My dog has had itchy skin and I wanted to take her to the self wash. The store I normally go to has permanently closed. When I called to ask if there were any appointments available right now, Shayla worked to get me right in! She was very welcoming, and accommodating to my old pup! She gave great suggestions on products that I could try to help with her dry itchy skin! I appreciated how friendly and supportive she was!

I adopted a kitten from Natures Pet and he’s a doll! I learned a lot about his personality from Shaila plus what’s good in food for him. He’s made himself at home right away with my bulldog and 8 year old female cat! He slept in the crook of my husbands arm last night! Thanks for your help Shaila!

These people REALLY care. I order food from them for local delivery every month. They often send along little notes thanking me and offering options. If what I order is out of stock they email me asking if a replacement is okay prior to bringing my order. I literally have never received a box of food without a FREE treat option or a FREE new food choice to try for my cat. When I first got my boi (in the early pandemic) we were instructed to be masked and distanced and I ordered a ton of cat accessories; the guy who delivered for me helped me carry all of our new cat supplies to our door sweating like a pig in a mask and was as respectful as can be. They don't owe you anything, but they treat your animal like royalty. I LOVE this place.

Cute little shop but unfortunately I wont be going here anymore. It's not a safe space to bring your dog. The last two times I visited, employees had their dogs behind the register area and the dogs were very aggressive toward my dog. Unacceptable.

Nature's Pet Market is awesome. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to find the right product for your pet. They have a wide variety of healthy food choices along with high quality non- food products. And they are highly recommended by my veterinarian.

They didn’t have what I needed, but gladly put in an order for the one I wanted for the next time I stopped by as I will be stopping by there continuously. Very surprised and very pleased!!

The shop was run by a very friendly lady who helped me find everything that I needed it's filled with every kind of food imaginable however it was low on varieties of equipment for your pet this was mainly due to the size of the shop

It was my first visit to Nature's Pet. My new vet, Dr Scarpinatto, suggested I go there for advice with my new Golden Doodle puppy. A nice young woman helped answer all my questions regarding food (grain/no grain?), treats, and she gave me some samples to try! I very much enjoyed the experience and Shayla was so helpful.
