They really care about my animals! I've been going there over 10 years.

They cared for my baby girl in her final months when her original vet would not get back to me about her health condition. When the time came to say good bye Dr Bell offered his help to fit our needs in the emergency situation, though we ended up not needing it. We have since taken our other dog there and he did not sell us on things we didn't need for him and we greatly appreciated that.

I absolutely love this vet. Dr Bell and Debbie are my favorites :) I moved from Olympia to Parkland in 2020 and still bring my pets to this office. Everyone is so nice and the care is top notch.

I have used this vet for over 15+ years. First, with Dr. Keifer and now with Dr. Bell. I have always found this vet to be very responsive and informative along with a simply being kind. Dr. Bell and his staff have looked after our two dogs in the thoughtful and professional manners. We no longer live in Olympia but continue to go to Olympia Veterinary Hospital which is almost a 2 hour drive for us. Dr. Bell and his team are the best!

We have used this veterinary hospital for more than 20 years. Over that time, our dogs and cats have received the best of care. Like Dr. Keifer before him, Dr. Bell and the entire staff are awesome.

Had an emergency involving my roommates dog at like 1am. They were so helpful especially with my limited budget. The pup is all healed up and running around again and its all thanks to these ladies!

I've been taking my dog to a different vet for 9 years but because I moved I had to find a new vet. I wish I would have found this place a long time ago! They were more knowledgeable in one visit than my previous vet was in those 9 years. They even sent a text to check up on him right after his vet.

Very good we originally left this place because the new vet was to timid but we came back a few years later. The vet has improved very well with his confidence. Last time my pet tried to scare him away because she knew he was jumpy. This time she didn't bother. We are back to stay.

Dr. Bell performed an emergency procedure that saved our family's beloved Golden Retriever. The decision to spay her saved her life. Dr. Bell is amazing and will continue to care for our baby.

I appreciated the very intensive virus spread precautions in place for check. I really ended up thinking it was a bonus, and not a hindrance at all. I don't know why I thought it would be a pain. The curbside service was so friendly, and the team that I interacted with exsuded positivity and were able to make this the best possible experience it could be for what it was. And they took my tenant's low income voucher, never a hint of any judgement for anything about that or us, or out pet, or anything. Just straight forward, caring and kind staff.

A neighbor told us about Dr. Bell when our 9-year-old lab was taking a downturn following multiple surgeries on her joints and the presence of several tumors. We're very grateful that we made the switch. Dr. Bell and his staff gave her a new lease on life. Under his care, she could swim, play, and enjoy her routines again. Dr. Bell always took as much time as we needed to talk over options and answer our questions. We never felt rushed or pressured in any aspect of her care. Debbie was always responsive and helpful. When it was finally time to let her go, Dr. Bell and Debbie walked us through every step. We chose palliative care for a time and had many questions along the way. They patiently helped us maximize her time left and choose the right time to let her go. The staff was very sensitive to the "human factor" throughout and sent us a very thoughtful card afterward. We highly recommend this practice.

They really listen to you. They want to genuinely know all the things about your pets routine. They let me go on and on with my story telling and didn't seem to mind at all! My dog was itching a lot and we couldn't tell if it was allergies or bugs even though the trace of any kind of flea was extremely minimal. Dr Bell gave me all the options and was quite empathetic to my old Dawgs comfort.
