Can't say enough Good about Dr Anderson and the folks at Jet City Animal Clinic!

Warm and friendly but also very professional practice.

Do not use this vet. This is price gouging at its very finest. In seven years of dog ownership we have never been more dissatisfied. We are a military family headed overseas and we needed a USDA certificate of good health for my wife’s therapy dog. We just paid $522 for the vet to look at our dog for five minutes, fill out ten minutes of paperwork, and ship us the required certificate. They also wanted to charge $78 for a phone consult which was literally my wife calling in advance to make the appointment but after she expressed displeasure they agreed not to charge this phone consult fee. We sincerely believe the vet recognized our situation (headed overseas in three days, no time to rebook with another clinic) and took advantage. Avoid at all costs and take your business elsewhere. For reference, this exact same service in Fort Hood, TX cost about $80.

Great service and staff but they GOUGE you on the cost of medication. Eye drops for my dog, which can only be prescribed, we're $38 for 2.5mL. it is $14 for 10mL on chewey. Consider getting your medication, especially any subsequent refills, from a different provider.

Everything about this vet clinic is top rate. Everyone cares about your pet, knows their name, and does what they can to get you the help you need. Not only did they manage to squeeze me and my pup in for a same-day appointment, they followed up after a couple days to see how we were doing.

We have a very vet-reactive dog, and chose Jet City as his new vet because of their fear-free training. And they have been truly wonderful about accommodating him. When we took him for his first-ever appointment with them earlier this summer, he was very aggressive and agitated. He made it impossible for Dr. Hsu to examine him, so she ended the appointment and we assumed we'd be asked not to bring him back. But she called a few days later with a plan on how to have a more successful visit the next time. We took him in today, followed her plan, and the visit went beautifully. Dr. Hsu and Brooklyn handled him with patience and skill. They answered our questions, addressed our concerns, and told us how they can continue to care for him without having to put him through the stress of regular visits. We're really grateful that Jet City took a chance on a good boy who doesn't always make the best first impression!

I love Jet City. All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful! Especially Dr. Hsu, who is always very patient and sweet with my senior dog. Dr. Hsu answers every concerned-pet-parent question I have, and explains everything as she goes. I highly recommend them!

Updating a prior post, after hearing our dogs situation was worsening the clinic was able to get him in ASAP this morning and I’m appreciative of that. Things aren’t always so easy to shift around.

I brought my kitten for neutering here. First of all personnel of the clinic didn’t let me stay with my cat, however he’s my emotional support. My heart was broken to leave him alone. They kept him for 12 hours(!). My kitten was so lovely and social but when we took him back home he was so distressed and started hissing on every person and dog, run away or hide...Since past almost one year but my cat still doesn’t like people and scared of them. I deem they kept my kitten with rest of pets, including dogs, in same room for many hours. I can’t even imagine what they have done to him but they literally damaged his mental health. I never ever come to this clinic again and do not recommend it to anybody.

Very nice staff, even though during drop-off only Covid restrictions. But vet was asking to FaceTime during the check up. Seemed very nice!

Jet City has been keeping our animals happy and healthy for over 5 years now. They've helped us through the loss of 2 of our cats with such care and grace we left feeling completely supported. They discovered a life-threatening ailment in one of our young pups who thanks to their care and attention is now completely healthy and well on his way to becoming a grumpy old man. Love everyone who works here.

I absolutely love this veterinary clinic ❤️ Dr Kitchen has been taking care of my 2 dogs for the last 3 years and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care and attention to detail. The entire staff is great with pets of all types and they've been extremely good with one of my dogs that's very nervous. I received thoughtful and evidenced based advice about switching to a raw diet and Dr Kitchen always seems to have good suggestions about ways to address the myriad of concerns that arise with pet ownership. You should feel confident knowing that this clinic has your family's best interests in mind with everything that they do. Highly recommend!

My young dog has been a patient here for a year, since he was a little 10 week old baby. His vet, Dr. Kim Hsu, does thorough exams (I'll never forget how she even sniffed under his ears during his first visit) and goes over any of my concerns as a new pet parent. She also recently did my dog's neuter surgery. He had nice tissue approximation and recovered with no complications. Dr. Hsu took the time to call afterwards to let me know how it went and go over post op instructions. The supporting team members are also caring and try hard to put my anxious dog at ease. Overall a great office to take your pet.

Dr. Anderson is so good with my cat, she's very gentle which is great since my kitty is a nervous type. I know she's in good hands with the doctor. The staff is super friendly too and their COVID business adjustments are great too. It's clear it's a very ethical business that cares about all members of the families they service.

Jet City has been our go-to vet for several years now. They are reliable, honest, and you can tell they truly love seeing our pups. They also don't try to upsell and spend your money for you, with recommendations that aren't necessary.. We have the utmost respect for them and are so happy to have found them!

I have been taking my dog to Jet City Animal clinic for a little bit over a year. However, most recently I found a discrepancy in the paperwork on how long my dog had been limping for 8 week as of February. It's doesn't match with what I said when I was at the visit which was 2 weeks (8 weeks would have dated all the way back to last year). Anyhow, this error may cost us $6000 in surgical costs because now insurance claims it is a pre-existing condition. I have tried to contact Jet City Animal Clinic multiple times due to this issue with no response back. It is a very friendly staff. However, my dog sees a different vet every time he goes Jet City which doesn't help with "remembering" issues like the one I just had or getting to know Bjorn. Every time I go I feel like I leave with $100's of vet fees with little to show for it.

My husband and I relocated to Seattle with our anxious dog, Lucius, at the beginning of the year and were NOT excited to go through the process of finding a new vet. Jet City was the first place we tried and boy oh BOY did we choose right! What I appreciate most is how much time and patience they put into our visits even for the most basic thing like a nail trim. They also explain things in easy to understand language and send additional resources when needed. The vet techs are also the most kind, caring folks you’ll meet and it’s very apparent how much they love caring for animals. We are even planning our next move around making sure we’re close to Jet City! 10/10 recommend obviously.
