Guardian Veterinary Care Sherwood, Washington

After losing both of our Husky dogs/ Kids due to a house fire I was so needing another Husky in my life. I was fortunate enough to have found the perfect puppy. After several phone calls to various veterinary clinics and being told they are not excepting any new clients and the ones that were well they are weeks out before they could see the new addition to the family. Increasingly putting the health of the new guy at risk. We recently moved to the Sherwood area so my daughter as a last ditch effort made a call to these wonderful people and was able to get Stetson in that same day . All I can say is AMAZING. Thank you from my family to all of yours at my new veterinary center I will travel as far as I have to to bring my animals to this location regardless of how far away that I am you have a customer for life . I love how dedicated, thoughtful, compassionate, and empathetic the doctors and staff are and how they always go above and beyond, working tirelessly towards healthy outcomes for my babies. I feel extraordinarily blessed to know them and have them as my veterinarians!

They were very kind you could tell they value customer service and that they do this job for the love of animals and understand that they are part of the family.my senior dog was having problems, and I dislike the Newberg vet. and they were not taking new clients at the other vet, I was referred here and what I thought was going to be a horrible day of saying goodbye to my fur baby was a calm understanding thoughtful experience and professional my lil guy came home with me , with meds and yes I may have to say bye soon to him,I know this is the right place to do it

I can hardly believe the level of care and attention the doctor, techs, and reception gave my cat, Squishy. She needed a large mass removed surgically. I can imagine no higher level of care and service. I'm tempted to make them my full time vet even though it's a 90 minute drive from home.

When I was unable to get in to see my regular vet, and also could not get into the vet ER because it was at capacity, I was given the name of this veterinary office. I struck gold. I got in within two days of calling. Dr. Roth and her staff couldn't have been more kind, loving and compassionate to my cat fur baby. While the news ended up being rather sad, during the examination, they carefully and thoughtfully made every effort to ensure his comfort so he would not be more stressed out. They are truly 'Cat Whisperers'. Everyone in the office was welcoming, compassionate and empathetic during 'our' visit. They were amazing. And, very affordable, as well. I highly recommend Guardian if you want your pets to be treated like family.

I am unable to adequately express how grateful I am for Dr. Roth and the Guardian Vet team. Yesterday my beloved pet rabbit was having a GI emergency and I couldn't find a single vet in the area with availability to see him; I was panicking. Dr. Roth didn't have availability, either, but because she's an actual, real-life superhero, she made sure I was able to bring Buddy to the clinic that same day--she squeezed us in between surgeries she was performing. Despite the fact that so many different pet owners were relying on her at the same time, Dr. Roth treated me (and Buddy) with the utmost compassion, patience, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Roth quickly diagnosed the issue and determined how best to treat Buddy, and I'm thrilled to report my bunny is back to his happy, hoppy self just a day later. The price of care was extraordinarily reasonable and the office itself is modern and comfortable. I do not believe one could find a better veterinarian than Dr. Roth, anywhere; she's like a cross between a saint and a scientist. Thank you, Dr. Roth; I will never forget how you helped me and my pet when we needed it most.

I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Both doctors and their staff are so compassionate and knowledgeable. They all are very passionate about working in this field and it shows. I am so thankful to have found them and will continue to recommend every pet owner I know.

They are an awesome vet. The people there are nothing but happy energy.. won't be going to any of the vets in newberg it's well worth the extra 15 minutes and prices are better too.. so paying less for so much better of an experience ..

Recently had to bring my older cat in for a new client/recheck exam after his 2 day stay at the ER. While there, Dr. Roth explained his previous test results in great detail. Once we decided on the treatments he needed for his recheck, and my cat had his blood work done we ran an ultrasound on him and found things to be much different than we thought before. The compassion that she showed towards me when finding out that the issues were worse than we thought will never be forgotten, I appreciate all that she has done for me.

Everyone here truly loves animals and it shows! Plus the vets really know their stuff.

Dr.Cheryl Roth was amazing, and very compassionate and knowledgeable during my dogs losing battle with cancer. 5 stars! However i can't say the same for her colleague/partner who refused to refill my dying dogs anti-diarrhea medication during the last weekend of her life, saying we should just go to an emergency clinic instead for the med refill, and be forced to wait 8-10 hours in their parking lot in 110 degree heat. I spent 2 days calling them and trying to get that 1 urgent medication refilled with Guardian. Extremely stressful and devastating end to our experience at Guardian vet.

So friendly helpful kind and didn't rush us at. Clean and respectful environment.

We loved the place, initially called another clinic and they said they had no spots, but recommended to call here. They were customer friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Staff was fantastic to take care of our kitten! Thank you very much!

I run Hazel's House Cat Rescue and Guardian is our day time vet! Dr. Roth and Dr. Gerard amazing bed side manners, excellent knowledge, kindness, and compassion. They are dedicated to your animals and have diagnosed multiple things now that others couldn't. On top of that thier clinic is amazing, beautiful, clean and top of the line. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dr Roth and staff were so sweet and easy with my mastiff. She was very thorough, answered alk my questions, and gave me great suggestions. 10/10! I really loved our experience at Guardian.
