Urban Animal - White Center Seattle, Washington

We found Urban Animal Clinic by chance after our current vet wasn’t able to accommodate our puppy vaccine schedule. The staff at Urban Animal Clinic has been incredibly helpful, professional, and caring. They always take extra time explaining the vaccines and the vaccination schedule. The clinic runs on a first come first served basis. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Urban Animal is the best. Great care for your fur animal ❤. They don't upsell or do tests to "explore or rule out possible issues". All staff are kind and caring.

This Vets office has been very caring. They have a lot going on but take care of my kittie efficiently and with special care. The notes almost always make it to me right away. They are also not charging horrible rates.

Amazing staff. Great people. Walk ins when you need it. This place is great, thank you for all the hard work you do to keep our pets safe and healthy!!

They were very helpful and despite my cat having to stay for a few extra hours it was affordable. I will say the wait is kinda insane and you have to get there before open if you don't want to wait several hours but with the staffing shortages vets are facing right now it's to be expected

I took my dog to Urban Hospital and I was so relieved, my dog had a visit with another vet and the total cost for the procedures was 450 dollars + a separate cost for meds. I am on a fixed income and was devastated by the cost of only one procedure. Well after going online, the Humaine Society suggested I try Urban Animal Hospital I had my dog seen that day and the cost was not even 1/4 of the cost of the other vet. Their staff was Amazing and dealt with all of my concerns we left there with a happy well taken care of dog. I can not thank them enough. Great place to take your pets. (babies)

My kitten had a UIT, and they couldn't get her in at her normal vet, so they suggested Urban Animal White Center. I appreciate that they allow walk-ins since it's so hard to get appointments lately. I got there at 7:30 am and there were already several people lined up, but it was worth getting there early since we got a room immediately. Everyone who worked there was kind and attentive.

I was visiting from out of town and my Mr Big was poorly. My vet advised that the issue couldn't wait. UA was so accessible. They saw me that day and took care of the problem. My little guy is all better.

Great system they have for what they do but be ready to wait! Staffing shortages and demand create a struggle so be patient and bring a book. They offer an online wait time estimate. When you arrive, there is an easy, single form to become a patient and get on the waitlist. Then they let you go home rather than wait there. They text you a 20minute heads up when your place in line is approaching. Once in an exam room there was still a lot of waiting (2 hours from entering the exam room til leaving) but the staff was kind and skilled. We left with medicines in hand, feeling well taken care of.

UA treated us with kindness and empathy as we were facing a deviating loss of our beloved. I recommend this place to all. Pros with heart!

We had to have our family dog put to sleep last week. The vet and team at Urban Animal was so understanding and kind. The box her ashes came in was gorgeous and the ashes came with a clay imprint, a small bag of her hair, and some considerate pamphlets. I am so grateful that they made a hard experience that much more bearable.

I love the option of having an urgent care clinic for those things that aren't quite emergency level, but more urgent than routine (especially with vets so backlogged right now). Staff was professional, friendly, and gentle with my injured pup. The process was easy. I checked in without my pup, went back to work, got a text when it was close to our turn so I could come back in time, then was able to wait in the car until it was our turn. Great value for the service too.

They were the only ones that would take the stitches out of my 2 recently adopted chihuahuas nobody else would do it. because they didn't do the surgery. these people went out of their way to help me I so appreciate it. And then didn't even charge me a penny definitely we'll be back.

I needed to find a vet for some issues my cat was having. Urban Animal accepts walk-ins so they were my only option. I was expecting a long wait to be seen (90 minutes) but it was actually longer (over 2 hours). That was not very convenient considering I was taking off from work. Considering it was same-day though, it's good that they are an option. The staff was very friendly. Despite how busy they are, I didn't feel rushed. If you can't get into a vet when you need it, this is the place to go.

With the current situation in West Seattle (the lack of vets and extremely booked schedules), this place is a life saver. Polite, kind, and willing to fit in my sick cat into their schedule. The pills they prescribed seem to work as well (about 5 days into the treatment).

Honestly great for a walk in clinic. I wish they had the ability to also do appointments but i understand why they can’t, especially with the lack of veterinary workers at the moment. Even if you have to wait a while to get in, at least you can be seen same day. The people are all super friendly here too!

These folks are the absolute best. The office is ready to get to. Easy parking. But most of all staffed with kind, compassionate, cheerful, wonderful people.

I like the staff here, they seem knowledgeable and are always very kind and gentle with my pets. The only downside of their service offering is they do not take appointments- you must arrive at the location and wait in a queue. Due to our work schedule we may have to find another vet, because we don’t have the flexibility to go and wait when the wait times are low. Love the care, but the service model doesn’t really work for us.

Urban Animal has been great to our dogs. Our little Baxter hurt his eye and they were able to get us in to see him and try to treat it the best they could. They referred us to a specialist and were able to get us in there as well. Very friendly and care about their patients.

Very good veterinary clinic, the staff is very friendly, they treat our furry babies with affection, the veterinarian clarifies all your doubts in a concise and clear way. A clean and friendly place. But I did not like that after the vet attended to my two dogs, she told me that I will return with the vaccines, purgatives and medications and the results of the tests and I explain everything to you, and I will return. And he left us in the room waiting for more than an hour ???? .... and my dogs were already dead uncomfortable wanting to go pee and no one knew where I was. Until an aixiliary and very kind bovine came to my dogs, she gave them their purgative and explained everything to me. But all this after an hour and 25 minutes. And although the value of exams and vaccines and consultation is a little cheaper than in other places, I think they should have some kind of discount or payment plan when they are more than one puppy or cat, because if it is expensive with two puppies with vaccines, purge, exams, consultation. But in general the attention was good.

We had an emergency with our dog and took her to 3 different emergency vets and none of the had time to see her even after waiting around for 4 hours! So we decided to try here as nd the ENTIRE experience was FANTASTIC!! The people were all GREAT! They did tell us it would be a while but we were allowed to go home and they texted us when our time was getting close and our wonderful little Belle finally got the attention she needed! After they evacuated her they were able to get her in the next morning to perform the surgery that she needed and she is doing great!! GREAT Doctors and an AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL staff!!
