These folks are so great. Knowledgeable, friendly & kind. BTW - nail trimming is a FREE service. Can't go wrong here.

Pleasant staff, good and patient with the animals, right there behind the counter. Work areas in full view of public in the facility.

My reasoning for the low rating is this: -Robin (the trainer) spent the majority of one of the classes talking bad about other businesses, including my place of work (knowing that I work there). -One of the classes, the other 2 in the class couldn’t make it and she cancelled class all together and did not inform me class was cancelled until I showed up for the scheduled class -I had to miss a class do to not feeling well that day and I called to let her know. She said we would make it up a different day, this class was not made up, I was just told the next scheduled class what was done previously and told to practice at home (not shown what to do either) -Another one of the classes she had brought puppies that she breeds to show and kept going inside while we waited to be told what to do next -the last class was not scheduled on our Normal day but all three of us in the class showed up and waited 15 minutes and the trainer never showed. -I have called 3 times since then trying to get my last class rescheduled (this was back in the beginning of June). This last time I called to see if I could at this point get a refund for the last class (when I actually only got 4/6 of the classes I paid for). Each time I have given my name/number and have been told my message would be passed along and Robin would give me a call back, which still has not happened.

Very good with terriers, this particular dog has never been boarded before, and she was loved by all so they must have the right touch.

Fabulous place for mail trims, this is the first time my puppy got his nails done by a professional groomer and she handled my doggo so well. Ive never seen him be so calm while getting his nails trimmed. We are boarding him there this weekend and I look forward to updating another great review.

Excellent pet care staff! I had to board my very nervous dog and they took the best care of her. She came home after almost two months and now seems like a calmer dog. They were wonderful!

I'm picky about where I eat. Had Riviera sandwich and loved it! I will be back for sure!
