Super helpful folks there... supply chain isn't so good right now but the folks offered suggestions until the regular puppy food comes through...

I would actually give no stars but that's not an option. This particular Petco I found to be cold and unfriendly-to the point I was questioned about shoplifting. Who I considered to be the manager seemed disinterested in answering a product question, I suppose he was more interested in me being a potential criminal. I won't be returning needless to say.

I love their atmosphere. I've been coming here since I was a little kid. I've had guinea pigs, chickens, cats, and a dog taken care of by their supply. The only reason they get a 4 is because it almost seems like a dog store with extra pet stuff.

I had terrible experience using their grooming service. And over priced dog treats. You can get what they offer at dollar tree at a small fraction of price.

It's local and I haven't had a problem with the staff in the 7 years I have gone here. Nothing fancy and nothing bad to say.

Always friendly and I get in and out with my crickets, in a jiffy!

Great Petco for fish. Petco in general gets a bad rep in the fish keeping community, but it's a matter of aquatics management, and I've always gotten healthy marine fish and invertebrates from this Shoreline store. But what prompts me to write this review is a discussion I overheard between a customer and one of the aquatics employees. The customer wanted a goldfish in an aquarium too small, and the employee educated the customer and offered some options that would result in healthier fish long-term. It was a tough conversation and I was impressed that the employee cared (the goldfish-grow-to-their-confinement myth has resulted in a lot of long-suffering fish!). That same mindset is probably what results in this Petco keeping the fish in their care healthy enough to thrive when they get to my aquarium. As an aside, y'all should crank up the color temperature over the coral so reefkeepers can see what they look like under reef lighting!

You learn to appreciate Petco when they have when you need and they have it now. Love the people who work here and love the service. Prices might be little higher than other options, but totally worth it.

My dog's rabies certificate is hand-written by her vet. This store decline to do any services just because it's hand-written. We used to go to Northgate store and never been an issue.

Always out of what I need and 50 cents to a dollar over priced

It’s a pet store. Not terribly exciting and the few pets they do have don’t ooze healthy vibes. The staff are nice and they have a solid assortment of cat supplies.

Our experience at the store was great. The employees who helped us were very helpful and able to answer all our questions and recommend products. We are first time pet buyers and left feeling ready for our new adventure with guinea pigs

With two cats, a dog, two bearded dragons and two guinea pigs in the house, Petco is a blessing!

I bought cricket's. The review would be a 5 but they only had small cricket's, I wanted large

I just needed a walk in nail trim for both dogs. The wait was about 15 min. But the customer service was great. Go between 10am to 4pm they have the most groomers at this time.
