Absolutely the best for our two small babies. Live on FI and have been taking them here for a year. They enjoy going and it feels like a very loving calm environment. The staff are all so professional and the business is very flexible and accommodating. so thankful to have found Mary and Bed Bark and Beyond.

I was an employee there for a short time, and after reading some of the negative comments is very distasteful! From the moment you are there it is about the dogs!! Every dog is treated litterlly like a queen/king!! Constant fresh water, clean yard, all bedding is thoroughly washed, the place is very well kept and is very consistent and loving to each and and has a special bond with each and every dog!! Great knowledgeable staff, very helpful at all times! Thank you!

They're very good with our sometimes unruly 3 year old german shepherd.

The staff is friendly and loves dogs. If my 2 year old German Shepherd had her way, she would go to doggie daycare at Bed Bark & Beyond every single day.

I sold a house and bought another in the area near Bed Bark & Beyond because I use them frequently and can't do without them. My dog loves them.

My son was picking up his niece at the bus stop on the corner where Bed Bark and Beyond house/business is and was talking to his dad on his phone and a employee or owner popped her head over the fence and actually told him to keep it down because it was making the dogs bark, there are several kids that catch the bus there and I thought that was so rude and we were potentially going to use them for our 2 dogs but after that rudeness I think not. We have been here 22 year and the bus stop is not there property. Our son is 25 yrs old and was worried about the bus not being there. If they are treating their neighbors that way I would never have them watch my pets now. And when it was snow and freezing out they were hosing they're drive way and the water went out where the kids walk and froze and my son slipped and twisted his ankle because he had to go around all their cars they park on the outside of the fence. I have heard a lot of neighbors complain about them so hopefully they start being more professional.

I decided to go have a tour of their facility today. Could not have been LESS accommodating.... The teen working their front desk was rude and didn’t have any answers to my questions bedsides pricing, wouldn’t show me anything besides what they call a front lobby and when I had asked to at least see the little dog room, “nope, sorry.” Apparently they can’t do anything without their manager being there which makes me wonder if they’re even able to take care of the dogs when she’s not there. Oh! Best part is is that their “facility” is basically a garage next to what I can only assume is the owner’s house and their backyard. I guess I shouldn’t have expected much based on previous reviews. To the owner: I recommend hiring people who actually know what they’re doing and dress appropriately. To me, a stained up hoody shows “real” professionalism.

Experience here was really outstanding. I was recommended from a friend and took my two pups here and went on a weekend business trip, when I came back my dogs were first of all, of course happy to see me but seem to have grown attached to the crew. Nikki helped me with the process and would definitely recommend this place to anyone with their pets.

We had a out of town vacation trip, and decided to go with this place instead of our best friends. It's considered a kennel free location during the day and as far as we can tell they are true to there word. Our pup loved the place! she didnt want to come home and seem liked she made a bond with the staff for the short amount of time we had her boarding. This facility has a pretty big field for the big dogs, definitely plenty of room for any big pup to get there energy out and make new friends!

When Jason used to be there, he really knew how to handle dogs!! He was great at doing business! Since it moved, and he’s gone, this place sucks!! Left our dogs there....which have been going forever.....to come home to our male boxer w/SIX PUNCTURE WOUNDS!!! And NOT ONE FKN PHONE CALL!!!! They had THREE emergency numbers!!! Needless to say, WE WONT BE BACK!! Careful if you take your pets here!! The ppl running it now, don’t know what they are doing!!

When i went to drop off my puppy. I had to wait for someone to help me. Then I was approached by a woman named nikki she seemed to have a attitude towards me. When i told her I was in from out of state and would only needed my puppy watched for a few hours. She seemed to not care. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Not impressed by any means by the kind of people you have working for your company. I will not be bringing my animal to this facility and will not recommend it. You should evaluate your employees a bit closer for future interactions. A particular employee by the name of Nicci Is to blame for this unprofessional and down right awful customer service.

I agree with the owner Mary Goodfellow 100%. I know Nicci personally and I can vouch for her that the several 1 star reviews have been specifically aimed at Nicci by her ex-spouse. Please do not listen to those reviews, they are trying to slander a great establishment as well as an amazing person’s reputation.

Took my dog here and an employee named Nicole was VERY rude and unprofessional, will definitely NEVER go back or recommend to any friends or family!

Lost my dog, didn't call me until hours later (based on advice from one of my neighbors?!), didn't call secondary number, didn't call our emergency contact. Justin told me "We lost a pomeranian for six days once," which is the least reassuring thing you could tell a client when their own pet is missing. Our emergency contact ended up driving 3 hours and finally getting our dog from less than half a mile away. $533 in xrays later, his ACL is possibly torn, he was covered in cuts, had a torn nail, and was missing from Thursday morning to Saturday night. There are neighbors on Fox Island that have complained about escaped dogs, dogs barking all night, etc. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe our experience with this place. They're could not provide proof that they are even registered as a kennel with Pierce county. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PETS.

I was on a vacation trip to visit friends for a while and needed somewhere for my sweet girl to stay so I could have a couple nights to myself. Nicci I believe her name was just seemed too busy to be bothered, rude and honestly treated me like I was stupid for bringing my dog on vacation and boarding her while there. I would never go back there as long as Nicci is employed there, not even if the establishment actually paid me to use them. Very disappointed.

called to ask a question about my pitty, a girl named nicci answered and hung up on me, said that they were almost closed and did not have time to answer my questions :/ time to find a new place

Great place, but only one problem, my dog seems to like the employees more than me now. She became especially attached to one Nicci. Someone seems to have a vendetta against her, can't understand why as she seemed quite nice.
