Wouldn't even take my mother in-law here for a check up....My Labs did NOT like any of their techs...Our pets got treated like a 1970's step parent, who smoked in the car when we was kids....

My dog developed a allergy to polyester. A christmas sweater broke him out in hives. The dr. Helped us find what was giving the hives and meds to treat. Perfect! Thank you so much!!!

Staff are super nice and friendly, but they overwork the animal with senseless procedures. Nor do they listen to the one that knows the pet most, you.

We’ve been going here for years, It was an awesome experience in this day and age of social distancing, coming in with Bear and talking with the doctor. Recommend them highly and they have never pushed extra services . Thank You

The doctors have all been nice and seem to know their field but, their managers are terrible, very unfriendly and lack basic communication skills and compassion for the animals and their humans that have been loyal patients for many years.

We scheduled an annual vet check for our Cane Corso approximately three month's ago. The staff was very engaging, competent, and friendly. The costs were explained upfront and there were no surprises, which I appreciated. I would recommend this vet clinic to any pet parent without hesitation.

My dog has been coming here for years getting checkups and vaccinations. Every time I call with an issue that I need to get my dog in for, they say they are booked out 3+ months. I want to take him somewhere that knows him and his history. Why are you called animal hospital and prompt care?

Please, If you love and care for your dog DO NOT take them here. My dog had issues with blood in his urine, they took us in and said they couldn’t get a urine sample so they sent him home with antibiotics and I brought a sample the next day. Waited for a call back. Never got it. I called them they said yea we have the results but we don’t know how to read them we need someone else that’s not here right now. I call later and they changed stories saying they lost the sample. I got the second sample and THE SAME ISSUE AS THE FIRST TIME. I am now at the ER having to pay way more money for my dog to have surgery for bladder stones because this Vet couldn’t figure their job out and give me an answer for over THREE WEEKS.

My cat is somewhat of a handful and everyone who has worked with us has been so professional and caring. I really appreciate everything you do.

I recently tried to schedule my pet for a rabies vaccine. He was a few days overdue. They scheduled me for more than 90 days out and told me that because he was overdue, "State Law" says they have to give a 1 year rabies vaccine. This is a BLATANT LIE. The law explicitly states a veterinarian can use discretion when deciding between a 1 and 3 year rabies vaccine. Lying to your customers is TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. I was able to get a 3 year vaccine in 1 day by going somewhere else. I will never return to your ethically bankrupt business.

Charged us $60 dollars for a last minute cancelation fee. Seems excessive considering they are turning people with emergencies away because they are so busy. Set appointment up 2+ months ago to get our dog fixed but found another vet that took care of it within the week. Admittedly I forgot the appointment here until close to last minute but this was only an appointment to establish care and doubt that appointment would have even been $60 dollars. Yes it is my bad for forgetting but I also recieved no call or reminder text for the appointment which seems a bit shady in itself since they know they will charge a cancelation fee.

I have taken all of my animals here for years, and the staff are always very kind and helpful, and they actually listen to your concerns! Love this vet clinic

After several dogs and years of using RAH they no longer provide basic services. They were happy to make a same day appointment for my 9 year old lab with an injured leg since I was being charged over $700, but 10 days later when I got a new 8 week old lab puppy, the first appointment is 3+ months out. When I responded that i guess I need to find a new vet, they agreed. Good-bye RAH.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone I have come into contact with. I appreciate your ability to manage your clients no matter how crazy the world gets. You have handled these last two years very well. I'm usually one that prefers to stay with one vet, however, I have had positive experiences with every vet I have worked with. I have no issue with seeing anyone of you guys. It does not matter who I see, they always know what is going one with my animal, I attribute that to the excellent documentation skills and/or communication. The staff is friendly and exudes a love of animals. I have never trusted a vet office as much as I trust you guys. I drive an hour to see you guys and it is worth it every time. Thank you all who continue to make this office a safe place for my babies.

I have been taking my cat here for a few years and have always had a good experience with the wonderful people at RAH. I appreciate the administrative staff for their communication and efficiency. The vets and techs are always kind, patient, and caring. They take the time to explain any health issues and answer my questions. Overall, my cat receives great care!

