They are very busy. Pretty good sign that this is a great vet. I personally just started taking my princess of a pup here because our vet moved there from Everett. Worth the extra commute for us I my opinion

Picked this veterinarian service out of several in the area. Did not know anything about the veterinarian clinic but from the reviews posted. Wonderful service, answered our questions thoroughly and understandably. Liked how the clinic upheld the COVID-19 structure and came out to meet us and took the pet inside and we waited in the car with the telephone answers from the Dr. I am definitely thinking about changing veterinarian clinics. As a first time customer, I am a VERY satisfied with the Dr and the clinic. Our dog Bella is doing much better today and so am I.

Just because they get you in right away is not a good thing people duh and of course staff is friendly they are making mass money for low quality work.. This is by far the worst vet ever my dog milo was brought in with a bladder infection. They make e everyone stay in their cars and take your animal inside so that you can't see that they aren't doing the testing the claim they are. They diagnosed him with back problems gave no antibiotics just a few muscle relaxers they are usually prescribed to humans these are 3 dollar prescriptions at Walmart for people in large doses they charged use a lit for just a couple pills. He had an actual bladder infection we told them he has blood in his urine they tested found out but thought it was his back. They have mass openings and claim they will squeeze you in on emergency a d have to charge u more. When really they have openings because they are q very horrie vet.My friend took their dog there the other night this dog needs his teeth pulled he is old his breath is horrible there so bad that the infection is poisoning his dog they claimed they need to run more tests to find out why his liver is failing it is because if his teeth duh. You can smell the dogs breath from across the room its obviously infected it doesn't take a genius to figure it out...

I have been going to this clinic for our family pets since before I can remember. They are so kind, professional, and truly amazing at their jobs. They really do care about your animals just like they are their own pets. They take the time to explore every possible care plan for your animals, make sure they are safe, healthy, comfortable and happy. They have treated all 4 of my cats and both my dogs since the time of ownership. Before that they took care of all 3 of our other dogs; Dr. Ball performed dental surgery on our weiner dog that helped prolong his life for another couple years. They have helped my family and I through tough goodbyes and are so gentle and understanding towards your grief. They handle creamtion, and the urns are beautiful and complimentary with name plates. This vet is truly capable of it all, and will treat you like family at a decent cost. They also will work and try to stay within your budget to keep your animals comfortable. Even if I moved out of town, I would still drive to the vet here because I do not trust anyone else with my animals. I highly recommend Dr. Ball and Dr. Shawn, we have 4 cats and two medium-breed dogs and they both have seen them!

Cascade Animal Clinic was my vet for many years in the 80s and 90s when I had a cat. I loved them! Cascade was unable to bill Guide Dogs for the Blind for any vet care for the guide dog puppy I am currently raising, so I had to seek a vet who would - Evergreen Vet Hospital in Kingsgate. The puppy needed to be seen urgently the day after Labor Day and I could not get an appointment. Evergreen recommended I try Cascade and Cascade could fit me in if I paid a deposit to reserve an urgent care appointment. I was happy to do so, and everything went smoothly even though I was 5 minutes late due to traffic. Staff took the time to get all the necessary info to treat the puppy's eye. COVID safety measures were strictly followed (THANK YOU!) and I only had a short wait in my car. My one minor complaint is that I was asked to remain parked on the property to wait where there is no shade (I also had not eaten all day and wanted to run through the nearest drive-through taco place). There has been excellent follow up assistance in the last 48 hours with my additional phone calls and questions, at no charge. Dr Shawn Buchholz and Roberta and Juliana all made me wish Cascade was still my vet, even though Evergreen has been great. (I do not like the extra commute!) Lastly, I thought the charges were very fair.

They were very kind to our dogs, treating one for a growth on her eye. They. We're fast in getting in after the initial appointment. The initial appointment I did have to wait a while because it wasn't an emergency, and covid has made it a little more difficult. Also, be prepared for a higher than normal cost, but what is great care worth when it's your baby and their health is being affected.

Kind and helpful in stressful situations

Have taken our pets to Cascade for many years...Why?...because they even came to our home to put our dog who had a stroke to sleep in his owner's arms! I highly recommend Cascade and their great vets and staff!

I was looking at a 5 to 6 hour wait at all the emergency vets I called for our dog. Cascade had a last-minute cancellation and got my little guy in within the hour of my call. Not only did they relieve the intestinal blockage he had, but the doctor's suspicion of an old pelvic fracture (he is a rescue, so we don't know his history) was confirmed by x-rays. This will help us know how to take care of him much more effectively with his diet, etc. going forward.

I took my cat here for his first check up since moving. They use Covid protocols to minimize contact. I actually really like the Covid protocols and think they should be a permanent option for high-stress pets. Upon arriving you call the office and a vet tech calls you back to discuss everything about your pet. Meanwhile, your pet gets to wait in the car with you which was much less stressful for my cat even though we did have to wait about half an hour. You pass off your pet in the parking lot and they call you after to come retrieve the pet. The doctors also call you and they are informative, thorough, and don't rush through your conversation. My cat usually sulks the rest of the day after a vet appointment and he didn't this time so he seems quite satisfied with the treatment as well! Additionally, the staff was very patient while piecing together his entire medical record. He has multiple medical conditions and has been to a total of 4 vets in different states. His record has not transferred very well and the staff put a lot of effort into making it coherent. I feel the pricing is very reasonable. I plan to stay with this vet for the foreseeable future so long as nothing drastic changes. The only negative feedback I have is that one of the vet techs was wearing her mask but didn't have it covering her nose. I found it surprising that a medical institution of any sort would tolerate that kind of behavior and allow her to interact with the public.

Have never had a bad experience here. No into getting your money. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is extremely friendly and so compassionate.
