Standard pet, has most of what you'll probably need for most pets.

They have always prepared my food well.

Store is clean, checkout didn't take too long, clerk friendly, but they apparently no longer stock my dog food on the store do made a 45 min trip for no reason.

Long, long line at register...ALWAYS. Can't cancel orders on my order confirmation email, if needed. Took 19 days to receive an on-line order!!! And, I got no help by calling customer service twice.

Always a taste treat for our pups and kittens.

Coda was the best in taking care of Abby. Over the course of 4weeks Petco cancelled 2 appts for grooming. They are short handed and I understand albeit frustrating. On the 6th week I finally got an appt that Nickie set and she told me if someone could not come to work, she would come in and groom Abby. I hope the company truly appreciates Coda and Nickie. They are dedicated and the best!

Always clean, friendly staff, and usually carry what I am looking to purchase.

The staff and cleanliness of this petco is great, and it is always nice to observe the fish and array of furry critters they have for sale.

This process was smooth and easy thanks to Patty in the Sequim store helping me over the phone, and the website being very simple to navigate. We saved 20% which helped offset the travel cost for the pickup. The item we needed quickly was available. This is the only store on the peninsula that carries our dog food.

Parakeets.. $50...! Too much! But... the place is clean and the help are truly helpful.

Very limited in product and what is available is way overpriced. However the staff was very nice and seemed just as disappointed in the selections.

I was there for Vetco- their traveling vet service. I took my new pup. Advised to wait a month for shots, I still got an exam and a microchip for only 25 bucks!

Pleasantly surprised by the wealth of knowledge and friendly service from the gentleman that helped me chose a few live plants to get my freshwater aquarium set up!

Was pointed to where i could find turtle stuff , instead of escorted. I asked to open worms . Sometimes they're dead. Cashier frowned. I asked if i should pay for dead worms & make two trips. She did not reply. I think customer satisfaction skills ought to be taught. But really,...the millennials need training in all areas,...especially in communication. I gave a 3 star because they had the product.

Disappointed in the pet selection. Very few reptiles, no turtles or frogs of any kind.

I've been shopping at this Petco for years for my cats. They have a great selection of food, toys, and other supplies. I especially like the scoop-your-own litter station, the litter quality is great for the price and it lets me reuse my litter buckets to cut down on waste. The store is always clean and check-out is quick.

Amazing customer service, they helped me instantly while managing allot of other questions, super helpful and friendly staff.

Tried to get help looking for a bird cage showed them the one online I was looking for of a screenshot she told me I need to make sure the upc's matched or else she couldn't honor me the price that's kind of not my job that's kind of yours so they lost a sale and I bought a bird cage from somewhere else
