Revised review: They got right back to me about an appointment for my friends dog. I will be calling Aloha Pet Mobile Grooming again.

My mom and dad gave me a haircut during COVID and learned a valuable lesson. They called a professional this time and now my haircut matches my personality again. Randy, did a really good job and he sang to me. Thanks, Dorothy

We used Randy before we moved out of state and he was by far the friendliest groomer we've had and our dog always looked great. It was also so incredibly convenient to have him come to us. Less trauma for our dog since he was in and out on his own stomping grounds. (Also saved us on gas driving to a dog grooming salon and I know Randy tended to cluster his appointments together in one area so he cut down on his own fuel use. :)

Our favorite groomer! The mobile van makes it so convenient for me and less stressful for our dog. Randy is a fantastic -very professional (easy to communicate/schedule, on time, great work). He brings the Aloha spirit with him -you can tell he truly cares about his customers. Our Sheltie always looks terrific after a visit (no small task with all the fur) and is happy to see uncle Randy. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Five stars would get this grooming service again:).

Very loud van and takes a long time! I live in a recently build, solid house; and with all my windows closed - I can still hear this van across the street. How does one come up with a business idea like this? How empty does one have to be inside, to think pet grooming is a worth while pursuit? You are polluting the Earth with toxic chemicals, poisoning pets with cancer causing products, generating noise pollution and agitating neighbors. It is a pinnacle of madness! Please spend your time making the world better not worse.

Aloha everyone! I just took my pup to ALOHA PET MOBILE GROOMING and I was so grateful for our positive experience, I wanted to be sure that I shared a detailed review for those out there that research as deeply as I do when it comes to the care and love for our fur babies! My dog is a cockapoo around 15 weeks old. I know this dog breed will likely require routine grooming visits in the future so I wanted to make sure his first introduction to grooming was a good one. I decided on the mobile pet route because I thought that it would be much better to have a one on one session with the groomer vs waiting an uncertain amount of time as most stationary groomer practice and where your dog's anxiety is influenced by the other rowdy dogs waiting too! I am so relieved that I went with Randy's Company! He was incredible. Me and Biggie (my pup) had very wonderful first impressions of Randy. First couple of things that I noticed was how clean his service van was, secondly was his calm and welcoming demeanor. My dog immediately sensed this in him I could tell. We chatted for a bit and I showed him a picture of what I wanted him to look like then left for around an hour. When Biggie was done and ready I came to the van and was amazed at a couple of things. 1. My dog saw me and looked excited but not anxious to leave the van. He actually hung around Randy's feet, sniffing me but wagging his tail. Very happy, which filled me with relief that clearly his experience was not overwhelming and it was nice to see he made a comfortable bond with Randy. 2. He look gorgeous ! Exactly as in the picture. 3. As I talked with Randy about my pup's overall session, it was clear that he is very experienced and attentive to his craft. He mentioned that he saw my dog's paws were bluntly cut already (by the vet a week prior) and took the extra step to just buff them out smooth so he would stop scratching me, which was great! He spoke on Biggie's reactions to things like the blower and how he strove to read his body language to best adjust for a more comfortable session. Overall, I love my dog and I am so grateful to have found such a caring professional that I can trust in the future. I highly recommend ALOHA PET MOBILE GROOMING! It definitely encompasses the Aloha spirit.

Randy is a total professional: communicates well, very prompt, and always warm and kind to pets and pet owners alike. The grooming is beautiful, but the real joy is seeing Randy’s smiling face. I wish every small business owner could have Randy’s Aloha spirit!

Aloha Pet is wonderful!!! Super convenient, professional, clean work space, great products, and Randy is really a kind hearted person! Scheduled appointment got a confirmation text minutes after scheduling and even an eta text when he was on his way! I was able to continue my day at home, no running around and waiting for a pick-up call. We will schedule again for sure! It is sad that George took to a public platform to give a small local business a bad rating because he or his wife can’t have a conversation with someone who is parked in the wrong place?!? I am hoping google will remove the review, it is shameful.

I have no idea how their grooming service is, but I do know when their driver parks their van illicitly in front of my garage. The stress induced (on me) by my wife struggling to leave the garage does not outweigh your employee walking another 20 feet. Thank you for that.
