate, knowledgeable people who really care about animal health.

Two dogs over a 15 year period. The only time something serious needed to be dealt with, we were referred away. There are several Veterinarians at the clinic and you get whomever they decide can be bothered on that particular day. Cash only, on the spot. We finally quit going after making a routine appointment for vaccine renewals. Their Covid policy is to leave their patients in the parking lot, animal only to be retrieved by an employee, NO DISCUSSION WITH THE DOCTOR ALLOWED, phone in from the parking lot. That might work if they bothered to answer the phone, or checked the parking lot. After waiting in the rain 30 minutes after our appointment, a half a dozen voice mails and not even an acknowledgement of our existence by the moon suited, roving employee, we have ended our relationship with these quacks.

A recent emergency of a yellow lab who desperately needed immediate Compassionate Departure, I give LESS THAN ZERO stars. How cruel and heartless to leave owner standing there staring at her dying dog while you wouldn't even open the door, much less triage YOUR REGULAR CLIENT. Dr. Black, your staff FAILED MISERABLY. We will never forget that. I, personally, as a thirty year career vet tech, will never refer a single person to your dispassionate business. PROUD OF PILCHUCK who as always sets the Gold Standard of care for speed of response, compassion, and effeciency. Clearview wouldn't even answer the phone to tell client we needed to bypass them (closest and regular vet) and head to Pilchuck. Shame, shame, shame on you Clearview! Love their sincere care of their patients.

All my pets 2 cats and 1 dog. They do a good job and have it figured out how to care for our pets even though we sit in the car and wait. The Doctor calls and talks, the nurse calls to talk and the front desk calls. Good communication. I had a chip put in my kitty that I brought in just by asking the receptionist. Boom it was done ! They truly love our pets !

This is the best place I have ever been. The people are awesome the vets are all great. I have been bringing my cats to Dr. Black for between 25 and 30 years.

It is a little country animal hospital that retains a nice welcoming atmosphere. Because it is a small practice, it is a little difficult to accept new patients. However, when the patient is officially admitted, the facility, staff, and doctors are wonderful. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

Amazing vet with caring, personalized treatment. This vet in comparison to banefield was a great reminder of feeling like your best interest is at heart.

We love our vets here! We've been bringing our dogs to them for almost 13 years now, and they always take great care of them. Their prices are very reasonable and usually costs us less than what they quote for services. When it came time to say goodbye to one of our sweet girls, Dr. Black helped make the process better than it could have been. He was so compassionate and let us take our time. The entire staff showed us their love and we truly appreciated that in our time of grief. They're always so kind after any procedure and they make follow up calls to check in on our pets. As long as we're in this area, we'll be taking our fur babies here!

Very professional and smart about what they do.

We have been so happy with Clearview Animal Hospital. Their schedule is very flexible and I love that they offer drop off for minor emergency appointments. The doctors are amazing and so is the staff.

My dog's vet really seems to care about her and has such a good connection with her. I feel like she is well taken care of when she has to go in.
