My dog doesn't go here but their staff were gracious enough to give me one of their last bags of prescription food because my online order from Chewy was indefinitely delayed. They got me out of a pickle and for that I am grateful.

They are thoughtful, and detailed with their visits. Great vets who know animals. I feel like I get great service and feel like my cats are being cared for.

Friendly staff, great service, they take care of our cats and dogs

I moved to Seattle about a year ago and was nervous about starting over with a new vet. My girl gets incredibly stressed at vet visits (won't move or tries to run/shakes/bloodshot eyes) and it took a while to find things that made it easier for everyone at our last place. Since our first visit though, I am convinced that Four Paws is the best for her! They focus on limiting stress for their patients, and have so much patience and knowledge. You can tell that they really love the animals they treat (especially the aides!) and they have even worked with us to treat her anxiety in general. She definitely still gets nervous for appointments, but it is nothing like it was before. They are also really great about reaching out and follow ups, and discuss options without pushing unnecessary treatments. SO happy to have found Four Paws!

I needed emergency care for my dog on a Saturday morning, and my regular vet and at least 5 others weren’t able to see us. After explaining our situation to a very caring tech over the phone who relayed our story, the owner of this clinic, Dr. Perotti-Orcutt, took at least an hour out of her already fully booked day to give my dog a thorough evaluation and care plan, then shared her experiences with her own limited mobility dogs over the years to give relief to our dog and ease our minds as owners. Everyone I interacted with, from our tech Jemma to Dr. Erin, was kind, and attentive. Prices were very reasonable. Don’t hesitate to visit this clinic, they have earned my trust for all of my animals.

Dr. Brian Thomas-Jones is the best vet! He is smart, caring and compassionate. He patiently explains all procedures. Highly recommend!

The wonderful staff at Four Paws saved my dogs life by quickly acting to remove a piece of wood that was lodged between his teeth on the roof of his mouth. He was frantic and choking and I was terrified he would die! They were calm and competent. Rezso and I will be grateful to them forever.

Compassionate staff and expert vets

The owners of this clinic are good people who care about all their clients. My puppy was bit by another dog while in the waiting room and the vet simply took care of the medical bills associated in order to not have anyone feel at fault. I will continue using them, as they have shown they are not just in it for financial gain, but a trusting and long-term relationship with my pup!

Always a very friendly and professional staff, just love these ladies and gents. If your four legged family members aren't well, I highly recommend having them seen here. ????

They've treated our cat Penny Lane with the upmost care. Even with all the craziness we live with today, Four Paws still have treated Penny with the upmost care. We hadn't made this much progress treating her at other vets. 5/5 would recommend

It's a good place, but can be a challenge to schedule an appointment for an urgent matter.

I'm not a patient at this clinic but it's in my neighborhood. I had an emergency with my cat and needed local support in a pinch. I wasn't able to get to my regular vet and the staff at Four Paws helped me out. The customer service was excellent and they demonstrated they put animals first.

I trust them so much. They've been taking care of my pup ever since she was born. Ive tried cheaper places but I always end right back at Four Paws. I wouldn't entrust my dog to anyone else!

The most uncaring and unsympathetic pet providers I have ever met. I lost my dog due to another dog attacking it. I brought him there to care for his wound right after it happened and I was hysterical just having left the scene. I brought him in and they told me to lay him on the table but it was too late. My baby died during the drive over. The care provider and another staff person were standing right there. The vet poked my dog in the eyeball and said "he's gone". with a weird smirk on her face. Of course I started crying even harder and they just stood there, looking at me. I feel like they though it was funny or something because of the way the vet matter-of-factly poked and said he was gone. They didnt even try to console me or say anything other than what the vet had stated. There were no other customers in the facility at that time. I stood there in the room with my dead dog lying on the table crying. This was a very painful moment. Im tearing up now as I write. They never did say anything to me. I asked them what to do about my dog. The person who was originally at the reception desk told me about cremation packages. I told her that I would call them later and that I needed to go. I sat in my car for about 30min and then called my husband to tell him what happened. The point is that I see all the lovely reviews but those opinions just didnt represent what I experienced that day when I lost Dobbie. Those two staff persons behaved heartlessly that day. I live right down the street from them- walking distance but I will never bring any other pet of mine in for treatment.

The staff at Four Paws went out of their way to help me when my cat was sick. They were easy to communicate with and took excellent care of him. They are extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I have been to many vets in Seattle and I was truly impressed. They are now my #1 vet.
