Dr. Adams and her staff are incredible. They are compassionate, personal and reliable. Our pup has had several emergencies and the staff has worked hard to get him seen day of. We've also have congenital issues with our dog and Dr. Adams is provides information an a way that's easy to understand, while also providing options for out pet. She makes our timid dog feel comfortable during his visits. I can't recommend Dr. Adams enough.

Sylvia up at the front desk is superb! She kept in touch with me throughout the morning to make sure all my questions were answered & made scheduling a breeze! Kudos to Dr. Adams as well for making the time to fit my dog in with her busy schedule. Overall, great experience. Everyone there really goes above and beyond to handle any/all of your needs.

These people are absolute angels! I have been coming here for over a year with all of my animals. Every member of the staff is so kind and it seems like everyone is always in a great mood. I truly appreciate their efforts, especially when I’m running late, they are extremely accommodating even if they don’t have to be. Dr. Adams is a rock star. Roxanne and her team have been so sweet as well, always lifting my humungous dog in and out of the car. Thank you VCA team!!

We recently moved into the area and needed a primary care team for both of our dogs. The vet techs are amazing, gentle, and kind. The vet was extremely patient and ensured all questions were answered and we knew when they should be seen next. In addition, we also had them groomed at another appointment and the grooming was one of the top 3 that they have ever had! I would highly recommend them to any pet owner as they are a great, knowledgeable, and caring team!

Staff is top notch. What sets a vet apart? Good and compassionate treatment for your pet. You can find cheaper, but I also believe you get what you pay for.

Terrible first visit. Had a coupon. They had not gotten records from our previous vet as I requested. We waited for an hour in a stuffy exam room before the vet showed up. The excuse was they were inputting records from the file I had brought in. By then the cat and I had both had it. The vet never even did a full exam and blamed it on the cat. No temperature, etc. Just wanted me to come back and spend money on tests, drugs and insurance on top of the cost of another exam. It's a scam. The tech who initially interviewed me really didn't know what she was doing. Won't be going back. That's for sure.

The staff and doctors are just marvellous! Very caring and understanding. Easy to get appointments, too. The costs of care are comparable to other vets.

I guess I should name this place a lucky home for lost pets! I got my lost dog from here, and was told some other people found theirs here too. Because people trust this place, so they send lost pets to this place.

I want to thank Dr. Adams and everyone at All Critters for their caring and compassionate help as we we dealt with our little Dachshund's terminal cancer. Dr. Adams was always available on the phone or otherwise to answer any questions or concerns during that difficult time. Belle is gone now and she will be forever missed, but we will also miss those that took such good care of her for 16+ years. We have been taking our pets to All Critters for nearly 30 years; 2 dogs, 4 cats, and 1 Guinea pig (they don't do small animals anymore), so if/when we get another dog, we'll be back! Rick H

Took my dog for his first grooming session and he came back better than I could have imagined! He has anxiety issues, but they gladly took him. I have found my forever groomer. Very thankful! If there is an electronic way to tip, I would be much obliged!!

I use them for years now - very satisfied. Our pet is healthy though with no issues.

The nurse took extra time to comfort and calm my cat with such care and skill. Afterward my cat was visibly more calm. I felt so much joy that the staff here puts the animals interest first and you can tell they genuinely care about all of the creatures that come through there.

DOCTORS WITHOUT HEART!!!! I had emergency....my little baby-cutie played with fabric and thread nearly cut her tongue...it stuck in tissue! Poor girl...she was screaming from pain...blood is steaming out of her tongue! I called doctors - HELP! PLEASE save my cutie...take out tread!...they said: we are saving only cats or dogs, bye!!!! I tried to say...is it matters for DOCTOR? All creatures, including humans have tongue....is it so hard to take thread away? No...they said...NO! Only cat or dog! Can doctor...or just human with heart say this????? Let poor little girl to die from pain and bleeding...I was expected, if they will say: ...yes, we working with dogs or cats...but still bring her and we shall see, what we can do to help. No, they said...its not our profile...bye! Sad, that humans, especially, doctors can be so cruel....Look at picture...she is dead now...still warm and still bleeding....

Excellent team by Dr Adams. Highly recommended. They do a lot with very little. Your furry friend will feel right at home here.

They are amazing here. From the amazing desk staff, to the techs, to the vets

They have good service, but also some serious price gouging. Tried to charge me $145 for two vaccines and a health check. When I called around, other vets offered the same vaccines + health checkup for $75 to $95. While the workers here seem to care about pets, the service is not really significantly better than with other vets, and so I have no idea how they justify such high costs. Edit: a while back, I was charged $50 to have my dog's anal glands cleared here. I recently found out that this is almost double what other places charge (usually in the $30 range). This place really relies on their customers being clueless about the value of their services.

The service here is good however it’s over priced. I got a regular exam and one eye drop for my cat, it charges around $150. They charged $40 for the eye drop while you can easily get from store or online for $20. Please try to quote for the service before coming here :(
