Dr. Nacewicz is so sweet with my old weird dog, and the staff are very helpful. I often find myself calling for help outside of scheduled appointments and they're very patient with me. When I have an appointment, it starts on time and I feel listened to and trust the doctor's advice.

No wait, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and The Vet was warm and helpful. Recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable, knowledgeable and caring vets office.

We had great experience with Dr. Paulson with our 2 shih tzu's.

This is a great clinic. My pup had a serious leg and paw injury which the staff treated and made the process feel less overwhelming. They were patient with him on days he had to stay to rest, he could be a little vocal and restless. They even gave him themed cast decorations which were a nice touch. You can feel the love they have for your pet, I remember one assistant mentioning that she laid with him on the floor so he could stay calm. The missing star is due to what I felt was an oversight on a broken toe which another vet office helped remedy. It has been over a year since and he is stronger than ever thanks to both offices. Definitely go here, and if you have any doubts about the treatment make sure to ask while you are in person because the vets are pretty busy. Prices are standard, I didn’t feel they were abnormally high or super low.

Our furry friends are at ease with the care provided here and the staff is knowledgeable and explains everything well. Only gave it 4 stars due to appointments are hard to find and it’s a little pricey for the area.

This place takes good care of my pup! If you want a knowledgeable and caring vet go see Dr. Kraabel. They also do a great job of sending you a pet report card after with helpful recommendations and health history.

Staff are awesome—welcoming, friendly, like their jobs and their employer, and enjoy animals.

I started using Cascade Heights during the pandemic. They have been incredibly awesome at answering all my questions and have helped me keep my pup in tip-top shape. All of the employees I’ve met have been so kind and caring, and they genuinely love on my boy (nearly) as much as I do. So thankful to have such a great vet so close to my home!

Look no further for the perfect vet. I have tried three different vet clinics around West Seattle and our experience here blew us away. The front staff was patient when we canceled short notice, called with a thousand questions, and they were very friendly to chat with. The nurses and vets took the time to gain my pups trust before petting her or starting her exam. The vet was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience and did not rush us at all. The prices were very reasonable and more affordable than others. At the end of the appointment we left feeling confident and cared for. Even our pup left with her tail wagging.

I really like the vets here. They always make me feel that my dog is well cared for. I also think there prices are relatively low. I used to go to greentree and my bills seemed higher than here.

My dog had a wellness exam last week as a new patient. Dr. Nacewicz was excellent. She was very caring and took the time to listen to my concerns and get to know my dog's history.

Very friendly staff with great care for my dogs. Always willing to answer questions. Sometimes the front desk has trouble telling whether an invoice has been paid or not. They do a great job of managing curb-side service.

Caring, empathetic, great service and prices

After having failed experience with another clinic and all of west seattle being booked for several weeks, they got me in and took great care of my dog with a cough. Appreciate the timeliness and the care provided. They even emailed to check in a few days later. Great service and prices are very fair!

What you'd want any neighborhood small animal vet care office to be. Affordable care, caring, competent, and friendly staff; honest, highly capable vet.

I took my new kitten to Cascade Heights and she's gotten great care from the beginning. I like that they have a package that includes everything a new pet needs at a bit of a discount. The only thing I would improve is the location - there are a few 'eccentric' characters that seem to hang around this particular block...

It was our pups first trip to the vet. We were sad that we couldn't be inside with him due to Covid but the vet was great at explaining everything to us over the phone. We could tell that they really care about the animals and they are very knowledgeable. Really glad I found this place

Friendly staff caring veterinarians I feel very confident and comfortable bringing my pride English bulldog time and time again to Cascade heights veterinary I have had nothing but positive experiences!

Dr. Fielding and the rest of the vets and staff are wonderful. Dr. Fielding specializes in veterinary dentistry and she did an amazing job with our puggle's very problematic teeth. We are very grateful, he is doing so much better. Everyone there is friendly, patient and kind. We are very happy to have such a professional, reliable place to take our pups.

My pup is shy and anxious. The staff made her as comfortable as possible and included me in her care. I love that they didn't push things which may have caused her to have more anxiety than necessary. The doctor was very calm with my dog.

Several times I've tried to make an appointment that has been important and I've been told there's no appointments available and call back early in the morning to see if any cancellations. There's never any cancellations and I'm always having to go elsewhere for my pets to be seen. My dog has collapsed trachea and allergies which flare up every year at the same time. I asked if they could just provide the medication that always work and of course the answer is he needs to be seen. This time they offered a drop off urgent care visit in the middle of the day 2 days later for $95, when I had asked a week prior for someone to get back to me with a date and they never bothered to call me back. The front office staff are disorganized and have little to no follow through. Feels more like they are just trying to make a profit than take care of pets, if they had called me back like they said they would then I wouldn't be having to take my pet somewhere else yet again. I've been going to this vet for a while, so it's pretty dishes to have to find a new one. I love Dr. Paulson, she's fantastic, but I'm taking my pets elsewhere from now on!

UPDATE 10/24/2020: This hospital is still a freaking BLESSING. I have now brought every other pet to this place! The staff is always ALWAYS going above and beyond to make sure my fur babies are taken care of and they always make sure I know what is happening in their care. They’ll treat you and your pet like family. We love you guys!! Just moved here from Southern California and I have to say they are THE best I've ever been too. They took the time to get to know my cat and myself! I will recommend them to ANYONE looking for a vet! 10/10!!
