I’ve been to a lot of pet stores and this one is by far my favorite. They all care, everyone’s really knowledgable on their products and they have a great selection. Highly recommend the junkyard bones.

Went in for the first time to look for new food for my kitty after she was diagnosed with early stage kidney disease. The staff was so helpful and informative, and food was labeled “kidney” or “kidney rx” which was so helpful in understanding the (many) options. Will be doing as much of my pet need shopping here as possible!

Pet Elements has been our go to pet store since they opened. We love the staff, trustworthy products and overall vibe of the place. We feel supported there and part of the West Seattle community. They have everything my dog needs and some things he doesn’t need but I want to buy anyway. Fun place highly recommend.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable management. If you’re a lover of dogs and cats which means you’re concerned about their diet and longevity, this is the place to shop!

Fantastic pet store! I have a very shy puppy who needs socialization and the clerks are always super welcoming and treat my puppy like a little king. It's always a wonderful experience for him so we'll definitely keep coming back. They have a fantastic selection of foods, treats, toys, leashes/harnesses- basically everything you need.

Always get amazing service from these folks and I feel that their pricing is on par if not lower than most other pet food stores. Not only do they sell raw food for cats and dogs but they have so many different kinds. If your dog or cat doesn’t like the food and won’t eat it, they’ll take it back and donate it to a local shelter! ❤️❤️

Love the staff, love the food and comparable prices. Local and the Labrador loves it. Like Disneyland for dogs.

Too bad the clerks don’t wear masks with every customer. They offered to put one on for me, but that’s not really the point. We need to work together to prevent spreading the virus to everyone we come in contact with.

My dog loves the smoked bones. The store is super cute. And has a lot of great treat options! And the staff are always very kind and willing to help!

Dark haired lady was rude. Please don't be rude to paying customers. I don't know if it's because we're brown or what. But if we're spending dang near a hundred dollars please treat your customers nice.
