Wonderful place and amazing staff! Everyone who works here cares so much about my puppy and is so welcoming. They're a very small staff but are still able to get all of their work done and maintain respect for their clients, which isn't always the easiest thing to do. Highly recommend!

Called this place as their website says they’re “finally taking reservations for their cat boarding” as we’re experiencing a heat wave and I’m trying to find a safe space for my kitty and the person who picked up the phone abruptly interrupted me and simply said “we don’t do that anymore” even though this is listed on their official website. Update your website immediately if you don’t offer a particular service anymore. Do NOT even bother calling them if you need cat boarding. Who knows what

I must say, I am not impressed. Front staff is not helpful at all. Wanted to have me wait to get a microchip until they put him under for spay/neuter (which even if I was considering it, that would be over a year out). I called around to other vets which stated that made no sense. When I have been in, they have this huge cat that sits on the counter. I placed my paperwork on the counter and it proceeded to sit on it. When I pulled my papers out from under it (it would not move) it tried to bite me. Only reason I picked this place was walking distance. I'll be going somewhere else immediately (and taking an Uber, Taxi, whatever).

Dr. Mona and the staff are super friendly and they take good care of my puppy Chewy. Chewy loves visiting them! As a first time dog owner, I had a lot of questions and they have been very helpful. Glad to have such a great vet clinic close to home.

Great knowledge, consideration, and attention to detail. Very accommodating and willing to work with you. They were gentle and kind with my pets, taking into consideration their needs while also doing a good job. Thank you!

I've taken my dog Cooper here since he was a puppy. He was diagnosed with a rare condition that they were able to catch early and help me treat, and have been amazing resource in helping him get better. Everyone in the building is super pleasant and helpful - I come here anytime Cooper needs a checkup.

They've always taken great care of my dog and seem to truly care about putting the animal's best interests first. I continue to go to Third + Stewart even though I've moved from downtown to the suburbs because I trust Dr. Mona and the team to recommend the best treatment for my dog.

I had my puppy groomed here and they did an amazing job. She looked so good afterwards. They were prompt and reliable with their service, they communicated well, and were friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Great place to take your pets if you need too

Best experience at the vet ever! Not only was it more affordable than I was expecting, but my little chihuahua terrier Charlie LOVED IT! Everyone is super welcoming and friendly. He got an exam and vaccines and it was SO FAST. The fastest ever! We definitely can't wait to come back :)

A negative experience from start to finish. Our pet was very stressed and uneasy during his exam appointment because, according to the vet, "a dog just peed all over the place". The vet failed to put our pet at ease. He has never been so stressed in his life. I and my partner felt the vet was condescending and accusatory about our pet's weight. The last vet told us 16 pounds would be ideal; he's at 15.7 now, down from 18, and we still felt she was censuring and shaming us. The staff seemed aloof and neglectful. It was a very disorganized experience. When we picked our pet up after his stay in the hotel, no one greeted us. They didn't even say "hello" to us in return. Our pet seemed like he had been neglected and he had excrement on his fur. We will not be returning. This is unfortunate because we had a positive experience during our first stay, and the tech who was interacting with our pet was sweet. This stay was a 180 turn from the last and really and truly a horrific experience. I would like to have a conversation with the staff directly, but judging from the passive aggressive and dismissive responses to other past negative reviews, it doesn't seem valid criticism is ever accepted or addressed responsibly.

Perhaps the best dog grooming our pup’s ever had. Ninety minutes after we brought her in she emerged looking great and in excellent spirits.

Very personalized experience at third + Stewart. They never have too many dogs there at once. The vibe is very calm and clean (but not too sterile). The stylist works closely with you to talk through your pups preferences.

I really love the staff here at Third + Stewart Animal Wellness. Even though I've moved out of downtown I still come here because I feel like they know me and my pet so well!

I absolutely love Dr. Mona and her entire staff. I am low income and I appreciate not being urged to take expensive tests unless they are necessary. Each experience with the entire staff has been friendly and positive. I have two dogs, one quite old, so I have needed veterinary services much more often now. I am so glad they opened up shop in my neighborhood.

We brought our cat in for shots and to get groomed, and they were extremely rude. Do not take you're animals there. By the way you do not deserve , even one star.

Extremely friendly and wonderful staff here. They really take the time to listen - which is super important for a vet. And they’re very sweet with your pups and kitties. I’ll be a client here for a while!

From the street windows I could see that they carried a fair amount of treatments for dogs. My dog is having diahria problems so I wheeled my wheelchair into the very narrow door ( no one offered to help). I explained my problem and what I needed and one of the several women that was present actually laughed at me. I was not amused! I spent a few minutes trying to locate what I needed but most of the stuff was too high for me to reach from my wheelchair. I got fed up and left. After the initial laugh I was completely ignored. These people were extremely rude bodering on ignorant. I'll never go there again.
