Had a great experience, everyone at the clinic was kind and helpful. Chloe was more calm than I've seen her at the vet which was great! Information was thorough and follow up thus far has been great too.

Whenever we have a pet emergency QAAC finds a way to get us in. Over the years we had a handful of emergencies and even though there were no open availabilities, they've always managed to see us somehow. It's go to know you have someone on your side that's not just going to provide you with numbers of emergency clinics to start calling, which is the last thing you want to do when your pet is in distress.

I had a great experience at QAAC. Every staff person I encountered was professional, efficient, polite and considerate of me and my old cat. They follow strict COVID safety , which I appreciate

Knowing how busy the world of veterinary medicine has become since the pandemic, we were super grateful to have been able to get a same day appointment for our sweet girl Olive when she was having trouble walking. Dr. Salt and the team were able to diagnose and treat Olive very thoroughly and now she is home resting and we have a 4 week treatment plan to hopefully being back to normal.

We love this clinic for our 1 year old golden retriever. Dr Salt has always been very thorough, kind and thoughtful. Anytime we needed a treatment plan it was spot on. The staff is also so great with our pup. He feels very comfortable going to the vet

We been going to this clinic for many, many years with multiple pets. We and our pets have always been well cared for through all the ups and downs. Compassionate, professional staff.

Everyone at Queen Anne Animal Clinic treated my grouchy old pup with dignity and love and we had our first successful vet experience since I got him a year and a half ago. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff helping to make this such a positive experience for my special guy.

I felt very secure in bringing my cat here. Everyone was very kind to her and she was evidently comfortable. Very thankful to have found this clinic!

Really can't speak highly enough about the Queen Anne Animal Clinic. They've taken care of multiple pets now for us. Everything from routine wellness, to triaging short term issues to major surgery. They have a few affiliated offices around town which is nice, especially if you move around you can maintain continuity of records etc. I still drive to Queen Anne though, they're great!

During Covid it was nice having the vet come out to talk with me in person. Both wearing masks, of course.

They are good and do not over subscribe. Usually fully booked for several weeks. First clinic that asked me to call in for a follow-up appointment(they usually book a follow-up appointment on-site). Also appreciate their quarantine process imposed on the pets and the pet owners. It takes time and is not very convenient, but it gives piece in mind.

I have been a patron of this family of animal hospitals since relocating from Detroit to Seattle in 2017. Since moving from our original neighborhood of Fremont, visiting the Northwest location of this animal clinic, I've made the trek to Queen Anne where we now visit their location. My girlfriend, whose cat used a different vet prior, has been a repeat visitor of the QAAC since her recent diagnosis of Hyperthyriodism. We couldn't be happier with the thorough, informative and helpful information we've gotten back from Dr. Balas about how we can best care for our Sukie, an aging long-hair rescue my girlfriend adopted from Paws in 2016. With Dr. Balas's help, and lengthy email follow-ups (which are the MOST appreciated, as an ADHD-sufferer and anxious cat co-parent), we've been able to help Sukie's levels shift and plan for her long-term care. Along with Sukie, our cat Moxi and my Australian Cattle Dog Maizi, we've made a few visits to the clinic over the course of the last 6 months, and the guidance and assistance we've gotten have been wonderful.

Having moved to Seattle during COVID with a senior dog with several health issues (heart disease, kidney disease, etc.), I was very stressed to find a vet, but Dr. Salt has been amazing! She took the time to really review my Dog's medical history on our first visit, even called me the following day as she was was looking more into her conditions. Every time we visit (which is often) the staff are friendly and patient. Dr. Salt takes time to talk to me, clearly giving me all the information and options, and I answering my many many questions - I never feel like she's rushing to get to her next client, which I know she has. Highly recommend, especially if you have an older dog with known health conditions. The entire staff, and especially Dr. Salt are great.

