I have been taking my cats to this vet for years! When we first moved to the area in 1996! I have since moved and I STILL will come here even though it’s a farther drive. The reason is the staff. They are all amazing and caring. I couldn’t ask for a better vet. Thank you for all you guys do!

Constantly going in for the same issues. You have to wait WEEKS to be seen if you want to pay 50 bucks for an office visit, so if your pet needs to be seen earlier than weeks...fork over 100 bucks just right off the bat. Not a reasonable ordeal, especially if you have multiple pets. NONE of our dog issues have been resolved. NONE. Will be looking for a new vet today!

We gave gone there for years. Only taking appointments by phone. But no one answers and you leave a message, and most importantly, No one calls you back.

We've been taking our dogs an cat's their since 2013 and the vet doctors are so gentle and caring of your pets. They go above an b beyond to take care of your pets the staff is absolutely wonderful you can't ask for a better veterinary clinic and the prices are just just amazing we'll be taking up Peter for the rest of their lives and what new pets we get will be taking them there too cuz we love them so much you can't say enough good things about him that the staff and doctors are just wonderful.

The kittens both had an allergic reaction to a vaccine they got yesterday at another vet, Crossroads took them in and handled the situation with kindness and speed. You are a tribute to the community!

*****I can't rate this establishment highly enough***** This is one of those outstanding places that you sort of don't want to tell anyone else about because you want to keep it all to (and for) yourself. However, they deserve every bit of the little that I can do for them due to how much they have already done for me and one of my fur-children. I am so grateful for CROSSROADS VETERINARY in every way. From the very first phone contact with them I knew I had been referred a very special place. On my first visit to the building I could tell from the number of other happy-to-wait in the parking area (yep, it's the new normal) clients that I am not the only subscriber to this belief. Despite the number of people (and pets!) waiting to be called to the front door, the check-in process was very orderly, thorough, and caring... and proceeded quickly. I left knowing that my beloved pet would be well cared for until I returned. The phone call from the attending veterinarian, (Dr. Utsey in my case) was very detailed and addressed all my concerns in a compassionate and pragmatic way. Options for treatments were clearly explained and prices were immediately given. When one particular treatment option had various price potentials, a follow up call from one of the staff members was made to me a short time later. Long story shorter than it could be...my little furball will not be with me for much longer but he will be able to remain comfortable and cared for until he tells me it's his time to journey on. Until that day this will remain his place for check-ups and medications. And after his time with the wonderful team at Crossroads is done, I will always be bringing the other members of my fur family here. This is truly an outstanding practice and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Crossroads Vet Hospital is by far the most professional, efficient and the most caring wonderful veterinarian business. I have been going there with my kitties for many years. Every time I have sent family & friends to Crossroads, they have thanked me profusely, and have had the same wonderful care for their pets as I have received time and again. This is a great place that is always caring to your pet. We have been going for over 14 years and they have always been great. I also appreciate how they always call and check on how your pet is doing after any surgery. I highly recommend Crossroads Veterinary!

Good vets, but the rest is a mess. Horrible desk service, record keeping, phone system and management. If you like waiting in your car this is the place to go! They need a complete office modernization.
