I want to give older cats a good end of life. I have taken my four senior cats to Aurora for years. As members of my LAST MEOW CLUB they have needed specialty care. I have found the vets thorough, helpful, compassionate and very professional. And the staff is spectacular. I feel over time they have had to go the extra mile to get my seniors what they need to thrive. This is a wonderful clinic

I am truly thankful for this facility. I have taken both my cats here for 3 years. Recently, one of my cats faced something life threatening and Aurora took great care of her despite being overloaded with customers and despite the snowstorm. Cannot thank them enough.

We have been patients here for 5 years, and have always had such quality and caring service. Recently my dog, Lola experienced an injury (looks like a torn ACL), and on a Friday afternoon, we were able to come in for an emergency exam and see her regular vet! Wow! It was so reassuring and made us that much more loyal. Thank you!

The vets, techs and assistants are the best. Very compassionate and efficient. I have used them for several cats and a dog. They are knowledgeable and provide lots of information.

Great vets who really care and have given us details about our dogs' and cats' health that we don't always get from other veterinarians. Also, they don't keep trying the same thing that didn't work last time, but actually listen and work with pet caretakers to get a plan that works for everyone.

We have trusted everyone of these doctors who are all completely different. A beautiful variety of Vets and staff doing all they can with the foolish rules our city is all about. We have brought our doodle here for 8 years and he's 16! We just recently lost our Schiperke. I always considered Doctor Newton a friend and amazing vet but the moment I needed it she turned her healing on me. Beautiful people. They are priced fairly as well and I recommend all of the doctors treating pups.

My pup Norman has been going here since we got him 7 years ago. We have seen many of the Veterinarians here and at this point I trust this place so much that he has been seen by whichever Veterinarian is available. We have only had exceptional care from this place. During this pandemic, they have been very thoughtful about safety for their guests and staff, requiring masks and that ppl wait outside. I am thankful for them doing their part implementing these safety measures while still taking really good care of our animals. Jessica always takes good care of my dog for his nail trims and glands. I prefer going here instead of a groomer. When Norman had to be seen suddenly for some back pain they were very accommodating even while still being very busy. Their customer service is exceptional and always kind. I even get text and email reminders for the things my dog may be due for. Their pricing is very reasonable and very considerate for the big city. We have had his teeth cleanings done here and the price is very fair, considering how expensive cleanings are. Lastly, today they took their customer service to the next level. My car battery died and they were so busy and I was so embarrassed. The staff were so kind and jumped to help me without hesitation. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name who jumped my car. Thank you!! Highly highly recommend this place!

They always take great care of our miniature golden doodle, and I appreciate that they allow for curbside visits to help fight COVID. We moved across town several years ago, but their thoughtfulness and care makes it worth the drive.

They work with Doney Coe and have been a godsend in getting us medication for our dog who has epilepsy.

The staff and vets all provide exceptional, compassionate care. We always appreciate the thoughtful decision making for caring for our pets.

Excellent care at very reasonable prices. They have helped with the care and feeding of our three dogs for four years. Staff is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. We had to put one of our dogs down during the COVID-19 lockdown. Humans and dog were treated with exceptional skill, kindness, and compassion.

We have been bringing our dog to Aurora Veterinary Hospital for over a decade, and no matter if it is an annual checkup or a more urgent matter, the staff and veterinarians are always friendly and even seem to be genuinely excited to see our sweet boy. As we have an elder dog now, they have been helpful finding ways of keeping him more comfortable and navigating doggy senior care. Very happy with their care.
