I never write any reviews but I HAD to because we just can't get enough of Wally Pets! The absolute kindest, most generous owner and incredibly helpful, friendly staff. All of their products are the best quality and will leave you and your puppy so happy. They have an amazing program for puppies needing harnesses where you can get upgraded for a new size as your puppy grows - for free! We always leave with a smile on our faces because of the service and generosity. The biggest and best recommendation for this local pet store! We love you Wally Pets! :)

I love this place! It's not in my neighborhood but I do go out of my way to shop for my pets needs just to support Wally Pets! Great product selection and customer service! I am a loyal long time shopper here for almost a decade!

A wonderful local place to find supplies for a pet. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. They regularly show that their #1 interest is in healthy, happy animals - finding the right food to help a dog eat well, or the right crate for them to sleep well. They've given me plenty of advice as a new dog owner to get my puppy started off on the right paw. We'll be returning frequently.

Just went here today with my puppy for the first tine and had so much fun. Super great selection of treats, toys, and foods. The staff were so so nice and my pup came home with super great things!

Finally made my way to Wally Pets after loads of people recommended it. This shop is what small businesses are all about. The people who work there are so delightful and attentive to every customer. You can tell they're not trying to sell you anything you don't need and truly care about you and your pets. They have a cone loaner program where you simply borrow a soft surgical cone (~$30) and just return it when you're done. Love the sense of community here.

Wow! What a wonderful, friendly store. Paul the owner gave me helpful advice to keep my new puppy safe, healthy and the free hedgehog toy is adorable! The store clerk was also friendly and helped fit my puppy for a Wonder Walker harness. You pay for one harness and as your pup grows you can upgrade to the next biggest size for free. Amazing customer service! Now I don't want to go to any other pet store in Seattle, as this small business with quality inventory is my favorite go to place for everything I need for my precious furbaby. Highly, highly recommend!

Hands down, this is the best dog store in the PNW. The staff are super nice, very knowledgeable, and it's great to support local. They have a great selection of food, toys, and treats. Paul saved our pup from a lifetime of giardia diarrhea, for sure, and gave us really reasonable/affordable solutions, too. We are so grateful!

This place is the best! Paul (the owner) is so knowledgable and truly cares about the well being of all his furry customers. He will always tell you whats best for your pet...and not just to make a sale. I come here at least every other week because our dog loves Paul and all the store pets and employees!

If ever a place deserved more than 5 stars, this is it. The owner, Paul, is a local treasure and the friendliest, most authentic person I know. His integrity is unmatched – he is diligent in researching the products he offers and will always give you his honest opinion.

Superb service, super friendly staff (the furry ones and the not so furry ones). Good selection of healthy pet foods and cheap peacock feathers, along with other organic catnip toys. Love the place.

The owner is great, I delivery products there and have always had a great time with how roomy it is to get to the back. And to chit chat when we can, busy place...

My partner just stopped by to pick up some cat food to hold us over a few days while we wait for our food to arrive from (unnamed large online pet retailer)-- that we had ordered in haste. When he simply asked for a recommendation on food, the associate at Wally gave him some sample packs of really nice food for free to hold us over. We are so touched. We will definitely be buying our cat's food from here in the future, to shop small & support local :) thank you again!

All the reviews of this place are true! It was my first day with my new dog Gus and they showered him with toys and treats. While inside the store my dog was the most comfortable I have seen him since we'd met. The owner clearly loves his business and the clients who come in. He was actually telling me what not to buy in his store to save me money! This will be my go to pet store forever! The positivity in this place was rare. Before I left with my purchases they showered us with free toys and food.

I just adopted a dog and went in here to see what kind of things I might need to start with. I must have met the owner, because I left with a free toy, gratis food samples + treats and a good talk about settling in a new 4-legged family member. The store is clean and evenly split between food (the back half) and pet supplies (toys, harnesses, bowls, coats, etc etc). Everyone there seemed happy, excited for every pet that walked in and happy to see their humans as well. Honestly if I had an excuse to go in every day I would do it just for the positivity. :)

I can't recommend Paul 'Brownie' and Wally Pets enough! They've helped me with my cats ever since moving to Seattle five years ago. Such a wonderful neighborhood spot.