There was a time years ago when I left QA Animal Clinic. I didn't like the vets. But the team - vets and staff - are now all first rate, friendly, easy to talk to/understand, and highly skilled. Sometimes I feel like we pay a premium for vet services here on QA, but the old saying goes that you get what you pay for. I'm very confident and satisfied with the care my pets get at QA Animal Clinic today.

Skyler, Dr. Schmidt and the rest of the team at Queen Anne Animal Clinic bring me so much comfort and reassurance whenever we take our cat Luna in for a check up. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and transparent with the process and costs. It brings me such peace of mind knowing Luna gets the absolute best care there. Thank you all so much!

Kudos to Dr. Schmidt and Sam for their excellent care. Dr. Schmidt was very clear and thorough in her communication with us, as was Dan when he explained Louie's medication. The bonus was when we found out that our anxious pup was "fine as long as he was on someone's lap". Thanks so much!

We recently moved here from MN and were looking for a new vet. After calling around to a few different vets, the receptionist at Queen Anne Animal Clinic was by far the most friendly and informative receptionist I had talked to. We had our first visit with Dr. Salt and she was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and kind. I would definitely recommended this vet!

I was sent here as my usual vet was booked out. It was a quick nail trim that was just that, quick. The woman who scooped up my dog was friendly and kind.

Thank you Dr. Schmidt and staff for taking the time with us to carefully and comprehensively go over Tinsley's health status and needs. Greatly appreciate the direction you gave about how to help her become more confident (and less barky) around other dogs. Looking forward to long relationship of care with you.

Dr. Danielle Jeffrey was wonderful, had great bedside manner, was friendly, listened, and was very efficient and effective. I recommend her and Skyler, the vet tech, highly. Great customer service and they got our dog in last minute. I recommend this vet team and will be scheduling with them for our next vet visit. Thanks you Dr. Jeffrey and Skyler!

We are new to Seattle, and chose Queen Anne Animal Clinic to examine our 7-month old kitten when I walked by, walked in, and was impressed with the "feel" of the space, and the quality of the front desk staff. Many veteriniarians have sold their practices to corporate organizations, (e.g. VCA), which do of course provide a high standard of care but can feel impersonal. There seemed, to me, to be a small-town feel to Queen Anne Animal Clinic, which I liked. The vet who saw my kitten, Dr. Salt, was clear, direct, and very personable, and I am comfortable with her. Three Years Later: My experience with the veterinarians here has been uniformly positive and I particularly like that they work so well as a team of care givers. And the front desk staff are helpful and courteous. My questions get answered in detail, options get presented and discussed in terms of decision criteria; I am confident that the care my cats are getting is appropriate. Dear me, this does sound pompous --- and lukewarm! More colloquially, I've never had such an excellent experience with my cats' veterinarians. I recommend the doctors are Queen Anne Animal clinic AND their staff most highly.

My dog has not been the same since she visited the clinic. I am convinced someone gave her the vaccination incorrectly or dropped her. Since the moment I picked her up from her appointment at QA she’s been lethargic and in pain. It’s almost a month later and she’s still not back to her cheery and energetic self. I saw a new vet and they told me she has back injury. Interesting how that happened after going to QA. I miss seeing my dog happy :(

QAAC cared for our beloved Arthur for the entirety of his 9.5 years with us...and he required a LOT of healthcare. We were treated with such grace and compassion throughout the entirety of our experience by everyone on the team, but Dr. Salt stands out as quite simply second-to-none as a veterinarian. She will bend over backwards to find solutions, but also will not sugar coat bad news. We could not have gotten through Arthur's end-of-life period without her. We have just adopted Sadie from the Seattle Animal Shelter, and within 24 hours, we had her in to see Dr. Salt. The entire staff was so gracious in extending their congratulations and happiness to see us back. Sadie couldn't be in better hands.

Just went in for our first visit here and it was a great experience. Didn't take long to schedule an appointment. The process was respectful of COVID mandates and still felt seamless. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful, and seemed excited about helping us and our kitties!
