So i took my senior pitbull mix, Bones to the groomers today. He is a very anxious dog but when i picked him up from the groomers, he could not Walk at all. I am assuming that he might have slipped & fallen during his grooming appointment but the staff did not say anything about it & even acted like my dog suddenly not being able to walk @ all, was something they are used to in all the dogs they groom. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. BEWARE OF DOING GROOMING HERE... YOUR DOG MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO WALK AGAIN AFTER THe appt!!

the dewormer i went there for was out of stock,and settled for the only one in stock which was more expensive ,takes longer and is less effective.the gal at the register was great though,she is the reason i would come back.

The woman Andrea knew her stuff, but she was about the only person helpful 7 in the entire store. I was 4 rather let down by the fact that they advertised things o like bearded dragons yet had none in the store. That was one of the reasons I went in was to get my daughter a gift. So not too helpful and left empty handed.

This place has the food our pup needs and the staff here is very friendly. I don't feel like this Petco gets as much traffic as the other one closer to Alderwood Mall but I think this store is better! Avoid the crowds and deal with this team of nice Petco employees.

The employees here are always so nice and helpful. The animals all look well taken care of including the fish which is usually not the case at most pet stores. The first time we took our dog to get his nails cut here was great. He is usually very uncomfortable and sometimes tries to bite when his feet are touched. I warned the employee of that and watched, he was so calm with our dog and made him so comfortable that he didn't try to bite or even wiggle away, he seemed so at ease. You can tell they care about the fish and animals there. We stop in often because my son loves looking at the fish and other animals. Today an employee, Rebecca, was so nice to him while she was cleaning cages she talked to him about each animal and told him some really cool facts, some that I didn't know myself. She didn't seem bothered that he was hanging around her while she was doing her job, some people would be annoyed but she was so nice to him it really made our day.

Have most everything I was looking for.

Bothell Petco has very helpful and friendly staff, and a large selection of aquatic supplies.

Just got my mini Australian labradoodle a hair cut at Petco and am super disappointed. I showed them several pictures of what I wanted, a teddy bear cut. Went to pick her up and found her shaved with fluffy ears. The customer service was lacking. I have no words. The picture on the left is her at pet wash in Woodinville and the one on the right is the Petco one. Asked for a supervisor to call me and no one did. Figured to give them a try and worth decision ever. So sad!!!

Everyone is bound to experience supply chain issues now days, even Chewy. Now I'm on the hunt for dog food.

Good staff but a little overpriced

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Enrique was super helpful. There was a nice woman working too who was very nice to my kids. She was feeding animals and took the time to show my curious daughter. Their kindness and patience is very appreciated. ❤️

What I needed was easy to find and the ppl were helpful and I was in and out with no waiting in line.

I appreciate that I can anticipate stocked shelves and great customer service everytime I shop at Petco. This has come from years of great service from various locations in many different states. That can be difficult to accomplish as a business but it sure makes moving and traveling with pets less stressful. Thank you!

Really disappointed in Petco. Have had previous good experiences but purchased our first pet hamster on January 17/21 and poor guy passed away April 18/21. They said their small animals come from a breeder in Oregon and it could be poor genes. Not helpful in my discussions with my grieving kids

WARNING!!!! BEWARE THEY DONT TAKE ELDERLY DOGS AND DON’T TELL YOU!!!! They lie as well! The manager is no better!!! This location needs customer service training! They refuse to answer the phones let alone transfer. Keep calling the groomers all afternoon and was told they went home because they weren’t getting calls? Maybe if they answered the phone - or maybe they don’t like doing their job..? The store manager is no help.

Always love going to Petco, the staff is very informative, knowledgeable and friendly.
