Very awesome front office staff. So helpful whenever I call for small asks or needing to put notes on file for visits.

I did not get to make an appointment with VCA Magnolia Animal Hospital due to their packed appointment schedule, however, the person I spoke with was so professional and tried to give me the best answers to my questions that she could. She also recommended a few other places that might be able to help me. ????

Wonderful reception and veterinary staff--eager to help, kind, and knowledgeable. They didn't hesitate to provide care for our Golden -even at the end of a day on a Friday! Thank you.

First off- let me say the entire staff here is incredible, from the front desk, to the vet tech to the doctor. They treated my cat (and me) with such kindness and offered so much information. I came for a wellness visit but a few other things I was concerned about were addressed and I didn't feel rushed at all.. They were upfront about pricing AND sent us away with a kitty goodie bag! After one visit I'm convinced this will be the only place I'll bring my pets going forward.

I don't usually write reviews, but I couldn't sit in silence and allow this place to rip off more people. If you care about your pet like I do, don't bring them here. This place cares more about profiting off of your pet's condition than actually helping your pet regain their health. When I brought my cat here (a month after I adopted her), the vet literally repeated everything mentioned in my cat's shelter medical reports. The only thing they added was that my cat lost 1 pound in the last month since I adopted her (she wasn't eating much), which made me worry. My vet then told me that a blood test will help determine what's going wrong; they didn't even tell me how much it costs. Right before I was given my cat back, I was asked to pay $275 for the blood test. I called before leaving to ask the vet more questions about my cat and how to help her till the blood test report arrives; they told me that they can give me an ointment, a very tiny one (100 mg), which they charged me an extra $80 for. Four days after the appointment, a staff member emails me and tells me that the blood test shows that my cat is normal, they didn't even send me the report, the one I paid $275 for. I’m sure at this point you won’t be surprised if I tell you that instead of offering ways to help my cat, they recommended further testing to figure out what’s wrong, which obviously is why I’m writing this review: they will profit off of your pet’s condition as much as possible before they help. Fortunately, with the help of advice from friends, my cat has been eating much better now. Again, if you care about your pet and would like genuine, affordable help, avoid this place. I guarantee you there are better vets in Seattle that will charge you a fraction of what this place charges.

I thought I already left a review of VCA Magnolia months ago but it appears I have not. My pup, Ajax, has been visiting VCA Magnolia for about 2 years now and we have been so pleased with the service. Through the worst of times (a mast cell tumor removal and extensive dental procedure... during a pandemic no less!), they have been so communicative and thoughtful in explaining what's going on. After a rough year, my dog is thriving again and loves when we stop by VCA to get his meds – he loves his human friends there!

They are kind to animals and take care of them from birth to death both owners and pets. They take time with owners and make sure they understand what is going on even if it takes 2 or 3 tries.

Great service and consistently kind and appropriate care for our labradoodle. On rare occasions we get an upsell for some house brand product, but it’s much better than other local vets that hard sell prescription food and snake oils.

Never a long wait and always nice and friendly. I often come in early before my appointment and never had to wait long. Staff very nice and friendly.

It's convenient. Staff seem fine. Push their care packages which is a little iffy. Pricey but given the location predictable.

My partner and I took our new kitten here solely because we got a coupon from the shelter. The one star is because the staff was nice to us and our kitten. Otherwise this location was nothing but a waste of time, money, and stress to our kitten. We went to SEVERAL appointments for our kitten's digestive parasite and were consistently given conflicting information and different medications. After changing vets the parasite was cured in ONE VISIT with ONE MEDICATION. I would absolutely not recommend this vet.

Great neighborhood care for your pet. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and work with your schedule. That being said, staff tend to push products and services on you like salespeople, and have a tendency to nickle and dime you. Single services are separated into individual line items, each with a separate cost. Price quotes for things like teeth cleanings can vary by hundreds of dollars, depending on who writes them up, so be sure to get a second opinion for those.

Wonderful vet. All of the drs and techs are caring and professional. I've had both dogs and cats cared for here and every time they've been up front with their pricing and have been able to see my pets quickly.

Great vet, competitive pricing. My dog actually enjoys going here, probably because they bribe her with many many treats.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. We try to book with Dr. Fang, but everyone on the staff is patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We've taken our dog Mabel there since we got her as a pup and they all know her by name and really make her/us feel special and well taken care of.

The most professional and compassionate practice with a deep understanding of the needs of senior animals. I'm very grateful for everything they've done and am not sure how they do it!