I have been taking my pet to this animal hospital for 10yrs. Up until recently, the service has been good. Now the level of care for my pet when she needs surgery is pretty much non-existent with Ridgetop Animal Hospital. They require half payment up front and then won't even schedule until November. It seems they care more about the $$ then care for your pet. The way they schedule appointments is very confusing and not reliable. They make you wait in your car for 30+ minutes just to drop a pet off.

We needed a health certificate to fly with our dog and only had 6 days before we flew. We initially were told they were booked 6+ weeks out. We panicked and called other vets with a similar response. We then called back very early the next day and they were able to squeeze us in. They were kind, professional, didn’t over charge us and we are so thankful. We now get to fly to Louisiana to be with family and help after Hurricane Ida. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️

Great communication. I brought my cat in for sores on her body and they communicated options before moving forward. Very nice and energetic workers.

Amazing job guys!!! I knew something wasn't right with our Luna bears, but didn't realize she had multiple infections. Thanks for squeezing her in!

Love this place!!! I've been bringing my cat here since the day I brought her home as a lil baby, and they have always always ALWAYS been so kind and professional. My cat gets nervous at appointments but they've been so patient and gentle with her. Their care is dynamic (they easily, on the spot, adapt treatments/care based on her habits and reactions) and purely pet-focused. I've also never had any brands or unneeded expensive treatments shoved down my throat. They have a sort of "insurance" subscription that you can purchase (ask about their Paw Plan) and especially for the first year or so of a pet's life (lots of visits for shots, spay/neuter as recommended), I HIGHLY recommend this! Saved me at LEAST a couple hundred dollars AND it includes (truly, $0 extra) any visits for pop-up health concerns!! Only complaint is they're so busy it's hard to get a scheduled appointment. So plan for possibly a 1-2 month wait (except in the case of emergencies). But I mean...it just means they're popular, right? And for good reason! (plus lots more people got pets during covid so really, not their fault on that front) Again - LOVE THIS PLACE!

After more than 15 years I'll be finding a new clinic for my animals. I called this morning because my 22 year old cat has stopped eating and drinking. We know her kidneys are not good. All I needed was one of the vets to take 20 minutes to take a look, give some subQ fluids and anti nausea meds so we could get her feeling well enough to start eating again. Nope... I was told no way to get her in today, nor tomorrow. I was told to call around and see if I could get her in someplace else. To my way of thinking... if I can't get my sick cat in to see one of the MANY vets at Ridgetop... it's time to get a new vet. It's not like it was an emergency where I needed her seen right that second... but off we went to the Emergency Trauma Center because that was my only choice. Yes indeed... now that Ridgetop has been purchased by a Corporate entity customer care is a thing of the past. It's a real shame.

They worked with me. Let’s be honest. I’m on a budget, not just for the dog but for everyone. I enjoy when people are upfront about the prices and that’s exactly what they did! They gave me a price list and talked it out with me before we moved forward and did not judge me when I had to decline certain things. But also, they found out and took care of what was wrong with my puppy. She is now on her way to better Heath and the bank isn’t broken. WHOO-hoo!

Ridgetop is such an amazing upgrade over my previous vet (read the review on Winslow Animal Clinic). They schedule, remind and provide clarity on what each visit will focus on. Ridgetop staff are caring, experts that take the time to explain and share knowledge. Ridgetop also makes sure pricing and follow up care is clear. They give more than great care, they provide peace of mind.

Our Dog Chewie (aka, number 4 Son) is 16 + years old, He has had more than 6 surgeries and has a real dislike for anyone in scrubs. Dr. Emily Pietrowicz and the Vet Techs have been overly accommodating when caring for Chewie, even when he doesn't want to cooperate. I can't say enough about the care that they have provided and the way they show real compassion for his quality of life.

Ver accommodating amidst my oversight of missing my appointment due to "life" happening...Very supportive and kept my pup's health as the priority. Highly recommend!
