This place treats my dog so we'll. I am so happy I found this place to take care of my little special furry friend. Would recommend this place to anyone in need of a quality vet. Also parking lot is great and really helps dropping off dog and picking up.

We have taken our dear Mac here ever since we got him. They have always been incredibly kind, and helpful, and as a working class person, I appreciate so much that they often give you options and work with you. Their flexibility and genuine concern for animal welfare has come across in all our visits, and I never once felt like I paid a fee that wasn't justified.

We were in town visiting our daughter for Thanksgivimg. Our dog needed urgent care for a 3-week old surgical wound (which was to repair a vicious dog bite) that wasn’t healing. The team at Atlantic was absolutely amazing. Not only did they fix George up but the communication was incredible, including a follow-up phone call to check in on him the day after they operated. We got written post-op instructions, a copy of the vet record and an itemized statement. We were so traumatized by the dog attack and needing to trust our pup to a vet we’d never met while far from home and they were wonderful. I highly recommend!

I have been taking my two cats and now dog to Atlantic for almost four years now and have always had positive experiences with them. My animals have had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Monahan, Dr. Munroe, and Dr. Cline and all are clearly extremely caring and empathetic animal lovers. Everyone else on staff is always polite, efficient, and eager to help or answer questions. CJ is a true cat whisperer and I would absolutely recommend Atlantic for any scaredy cat parents out there. Thank you for always being there when we call about someone puking or a random bump or whatever else we may be panicking about that week. You guys are the best and we appreciate everything you do!

Just had our first wellness check up as new Seattle residents. The doctor called me while I waited in the car and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and really let me ask anything I wanted. The staff that managed all the parking lot transactions was also amazing, as was the reception staff. For what it's worth, my pet is a cat!

I came here to get my elderly dog euthanized but they were only able to refer me elsewhere. The real issue was that my dog was severely traumatized while in their care. He could walk in on his own feet but had to be taken out in a stretcher. They recommended a dose of codeine or something to ease his pain so I agreed. This was the worst decision I could have made for my dogs final day on this planet. I'm so sad that I allowed them to this because for the rest of his time he was whining and in more pain than before. I will never allow this vet to touch another one of my animals ever again.

Through a series of minor miscalculations and “I shouldas,” my dog bit another dog that was a client of this veterinary hospital. In other words, I’m not even a customer - yet. Worried sick about the other dog, and not wanting to hound his mama for the minor details, I called in to them to ask after Kodi’s condition and what needed to be done. These women took the time to talk to me. They even got the vet herself to speak with me. I was floored at their professionalism, compassion and courtesy. Needless to say, I’m switching to this vet. Keep up the great work. Thank you again for making a very stressful situation a lot less stressful - and for taking care of puppy-Kodi. You guys rock.

Helpful staff and knowledgeable vets. All appts have been in time and we've got a menagerie of healthy animals.

I provided feedback that I felt the docs were not being compassionate with my dogs weight, he is 13, and that I would be switching vets. Instead of calling to learn more and perhaps improve, the doc decided to email me back with a very unprofessional email essentially accusing me that I am purposefully harming my dog, which is farthest from the truth. I had been taking my dog there for nearly 10 years, and in one interaction the truth they felt about me and my dog were revealed. I would not recommend this vet - especially since they are not open to feedback even though they request it.

They have been incredibly helpful and a great vet. I get pet food from them regularly and they have taken care for of my cat several times when he's been sick. Always very nice and accommodating, and they even give a green discount for not driving.

What a great find! We’ve been forced into trapping cats in Palencia since our neighbor has a Feral Cat Birthing Center underneath his front porch. Fortunately they give a discount, and I mean a sizable discount over closer vet clinics, for people that are doing the right thing and trapping these cats. OK so I pat myself on the back occasionally. Excellent service, very professional and excellent prices. Everyone should take their business to Atlantic veterinary Hospital.

To be fair, I must state that my complaint with this vet comes from 3 years ago. I had a bad experience with Dr. Munroe and my cat being wrongly diagnosed. We took him in early one morning because he was acting very strange. He was walking in circles, running into things, refusing to eat, and really not acting like himself. We had no clue what was going on and thought maybe he jumped too far and hurt himself. He was treated with a pain med, that I had reported to them previously did not work for him and he had bad reactions to this med. That was mistake number one. They ran some lab work and sent him home. We called them 2 more times that day explaining that something was really wrong. They said it's probably the meds and to let them get out of his system. As the day went on, he got worse. Later that evening we get an email that stated his lab work was elevated and that he may have diabetes. They recommended we get started with insulin treatments. At this point, my cat could not even stand. I called our local emergency vet hospital and they said to bring him in immediately. We rushed him there and within minutes of seeing him they diagnosed him with a stroke. They said when cats are walking in circles, especially to the right, that could be signs of a stroke. Our cat could have possibly been saved if he were properly diagnosed that morning and treated for his high blood pressure due to the stress of a stroke. Instead he was given a pain med that he has bad reactions to and sent home to "wait it out". We wasted a whole day of "waiting it out" when we could have been treating him. I am not saying they killed my cat, but I am saying that they misdiagnosed him. My complaint is that it felt like our calls were not taken serious and that she did not recognize pretty clear signs of a stroke. Later I checked Google and that was the first thing that popped up, so I was pretty frustrated that my vet did not consider this. The reason it took me 3 years to write this is because I shared my concern with this vet in a letter and a private message. The response I got was that I am being a cyberbully. I really struggled with that comment, so I let it go. However, after looking at other bad reviews they got, I noticed a pattern. If they got a bad review, they immediately went to the defense of “you’re being a cyber bully”. I find that odd that instead of hearing people’s concerns and growing from these very real experiences, they accuse us of cyber bullying. The whole point of reviews is to get people’s feedback and share with other our experiences. I’m not saying don’t go to this vet. I see that others have very good experiences with them. Good. I am simply sharing my experience with others so they do not go through what we did. We lost our cat that night at the ER. I held him as he died in my arms. I only wish I would have trusted my gut to take him in sooner instead of trusting the vet to "wait it out".

The staff is very kind and friendly. The Vet explained to me how preventive care will help my dog in the future. There was no pressure just a very informative visit.

My Appointment was amazing! Dr Bucklin Had a very professional demeanor in dealing with Sparky. She established trust right away with my pup and handled him gently. She explained the plan of care and options concisely. The appointment ran smooth and it didn’t seemed rushed at all. I also commend how they practiced social distancing and infection control. The Staff and Vet techs were also very friendly too. Will be recommending this place and will be keeping my dog in their care.

I brought my kitten here about a year ago for pre spay bloodwork. We had an appointment. We arrived on time for the appointment. There was no one else in the parking lot so I don't believe there was some kind of emergency. I talked to the vet several times. She gave my kitten some shots, which was fine. 80 minutes go by. They call me again and tell me Marzipan is ready to go. I ask about the pre spay bloodwork. For reasons I will never understand, no such thing had been done. They had stuck my kitten four times and drawn blood for something else, given her a shot and then given her a microchip. In 80 minutes. With no other patients. Someone then offered to stick my poor girl a fifth time to get the blood for the spay. I told her no and to give me my cat back. Inefficient. Disorganized. To the detriment of their animal care.
