Bergen's Dog Grooming Port Angeles, Washington

They appear to be either closed or moved. The front room and desk is completely empty.

This was a disaster. We have our boy groomed every 6-7 weeks, and gave specific instructions that were provided from our former groomer. We’ve been to multiple groomers in the west and provided all with the same instructions. All past groomers have done a great job. This groomer totally shaved my poor dog way too short, his cut is sloppy and crooked, and they took almost all the hair off his tail! He’s a shih tzu for Pete’s sake! You don’t cut all the hair off his tail! I promise we brush him often and he had no mats. This was just a horrendous grooming. I cannot recommend this place and we’ll never return.

When my daughter took our 2 dogs in to have their nails clipped, Bergen suggested that she could bathe them and give them flea treatments. My daughter agreed. Hours later Bergen called and said that they were ready to be picked up. When my daughter got there, Abbey, a boxer bulldog mix, was in respiratory distress and couldn't breathe. She rushed her to a vet. The dog's temperature was 106 degrees which is critical for a dog. She had to be be put in a cold bath and be given oxygen. I would not recommend Bergen as a groomer to my worst enemy.

Bergan has been caring for pets for her whole life. I don’t know anyone that works as hard as she does at her small business! She understands that customers want the best for their fur babies. Thanks Bergan!

My Dog was so nervous when I brought her in here. We had to put her on Sedatives she was always rude to me not very friendly. Found another groomer and my puppy is happy no more sedatives.

Really nice people but feel like my dog waits tp long when her appointment is literally hours before.

Most kind and loving folks to care for your pet. Bergen is truly a sweetheart, full of knowledge and care ...... Treating my pets as if they were her own ????❤️

INCOMPETENT BEYOND BELIEF- They LOST my cat!!!! I left him for grooming and they called me a few hours later to come down and LOOK FOR HIM!! Apparently he ran, half clipped, out the back door!! Took me hours to (thankfully) find him- what GROOMER leaves the back door open???

This is absolutely by far the best place to have your pet groomed so I suggest you to hurry it's summer time go get your pet or pets and have them groomed up by the best groomers in the world Ms Bergen and Ms Jodie

Daisy has always loved her beauty treatment at Bergen's! Her fur is soft and shiny. she gets a bandanna every time and has always been treated well.

Awful experience, dog came home with nicks all over from being shaved, and uneven hair, dog was terrified when we picked her up. Never going back!!!!!

Tried making an appointment but they were super rude about it and hung up on me. So I guess they don't want any business.

I payed them 40 bucks my dog looks silly patches of hair 1 eyebrow long on one ear and they did not brush her teeth and she still has dirt in her beard so they did not clean the face this was my first time and my last. On top of all this they tell me my dog has tape worms I just came back from an emergency visit with the vet to find out she dose not have worms. Thank you for 500+ vet bill

Very friendly staff, comfortable setting, sweet/gentle to pets
