An excellent group of caring professionals, providing love and comfort to all of their patients (4 legged and 2 legged). We drive all the way to and from the eastside, that's how much we trust and respect everyone there.

Given they are not accepting new pet clients, this review won't matter much until that changes, but since we started our 3 pups with Elliot Bay AH 3 years ago we have never had anything but great experiences. After moving here and leaving behind a beloved vet, we had very high standards and EBAH has met every one. We are fortunate to have excellent pet insurance [highly recommend for everyone with pets] so cannot really speak to their prices since we get most of our fees reimbursed. All their staff are professional, friendly and extremely attentive to each of our pets needs and differences. Top notch!!

We've been taking our goldendoodle to Elliott Bay Animal Hospital for the past few years, and are so happy with the service and care we've received from Dr. Nakamura and other team members. Dr. Nakamura is incredibly knowledgeable, considerate, and is so helpful in communicating her advice and answering all of our questions. Our dog is so excited to go to the vet each time!

They seem to have great relation with the animal that come to them. The even help exotic animal as well.

All of the people who have treated my many animals through the years have always been thoughtful, professional, courteous, and caring. One woman at EBAH actually contacted me on a weekend for consolation when one of my dogs recently died.

My family has been taking our pets here for years and always had really amazing care. Professional, covid safe, and really great with pets. The front desk staff is incredibly patient and thorough. Love this place!

Love all of the techs at this office. They were always caring and thoughtful since I started bringing my dog in last year. Unfortunately the office continues to enforce outdated COVID policies, allowing only animals in for visits and exclusively communicating through text and over the phone. They recently sent out an email to all clients stating that they have no intention of this changing at all. My dog is medically complex and I want him to be seen by people who care about him enough to sit down and talk to me about the serious issues. He has been seen over ten times at Elliot Bay and I have never met any of the vets there. So despite the wonderful team of techs, we have found another vet office.

My experience with this team was and continues to be outstanding.

I did not actually make an appointment with Elliott Bay Animal Hospital as they were not accepting new patients at the time, however, I wanted to give the folks there credit for responding to my voicemail when many other places are not even providing the courtesy of a call back. Elliott Bay Animal Hospital apologized that they were unable to take on my pet right now (not their fault), and they also gave me a recommendation on who I could reach out to next. This business is responsive and professional, even with someone that they were not able to personally help, traits that are appreciated and so hard to find these days! We have received veterinary care at Elliott Bay for our dogs for over twenty years. The entire team is professional, competent and caring. The understand that pets are highly valued family members. We recommend them for anyone looking for top notch pet care.

After not having taken my senior cat in for some years and having a new kitten, I wanted to find an established place going forward. I had a poor experience at another place a couple months prior where I felt judged, rushed and uncomfortable. So I went into establishing EBAH with some anxiousness and a lot of questions. Let me tell you, my experience has been nothing but stellar. In the weeks leading up to the appointment, they were very responsive answering all my questions via email and phone even though they had yet to meet me or my kitties. Their curbside service, due to covid, was extremely organized and Dr. Grossman and team came out to discuss at my car, safely with masks, multiple times to inform me of the status. Turns out, my feline friends are not so simple to care for! But they were kind, patient, and spoke to their sweet sides even while being difficult patients for the team. It was a full day experience for me and I have no complaints. They also followed up with me the following day and have just been so kind and amazing with me and my kittos even with such a complicated start. I am a very relaxed and easygoing person usually so I felt uncomfortable seeming like one of those annoying clients who is fussy but they continued to reassure me. I one hundred percent recommend Elliott Bay Animal Hospital and I hope going forward, we will be an easier bunch to care for and they will be my fur-ever veterinary service location! Thank you EBAH for all you have done!

My kitty doesn't have the greatest health but with Elliott Bay Animal Hospital (EBAH), their staff, their onsite pharmacy, and personalized care plans I KNOW that I'm doing everything in my power to keep her healthy and give her the best life she can purr over. EBAH is only a call or a click away when I need to refill a prescription food or medication order, and they work with me to be able to pick it up when I'm available. If your pet is part of your family then go to EBAH where the medical team will treat BOTH of you like family.

I just wanted to give a heads up to all that if your animal is having a serious medical emergency, consider taking them elsewhere. I arrived at Elliot Bay Animal Hospital and expressed to them that my dog was in severe distress and wouldn't eat or drink and was throwing up frequently. The told me they were "at capacity" which didn't feel right considering my dog was immobile while I glanced around the parking lot at other owners waiting to go in with dogs jumping around seemingly in good spirits which was disheartening. We took him to Greenwood Hospital on Aurora, and he was rushed into surgery after xrays. Clearly Elliot Bay animal hospital is more concerned with whos next in line as opposed to handling a real emergency like a hospital should.

Thankyou Elliot bay animal hospital! They were very nice and helped Sammy , fixed his issues have him a antibiotic injection for his ear infection, and we were treated really well and they came out to our car and were very kind to my cat. Thankyou guys .. We won't ever forget you helped us . Sammy is so much better ,!

They picked up the bill on emergency medical on a friend's cat and their sense of urgency and the personal touches prior, during, and after the appointment were what every vet should emulate. Far better than treatment I've received over the past few years in people hospitals

EBAH is amazing! They are thoughtful and thorough with our dog's care and provide great communication.

Dr. Grossman is a lovely woman. Very easy to talk to about my cats and their health topics. The staff of always cheerful and happy to help, and they respond quickly if I text or email them.

We love Elliott Bay Animal Hospital. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. We took our old dog Buddy here for all 15-1/2 years of his life. We just got a new puppy and are back for hopefully 15+ more. Thank you to everyone at Elliott Bay!
