PetSmart Seattle, Washington

We bought a puppy 9 months ago and put her into puppy classes at 12 weeks old at PetSmart, Emilie our teacher was top notch in her skills as a teacher. Our puppy just finished her advance classes and our puppy is so well behaved from the skills she learned in class. Highly recommend.

Good selection of products for all kinds of animals.

I have an appointment for grooming, and it got cancelled for no reason but that "the stylist has called out".

The old lady with a bald spot is very rude.

It is nice store but they need more pets

Am dissapointed they dont do kitty nail clipping like in other pet smarts.

I have been going to downtown dog lounge for grooming since I got my bernedoodle puppy and every time they had almost shaved my dog when I always ask for the teddy bear cut. This is the first time I visited the petsmart and they took best care of my bernedoodle and the haircut was exactly what I was looking for. They also were flexible enough to take my dog post his appointment time, obviously I informed them couple of hours before the appointment. Excellent service :)

Brian, the store manager is awesome! He helped me choose a bed for my elderly Cocker Spaniel, that isn't hard to get into or out of and when I was ready, he took me up front and checked me out. If that isn't excellent customer service, I don't know what is.

It's good. My dog loves sniffing stiff here and they carry his food brand. Simple as that!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPlE. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Negligent is all I can say. I called after my dog had been there 2.5 hours to check on her. The receptionist said she had been done for a while now and that she had called ‘the number on file’ and the person who answered said they had the wrong number. I asked the receptionist what number she had in file and she repeated MY NUMBER. THEY HAD CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO DOUBLE CHECK. THIS IS A LIVING ANIMAL WHO THEY ARE BEING NEGLIGENT WITH. The shop manager continued to argue with me upon pick up that they had called the correct number on file when in fact they did not because they reached a living person who WAS NOT ME. They highlighted my phone number when I dropped her off for me to double check and it was correct on the paperwork. I almost guarantee they called a number with the area code ‘206’ and not ‘207’ which mine is. My dog left traumatized from having to be there caged up when she could have been home with us!! This issue will be brought to a higher level and I will be having them check phone records because the shop manager straight out lied. They are dealing with peoples fur babies, it’s unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR LIVING, BREATHING, SWEET PET, you will regret it!! Pet smart cashiers have no issue using my number for rewards but the people responsible for a LIVING ANIMAL are careless. Oh yeah, and the ‘grooming’ sucked too.

Everything is terrific except guinea pigs need not be exposed to danger such as hayballs or hay racks????

Sore was clean. An associate helped me find what I was looking for.

Always seems unstaffed. Sometimes there isn't even someone at the checkstands.

Selections are not as good as Petco, but the staff was very nice and friendly:)

Do not use the grooming salon at this petsmart. I paid for the furminator bath service and my dog was still shedding excessively when I got her home. I warned them she does not like the nail clippers and they said she bit the groomer. When I picked her up, she was not happy like she usually is. When I got her home, my always happy dog snapped at me and was not in a good mood. After reading other reviews, I am only happy that my pup didn't walk away with an injury. Stay away!!

I like that their website offers same day delivery.

Lots of selections for foods and toys. We adopted one of our cats from here. Never had any problems or dislikes with this store.

That PetSmart isn't the friendliest or most convenient. There wasn't anyone handy just casually stocking or checking to see if you might need help unless the store is closing and they want you to get out so they can close the store. It's like a ghost town in there for finding any help with anything, and forget getting an answer to your question because, they aren't interested in answering it they just want to ring u up and get u out of their hair. I personally like the Lynnwood WA PetSmart, it's active, people are everywhere to help, and willing to help. Much better than the Seattle one

Got my dog groomed here & it turned out nice!

Quick in and out, excellent service

Great place to buy common pet equipment and food. I do feel it has more selection then other big pet Stores. Not too busy and everything is nicely spread out. Employees are always nice and looking to help. They also dog training classes and grooming.

I adopted a kitten and had to get supplies.... when I told them at checkout, the cashier hooked me up with a new kitten packet with tons if coupons, even free food! Save 45$ on my trip!

Yet another store that lies about their prices. The price tag say $58, at checkout it's $70. They refused to honor the price until I gave up my private information. I'm shopping, not setting up a dating profile or applying for a job. This is little more than fraud.
