Nice service overall. Though my dog came back with a rash when he was done with his bath. Nail trim is quick and good.

Great people. Fudge who is not a big fan of getting bathed is now excited to go there. He always comes back smelling delicious!! Upping their game for online scheduling would be a nice add.

We take our miniature poodle mix here and have always had a great experience. Definitely worth the expense as they take great care of your dog. Our dog can get anxious and does not like being bathed and groomed but they do such a good job he doesn't seem to mind! Everyone is very nice and you can tell they all love the pets.

I take my mini poodle, Remy, here! It’s his third or fourth time here so far? They take care of him and I haven’t had any complaints. They use Nature’s Specialties plumtastic shampoo is what we use at home too so that’s great. Remy also doesn’t love getting his nails clipped so on the first visit they couldn’t clip the last two. But on our visits after that, they got him to trust them to cut all his nails and get him all groomed! They even gave him a cute little bandana to celebrate the spring this time around. I travel all the way from South Seattle to Magnolia Paw Spa and it feels worth it so far!

Worth every penny. Fast and high quality cuts for your doglet. They managed to squeeze me in due to a cancellation. Thanks guys!

My dog loved it here! I could tell he was well taken care of and it was a much less stressful environment than a place like petco. The best haircut he’s had in the 12 years I’ve owned my dog!

Took my German Shepherd in for the first time and wow he looks so good! He’s clean and they brushed him out so well. We’ve lived in Seattle for just over 2 years now and haven’t found a groomer that is willing to take the time that it takes to brush our shepherd out and Magnolia Pet Spa did just that. I got him home and did a whole body rub down and he is so soft and very little hair came out. This is huge for us especially right now with him blowing his coat. I’ve already scheduled our next appointment and am so happy to have found somewhere to take him and feel confident that he will get a good brushing.

I brought my dachshund here for the first time today (for a nail trim walk-in) and they did a terrific job. I didn't need to bring in any vaccination paperwork (like you need to for any service at Petco) and they did such a great job, I'll be returning for sure! Update 1/19: still love this place and will continue coming here :) Update 11/24/20: can no longer come here for nail trims, as they do not even take appointments, only walk-ins on Thursday during the small window of 4pm-6pm. Really bummed about that.

I'm so glad I discovered Magnolia Paw Spa for my fur baby''s grooming needs! I've only been twice so far but I'm very happy with the results. Amity seems happy when she comes out as well.

Love them!! My kitties always look amazing after a lion cut by Angie. She took care of my Princess Peasue (aka Whisper) for many years and now that we have a new Persian, Princess Jasmine, we are back to see Angie again.

I've been taking my dogs for regular nail trims and occasional grooming since the owners worked out of PJ's Paws and Claws. They know my dogs by name and always provide prompt and quality service.

Nice little groomer. My dog loves it here, and the owner brings their dog when mine is there so they can play. They get my lab so much cleaner than I can.

Grooming job was ok, but they charged more than they said they would charge. Make sure you agree explicitly on price up front.

Updated! In the event you just want to know - should I take my pet here? The answer is yes, absolutely. Bottom line: You will not realize how great this place is until you have gone elsewhere. The magical transformation of your pet will amaze you. However, you may want to read the entire tail to fully appreciate how awesome this place is. I have a long haired collie (Exactly like Lassie!), my best friend. She sheds heavily twice a year, and despite my best efforts, really needs a true professional. I kid you not, my friends, I will go to sleep at night with a happy, cuddly, soft bundle of dog. I am positive there is a trans dimensional crack somewhere in my closet. On random mornings - I open my eyes to see her with fur askew, tangled mats, knots. Everything feels just a bit wibbly wobbly. I trip over tumbleweeds of fur, growing at an exponential rate. I am telling you, nothing but a Hogwart’s graduate can help her. Enter Angie. I imagine my dog with cucumbers on her eyes, sighing happily, as Angie and friends use their wands to return her to the dog I know and love. They take their time to ensure everything is done right, and to give pets time to adjust an relax. I’ve taken her to the Paw Spa since she was just a pup. So... 6, 7 years? Angie is the best. I wrote a review in 2017 praising them. Shortly thereafter, I had an accident and could not get to Magnolia. THE OTHER PLACE We had to settle for a closer place. Grooming was average. No sparkle, panache, ugly bandannas, sigh. It was actually more expensive. With no bathroom breaks. THE OTHER PLACE TURNS TO THE DARK SIDE: (They-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named) Last fall, my girl was in desperate need of a full grooming. Playing off leash with her friends, rolling in something funky... she was shedding, dirty, and her rear was so matted it looked like she had gained 10 pounds. Of course, she was delighted. She went in for a full grooming at the Other Place. I had planned I to corral the balls of fur during the day, when: ————— I received a message an HOUR later she was ready. ????—————- Huh? ???? Impossible. It takes 10 minutes just to get a 75 pound dog with that much fur WET. I was suspicious. So suspicious, in fact, I called Angie immediately. I was afraid she would not remember me. To my astonishment, she had perfect recall of every detail of my dog’s entire grooming life! (Take that, Hermione!) I picked up my girl from the Other Place and rushed her to the Spa. My dog looked decent. She was dry. This could only be Voldemort’s handiwork. My dog wagged her tail as Angie checked her out. All the employees came out to see her and welcome her back. Despite my fears of black magic, Angie confirmed the job may have been hasty, but there was nothing to fear, and took the high road when speaking of the other business. As I was making my next appointment... well, I can’t be certain... but I swear my dog’s fur was suddenly.... shinier. I looked at my dog, and she winked. —————- ————- * Authors note: I have tried to recreate events, locales and conversations from my memories of them. Charlie was at Magnolia Paws for 6 hrs. When I came to pick her up, another groomer, client and receptionist where chatting. I asked if I could get Charlie but was informed the receptionist couldn’t back out of the computer until the client had booked another appt and paid. So I waited for another 10 minutes while they chatted. Finally I blew up and harsh words were exchanged. When I finally got Charlie she was only partially trimmed. So for $71 I got virtually nothing.

I have an older pug who is incredibly difficult about her nails. Autumn is a pug-lover and does a wonderful job! This groomer is more expensive than other locations, but it is worth it for the quality and flexibility in booking. They even provide holiday photos- such an extra special tough.

Nice place for dog grooming. Super friendly staff. Just slightly pricier than other groomers in the area, but well recommended and my dog came back looking super clean. A little odd that they have you pay first before seeing your dog. 4.5 stars.

My puppy requires frequent haircuts. I've been to several local places. Magnolia Paw Spa is the only place that my puppy is NOT afraid of going to. That tells you all you need to know. Friendly staff, great service, fair price for the offered services.
