Maple Leaf Pet Corner has been absolutely incredible with my dog! I have never been to a veterinarian that is so accommodating and goes above and beyond for the pets (and their owners). Every member of the staff is so kind and so easy to work with. I truly appreciate them so much! I now recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been going to Dr. Karen Lonz (previously Hoffman) for more years than I can count. She is one of a kind. I have had vets in the past but nothing matches up to her. I thank the good man upstairs for leading me to her. I began seeing her for everything. Having a lab, Cocker and now an elderly Visla she is the "ONLY" Dr. I will take my animals too unless it is an emergency. I live in Cle Elum (Eastern Washington)now and will make the drive to see her, without question. I have never had a bad experience with her. I have had to say goodbye to my girl Faith last week after 16 yrs and a Ben my Choc lab last summer. She stayed with me the whole time and made sure I was okay after the process was completed. You will not be disappointed while your animal is in her care. I could go on, she is the "real deal" and will love your animal as if it were her own. Judy Donahue

I'm not a fan of Vets. However, for the general purpose, they are very caring towards your pet and you. [UPDATE] 8/27/2021 I am raising a star. Although I had 1 bad experience years ago, I can now say it was not indicative of the entirety of this Veteran as a whole. Our family has been going to this office for many years, now. They are invariably professional and caring. I can also say for end of life situations they are perfect for what that is at that time. They are exceedingly professional and exceptionally caring. I have recommended this office to friends and acquaintances. I will continue to recommend them.

Very friendly and very responsive

Even though we received curbside service due to Coronavirus protocols, I felt the visit was comprehensive and my friend's 15 year old pup was in very good hands. All staff were courteous & helpful. The vet, Dr. Sweeny, was thorough and showed concern for the dog. She took time to explain all health issues in understandable terms. She made thoughtful & solid recommendations for current & future care. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic if you are looking for quality care for your beloved pet.

Dr Sweeney was very compassionate when I brought my 16+yo rescue in for end of life care (and still even when she learned that I had her for 15y and had not gone into the vet except for initial spay and shots). She supported my decision for home treatment. The technicians, Edi and Amanda, were very caring. Edi trained me on how to do subcutaneous injections for hydration. Scott at reception was always available, gave accurate and reasonable estimates, and ensured that the office made the time during my cat’s emergency kidney failure, even enabling same day and next day appointments. I never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment and I was appreciative of their offering for both curbside and inside appointments. This stands out after calling 12 places and hearing 3mo to “never” for a new client; 3h-5h waiting at the vet ERs. Amanda and Dr. Karen Hoffman helped me decide and say goodbye, even staying after hours for my emergency call to reduce pain. Thank you to the team. I recommend the Pet Corner if you want an understanding and compassionate team.

Pretty good place to get a pet bath. I’ve been using them in Seattle. My dog smells nice after the bath and usually lasts pretty well.

We love Dr Hoffman and the whole staff there. They have been wonderful with our 12 year dog with everything from general care to emergency visits as long as we have had him. They even cared for our son’s dog who was visiting and needed emergency care with compassion and excellence. We are taking our new puppy there next week for her first visit and feel so confident and grateful for the care we know she will also receive through her life as well with Maple Leaf Pet Corner.

From 2008 until now in 2020, I've had the highest regard for Karen's gentleness with my pets, her almost intuitive ability to diagnose difficult problems, which all stems from much knowledge and training. A foster of mine had been diagnosed twice with food allergy, but wasn't responding to diet. Took him to Karen, voiced my concerns. She immediately took scrapings from his ears, made a slide for her microscope, and invited me to see the cause: sarcoptic mange critters, swarming. With another regimen, Fonzie healed quickly, no longer scratching and smelling like carrion. So when another foster was diagnosed with food allergy but I was certain it was mange, I took him to Karen who suggested ring worm and treatment. Herman now carries a wee scar, but healed quickly, not infecting my other two. I've taken scared foster to her and, if/when they became part of my crew, they welcomed their visits with her. I cannot recommend highly enough this gentle, knowledgeable vet.

Friendly staff, friendly and safe environment, and the cutest little helpers running around your feet! The on-site vet and tech were very knowledgeable and got our issue taken care of.

The docs are fantastic and staff is amazing. I adore these people and hope I find a small, friendly, amazing clinic like this when I move out of state.

These people are Saints. The quality of care and the availability and attentiveness are greater than I’ve ever experienced with a vet. I will always bring my animals here! My cat had an abscess that was REALLY bad and gross. It had broken open. They got me in immediately and the price was more than fair and totally explained to me beforehand and afterwards. I was hoping for very little in terms of courtesy and care def on the last minute urgent nature of our visit, and we received better care and more compassion than any other time I have ever been to a vet for anything. I will be a client for life.

Love this place..especially Bill the house attendant, dog, that greets you at the door.. The back up support in patient care.. His kind caring demeanor puts you at ease..???? I'm going back to visit just to see him alone.???? The services they provide are traditional and thorough. They are open to work together with alternative holistic vets. to ensure your pets receive the best care..

Confused and disorganized. Misdiagnosed my dog, called and gave us information about another dog (not mine), poor turnaround time for labs and other work, and very disorganized when transferring to our new vet. Very disappointing and I would not recommend.

Not sure what is happening at this clinic. I called to book an appointment, and later that night, I received an email from the staff. The staff was writing patients that they have not been paid wages they are owed. There is a serious disagreement between the owner, the manager, and staff. I'm not sure what is going on, but I dont need the worry that this will affect the care my cat needs.

Walked past this clinic yesterday evening to find a large standard poodle wandering around in the street and running into traffic. After I called the dog to me, (luckily it was very friendly and responsive) I noticed I was outside the clinic and guessed the dog came from there. I rang the doorbell to no answer, looked around the back with no luck. I went back to the front door and knocked, the door was opened by a nurse who let the dog back in. Not even a thank you or any acknowledgement that a dog was missing from the clinic, they just closed the door on me. Really shocking to see a vet that didn’t seem to care that a dog in their care was running around on a very busy Lake City Way! Be careful if you send your pets here!

I wouldn’t trust my kitties with anyone else. This office is organized, honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone looking for a quality veterinarian.

Dr. Hofmann is caring and straight forward in explaining any concerns with solutions. I trust her.

Great little clinic! They were incredibly helpful as we prepared for an international move (so much paperwork!). Each of the vets we interacted with was professional and thorough.
