Love CampBowWow! My dog Frank gets super excited every time we pull up. The staff calls him Mr Frank, they are super friendly and attentive. I’m very comfortable bringing him here, taking him in to stay over night, etc. Its so great having a trusted place to take him rather than leaving him home alone or in a crate when I am working.

The staff are very friendly and I always feel I am leaving my dog in good hands. They are also very quick to respond to my reservation requests. For one night/one dog of boarding it’s 50 bucks, and you can drop off your dog early in the morning for a full day of play. Definitely worth it for all the fun, attention they get, and the peace of mind you get. My dog is deep-chested and needs to have an hour break between eating and playing to prevent bloat. I always feel secure that the staff is going to be looking out for her and making sure she gets all the play breaks she needs. I really appreciate everyone working at the Silverdale Camp Bow Wow—my dog always gets excited for play dates there.

I have used this service for full day care about 12 times. The staff are great and very friendly. Yesterday I picked my dog up and his FI collar was broken, not a big deal, but a surprise as these are tough collars. They said it just fell off, but it was really broken out at the hinges. I loaded my dog in the truck and realized he was bleeding.He had a large puncture wound on his neck. I don't think the staff here even noticed the blood, or examined the dog after they discovered his collar was torn away. I took him to emergency care for it. I have had to treat him for upper respiratory infections twice after visits here. I have spent over $1000.00 in vet bills directly related to conditions he was exposed to at camp. I don't blame the staff so much, but I don't think you can put 30 dogs in a room with two kids armed with a spray bottle and expect it to always go well.

I have always loved bringing my dog here but today they reached a new high. I am writing this from the ER and needed to figure out what to do with my dog. Even though they were full theu made room ty so much

Takes fantastic care of my pups. They are so excited to go there to play, everytime!

We had our dog boarded for a few days. After picking him up and bringing him home we noticed he had large welts on his back thighs and belly side. I emailed them to find out what had happened and why we hadn't been notified. The response we got was he likes to play rough. That does not explain why no one noticed the welts to let us know. Furthermore they do not look like injuries from another dog. They were not able to give me a solid answer. I have filed a formal complaint against them. We pay to have our dog taken care of.

They were fantastic...they took care of my dog for the forth of July.

Overall pretty pleased with my experience. I like having the ability to check in on my pet via the "camper cam." My dog caught kennel cough here back to back, and he only visits once a week. I don't think that's necessarily avoidable but still frustrating. The handlers are very sweet and have always shown tons of love to my pupper. The dogs get plenty of attention and the pricing is fair.

I am really grateful to have this place for my two dogs. CBW has always been so great, especially during this time when I am facing medical challenges, they are able to accommodate my dogs for boarding when it’s out of the blue! I highly recommend visiting and trusting them with your dogs (: -Jeffrey & Koda (crazy loud boys!)

We went to have our puppies interview for future daycare. We were very happy with all the staff and how they are constantly watching over the dogs/puppies!! We like that we can watch our puppy via cameras.

Our pup loves it, staffed with dog lovers and have enough staff to keep things safe and clean. Great for those longer stretches of drizzle and rain when the fur face needs to burn energy.

We love Camp Bow Wow. My pup has very bad separation anxiety and they took their time helping him become comfortable enough being away from us. They definitely care for the dogs and it helps ease our minds when we drop him off for day care to know that he is being taken well care of and is able to play with other dogs instead of being stuck in a kennel.

I took my (now 7 month old) puppy here for several visits since he was a puppy. The previous visits have been great. However, this last visit they pulled him out at one and I could not find him again. It’s possible that they let him back in between 1:45 and 4:30 when I started watching the cameras again, but the manager lied to my face and said they took him out for a nap 15-20 minutes prior to my arriving to pick him up. I was watching the cameras for over an hour without seeing him in the play room. All I ask of a business is that they don’t lie to me - if you made a mistake that’s fine, or if my dog was behaving poorly then call me so I can pick him up. But to say that he’s been out the entire time and lie to my face is extremely unprofessional.

They have great customer service. From making my first appointment to going in, everyone is very friendly and it put me at ease leaving my dog there.

Our dogs love going to camp! “Counselors” genuinely care about our pups and we know they’ll be well taken care of!

The staff was so welcoming to our dog it made it so easy to leave her. Also, being able to check in and see that our dog is enjoying herself is such a bonus!

Camp Bow Wow is great! They really seem to understand dogs and how to work with them. One of my dogs has been a little difficult around other dogs, but they worked with him to make sure he could have a fun day at camp every time he was there!

They always go above and beyond to ensure that my dog is well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I don’t have enough positive things to say about Camp Bow Wow! The staff are always warm and friendly, extremely responsive, and so kind. They truly care about their little campers. Reservations are so easy, and even amid COVID operations are smooth and reliable. I love bringing Ryder here (and he loves it too!). I trust the staff care about my little ball of energy, and I never worry about whether he’s being taken care of.

My dog loves Camp Bow Wow. I’ve used them for daycare, grooming, and boarding. The Staff is amazing! The owner is frequently present to ensure Staff and Customer needs are met. The facility is clean and well run with strict procedures in place. My dog gets so excited and happy when we pull into the parking lot. When boarding the Staff always provides a “report card” to let me know how everything went. Highly recommend and I know my fur baby is being well taken care of and loved!

I love leaving River here because I know he's extremely excited to be there, I can check in on him with their web cams and I know 100% he's well taken care of.

The grooming staff is very experienced and take great care of your 4 legged friend. Highly recommend!
