Twice the friendly staff as Sahalee have fit me in on short notice for potentially dangerous issues with my new puppy. As a new pet owner, that's given me enormous peace of mind knowing I can see a professional if we really need to. The staff also follow up after the visit to see how your pet is faring. So thoughtful!

I never gave a review like this only one star. My little cute Kitten seems get ringworm and I am so worried about him. So I got research and found this hospital has high review and look professional. And many clinic need to wait more than two weeks as a new patient. So when I heard I can have an appointment today I was so happy. However, when I arrived at hospital and I waited about 15 minutes. And when the vet heard it might be ringworm and just stay away. And he did not tell me how much to do the culture and just add it to the bill. So, I rejected to do the culture because it need to wait at least three weeks. I asked him to do a wood's light first and give me some ointments to use and it could recover as soon as possible. However, the ointment is not for ringworm by the way. And during the inspect, he just take a look about 2 minutes and then asked me why did not give my kitten vaccination today? I answered he got first one and second one need to wait the next period. And the vet just continued to ask me to get the vaccination right away. I did not get his point at that time. but anyway, this experience made me extremely disappointed, not recommend this vet.

This was our first time taking our cat to this clinic and we were very impressed with the entire staff from the front desk to the technician and the vet. Everyone was very courteous and professional. The clinic is very clean including the waiting lobby. It was clear how much everyone cares for animals there and we appreciated the thorough explanation of what might be the issue. The treatment plan along with associated cost was shared in detail so we could decide how to proceed that day. The blood work results came back timely with a very thorough explanation and recommendation for future treatment.

Excellent service: Phone answered by a human and not a recording. Got us in the day of. Professional and competent treatment of my dog. Shared the itemized cost of treatment with me for approval before treating. Called the next day to check on my dog's condition. Was upfront about the cost of treatment

Very professional and on schedule with my appointment time. I highly recommend them. They were able to diagnose my Yorker’s issues and was treated the same day. I was explained everything & my questions were all answered. They were very gentle with my dog and I felt so comfortable. Needed a script and they’re able to send me home with it. One stop shop. How great! From beginning to end, I was grateful I found this place. A they did a follow up phone call as well.

This vet clinic is horrible! I took my dogs for lab exams. Not only I paid close to $1000 worth of exams, but I never heard back from the doctor after performing one of my dog's labs! I called to complain two weeks later and they said the doctor had "emailed me the results", which I never received. Nobody cared to call, even though the condition of my dog is supposedly serious after finally seeing the exams! When I asked how come nobody called to even let me know they emailed me the results, the answer I got was "the doctor is very busy and doesn't have time to call". I asked for the medical records of both my dogs and I'm never coming here with them again!

Really amazing office. They got my dog in for an emergency appointment quickly and were so sweet and gentle with her. I got two phone calls from them the next day to see how she was doing. I can tell they really care about their patients

Do you an owner of senior pet? STAY AWAY!

Conveniently located however had a very disappointing experience having them care for my senior cat in her last few months of life. Staff do their best to support but they seem to be understaffed. It was a very stressful last three days for my cat where they performed expensive tests and said we needed to hospitalize her to perform and then couldn't even get tests results back before we had to put her down. I regret following their advice and wished we didn't put her through all that (let alone the expense of everything). They may be good for animals in regular health but would not recommend for senior pets or for people looking who are looking for a vet who will give honest advice about what's best for the pet.

Great vet! Went in to get the new puppy checked out. Everyone was very friendly and organized. The vet went the extra mile and gave me a whole bunch of breed specific information and new puppy training tips. Also got an email with links to a while bunch of resources from crate training to socialization and vaccines. Very thorough and thoughtful!

Highly recommended! Dr. Park took excellent care of our senior cat who needed emergency surgery. Dr. Park and her office spent a lot of time with our cat (and us, on the phone), we felt well informed to make decisions and they worked hard to squeeze us in. Our cat quickly recovered and we knew what to expect. Since then we have received great advice about care and have a lot of confidence in checkups. Thank you so much!!

Fast, professional, and kind. When over 20 Vets/Animal Hospitals refused to take our poisoned puppy, Sahalee took him in and took care of business. So thankful for these guys.

Our dog has had several skin and ear issues along with diarrhea that could not be resolved. Our previous Vet couldn't figure them out. Your vets planned a diet and treatment regimen for him. It took him a few weeks but for the first time in years our Willy is showing no discomfort. He is eating better now and comes to work with me daily happily entertaining my colleagues during lunch hour. You were patient and answered every single question even after hours. We are so thankful to your whole team for the care you provided to Willy.

Not only this place is incompetent, I'm just shock by its infantile false defense. I'm glad that we made the RIGHT decision NOT to go back for a follow up. My dog, Kona, was diagnosed with OSTEOSARCOMA in the bone from another vet, NOT Sahalee's vet. The Sahalee vet gave us superficial med to treat eye infections (his eye had nothing to do with the cancer he has). What incompetency! $173 right out of our pocket for such incompetency. Think hard before you chose this practice.

Friendly and fast. We felt welcome as pet owners, and most importantly we were able to fully trust Sahalee to take care of our sick pet. Everyone working at Sahalee was kind and respectful.

My cat was having a severe allergic reaction that unfortunately no emergency vet would take and my primary care vet was telling me they couldn't get me in for over a week. I was given Sahalee Vet Hospitals number and they got me in with the vet within 45 minutes of my phone call even though they were about to close. They treated my cat immediately and provided me with wonderful aftercare follow up. The techs called after each visit to make sure he was still doing well. I saw two different vets here and both were amazing, as were their receptionist and technicians. Everyone in the office worked with a sense of urgency and compassion even though I wasn't an established patient. The prices were fair and they were very open about every charge- giving me the option to opt out of anything I felt unnecessary. I would recommend this clinic this clinic to anyone in need of a vet.

My partner recently took our with chronic stomach issues that our previous Vet could not figure out over last 2 years. The team at Sahalee Veterinary Hospital did amazing job in getting to the root of the problem and created a very simple treatment plan. Within a couple of weeks, our pooch is back to normal and that too on regular diet. We spent years trying different diets and did not realize that we just needed right diagnostic tests. We cannot be thankful enough. We also felt that Sahalee Veterinary Hospital is better equipped than our previous Vet. We are clients forever at Sahalee now.

They took care of my father's dog last week. She had multiple issues and every one of them was addressed very well including diabetes. I am happy to see our family dog getting back to normal and Sahalee Veterinary Hospital team definitely added at least a few years to her senior life. Thank you
