Their phone system stinks. They never return calls, so I drove to the business location and a lady took my information and said they'd call us back with an appointment in a day or two. That was over a week and a half ago. They are not reliable and don't respond back to requests that they say they will do. Maybe they treat your pet the same way. Read some of the experiences with these people. They shouldn't be in business!!!!!

It was filthy and I've never seen my dog try to get away from a groomer doing his nails as aggressively as he was trying to get away from the one doing his nails at Silverdale groomers. None of the staff were wearing masks even though it's mandated by the state and as a new client they never asked to see proof of rabies vaccination for my dog. I will NEVER go here again.

This place has been good and reliable until this last time with a different groomer. Too many reasons to post. Going elsewhere next time.

They gave her the cut how I wanted, very quick and staff were very nice and I could tell my girl was treated nicely

I love the people that work here. I met Robin a month ago when I walked in for a nail trimming for Cooper. I had some bad luck at a couple of other places, and I'm glad I found Silverdale pet grooming. We have a new home for grooming purposes..

I can’t recommend them enough! We just moved to the area and I needed a place to take our dog to get her nails trimmed. She gets extremely anxious and scared when people trim her nails, but the employee who did hers worked miracles. She was even able to use the drummel to file them down! I was astonished. She was so kind, and kept positively encouraging my dog to stay calm and she did! I will be taking her monthly now. I believe the price is very reasonable as well.

Nice staff, connected very well with my puppy. Price fair for service done.

Great for Nail walk in's !

Ive been bringing my dog here since it opened. This place is caring, patient and compassionate while dealing with my senior doodle girl. She always looks and smells great when I come to get her. The staff is absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend. My girl is 14, weighs 70 plus lbs and always needs a lot of work. It runs me $120 after a 20% tip and she gets a full bath, hair cutting, nail trim etc. Its worth it!

First time visit... Pretty sure I will be back this week with my other dog. Happy with the service my furbaby received ????????????

We have 3 Dogs and Silverdale Pet grooming is the best. We have tried many places but no one compares in quality, good timing and great care of the dogs, go here you will not regret it.

I had an appointment for 11:30 dropped off my dog, after verifying it was okay to drop her off without her caller that had her tags ( couldn't find it). Went to buy a new collar to replace it, asked approximately how long before she was done and was told an hour and a half. I came back after approximately an hour and 15 minutes and was told she still needed about 45 minutes worth of work. Concerned as I had work at 2:30 I I communicated with them that time frame. I stayed close by hoping it would be done It was just before 2:00 I was given a call to pick her up. When I went to pick her up there was hair on the inside of her blind quarters that was still long they took scissors to in front of me before handing my dog back (I asked for a field cut) I went to take her into my car and I actually saw a flea on her when we settled into the car. This prompted me to call them back and verify whether she went in with fleas ( she is a small white dog and It would have been easily noticed), they confirmed she did not come in with fleas. As well I noticed parts of her that were still dirty or had stuff still stuck to her fur. During my call to verify about the fleas situation, I notified them that the fact that she had a flea on her and at the very least to isolate whatever dog had fleas to prevent this from happening to other animals bringing it home to potentially spread. They said they could potentially talk about a 10% discount for future grooming however that situation pretty much solidifies to me there will not be a future grooming at this location.

I am so disappointed. Maybe I will try again maybe not. I asked for no shaving, no clipping on my dog that has a three later coat. All the guard hair is gone, uneven and belly shaved. I said no to this only yes to a tidying. I thought I was very clear, and, I specifically stated I'm not a dog owner that wants that kind of trimming.

We take our dog to Silverdale Pet Grooming for baths, haircuts, and nail trims. The staff is wonderful, take excellent care of our and he gets great haircuts. I love that it’s a small business, not too many dogs in at once, the personal attention during his appointments is perfect for us. We’ll keep coming here as long as we’re in Silverdale.

Was completely shocked to see customers and staff without masks.

Took my 2 dogs for flea baths today. My dogs are happy fleafree & have luxurious coats. Trimmed their nails & put on flea collars I brought in. Very accommodating. Friendly & dependable. I'll go back for sure

Bruno been going here a few years. At least 3, mabey 4. He is almost 5, I think. He did not like the other places we tried before we found this one. We did not either. He is very calm when we have seen them grooming him through the window. They treat him like he is a star, and he likes that a lot. Thank You.

We are new to the area and took our dog to Silverdale Pet grooming for the first time. She looked wonderful and they gave her lots of love and attention. Great service.

Its OK its not the best nor the worst I didn't like the way the girl was man handling my lil dog while doing her nails I probably won't go back

Was super pleased with how the ladies handled my dog who wasn't sure how to handle the dremel nail file. We will be going back!

This is the best grooming place around. June, the groomer, loves the pets she grooms. I never feel anxious leaving my pets with her. She listens to what i want and grooms my pets that way. She is so sweet. I absolutely recommend this place if you love your animals.

Small, but nice place. Got our Golden idiot trimmed and bathed, she looks and smells great, even 2 weeks later.
