This place is fantastic, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Superb staff across the board, very easy to communicate with, really helpful and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help you with any aspect of pet care. Definitely 5 stars ????

Dr Roberts and Dr Sagona are phenomenal saints! I cannot say enough significant and wonderful things about them, their team, and this clinic. They are responsive, reliable, and impeccably kind!! You and your animal will be in the absolute best care.

I love this thoughtful vet so much! They always call after the fact to make sure my pet is feeling better. I won’t take her anywhere else now that I have an Ally!

This is the only vet clinic I left feeling happy with my experience. I have taken my 9 year old pup to a few vets in the bellevue/seattle area and this is the only one I will be returning to! My baby was sick and they were able to move some things around and fit her in and I am so glad they did. Experience was great all around--great care, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. We will be returning and I recommend this place if you are looking for good care!

I REALLY wanted to post 5 stars and I hesitates to even give 4 because I feel what happened is important when working with animals. Our dog has always had a super positive experience (loved) the vet. She is always wagging her tail and kissing on the warm welcoming techs. She loves Dr.Roberts and always comes out happy. Which is saying alot during pandemic times. However today was a quite different experience. We only went in to weigh our pup. I hesitate to leave this in review. And wanted to call as well. However my issue was more so with one of the front desk staff so I hesitated to call. Usually when we take her in/drop her with the techs they greet our dog by name and get her excited with pets and warm her up before they sling the "temp" lead over her head. I've always loved this because it creates a positive interaction/makes her excited. However this time the lady came out (I think front desk) and said is this "name" and then slung the lead over head and pulled her in. At first our dog was so excited she walked straight up to the door and was ready to greet her openly(she always just walks right in there) but the lady flung the lead on her before introducing herself and started to pull her in before I could even get my leash off. This is not a positive way to seperate a dog from owner, or lead them somewhere new. Our dog was definitely intimidated after this interaction and skiddish when going to the pet store next, where she is never like that because she knows how amazing the pet store is. Like I said we love Ally because they've been so positive for our pup. And we trust them. I know they were probably busy. But it's super important to be consistent and positive in the interactions. Dogs feed off energy and I would've loved to maintain that positive experience for our dog and that I know they strive for. Other than this the vets there are super informative and very caring. They are in the higher end of pricing but we pay it because we know she's in good hands with the vets.

This place is the best! The doctors take the time to fully explain the condition of your pet.

This was a very positive experience. A caring and chipper staff and doctor who listen closely to your concerns and do what's best for everyone. I was given estimates ahead of time (so I could choose and plan for future visits), my girl was treated very well... I liked the energy of the folks there.

I absolutely love Dr Roberts and drive all the way from Kenmore to come see her. I bring both my dogs to her and most of my families dogs see her now too! She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to you. You can tell she truly cares and wants to help you and your pet. They also are always on time which is very nice!

My family and I had a great experience with Ally Pet Medical Center. Our golden retriever was always terrified of going to the vet, however he was always comfortable at Ally. The first time we brought him in, the staff all got down on the ground with him, greeted him, and gave him lots of love and attention. From then on, he was very comfortable going to Ally. Dr. Roberts and the team at Ally were incredibly supportive and helpful when our dog was diagnosed with cancer and helped care for him during the following 10 months. Dr. Roberts made herself available to answer questions, explain the diagnosis, symptoms, etc.. When we had to make the tough decision to euthanize him, Dr. Roberts was incredibly supportive and provided us all the necessary information while being very understanding and empathetic. There were a couple times were she made herself available on the phone after hours or on the weekend to answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts and the team at Ally Pet Medical Center.

I had been a client of Dr. Melissa Worland at a previous location.  She was very sweet, patient & caring  with my older dog.  I have a lot of trust and confidence in Dr. Worland’s knowledge as a Vet.  Dr. Worland was alway so compassionate.  She is very thorough, and is a very good listener.   I never felt rushed during my dog’s appointments.  I have not met Dr. Roberts, but all the employees that I have met  at the Clinic have been very helpful and friendly.   If I could give 10 Stars I would.   I’m so happy to have Ally Pet Clinic in my Neighborhood.

Our dog is a nervous little rescue. Dr. Worland is so gentle and kind! She’s also very informative and thorough. The entire staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

We recently adopted a kitten and took him to Ally Pet for his booster vaccine and a wellness exam, everyone I interacted with from front desk to the veterinarian was incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Worland spoke to me on the phone after the exam, provided a ton of useful information, and even sent us home with a goody bag (I assume it's a new patient special). I do feel like they genuinely care about your pets here and we'll definitely return for all future medical needs of our boy.

This review is for the receptionist/customer service as my dog never received care by any of the vets here. After recently moving to the area, my dog started having urinary issues. After a couple of emergency vet visits, I reached out to Ally Pet MC to see if their vet could see my dog for follow-up as the emergency vet requested. Instead of giving a concerned dog parent a compassionate response and asking me questions about my appointment request, I received a curt response denying my request EVEN THOUGH they had appointments available. Last I checked, a receptionist has no clinical background/training to make presumptive decisions like the one I received. I recommend you look elsewhere if you want compassionate customer service and care.

This clinic is top notch. The vets and supporting staff were all absolutely wonderful to us during a very difficult time for us with our old dog. The facility is spotless. The entire staff, and the docs are extremely caring, and it is very evident that they value you as a client and truly care about your beloved family member. They are the best!!!

Ally Pet Medical has twice saved my cat’s life. We love Doctor Worland and Doctor Roberts and the entire staff. I will always take my pets here for care. Eternally grateful.

great experience I had with my puppy's first vet checkup. this is going to be my primary vet center.

I reached out to Ally Pet based on their reviews. I was looking for a second opinion for an internal medicine specialist. They were very kind to recommend a clinic along with a specific doctor to contact.

My experience with Dr Roberts and Ally pet has been incredible! Not only super fast service but also very thorough. They take the time to explain exactly what's going on and actually do a follow-up call the next day to make sure she's still doing well. I was amazed as to how quickly they got in touch with me based on some questions that I had. Both with phone and email they're very attentive. It was hard to switch to Alley pet because I loved Juanita Bay but they have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a new customer.

I highly recommended Dr. Roberts! I drive from Woodinville so that all my fur babies can see her. She isn't just a "vet", she is someone who truly cares for your pets on another level and treats them like her own. Her staff has always been welcoming when I came in and are always willing to help me get mt crew in the door and into the exam room- its usually me, 2 kids and at least 2 of my pets. They never miss a beat on customer service! I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Definitely the best place to take your pet! They gave us quick and attentive service. They were so kind to me and my pup and took the time to answer all of my questions. They even followed up with me the next day to see how everything was going. Great staff, great doctors, a great place!

Dr. Roberts is the best! I took my dog to her at her previous office, and after my dog got a cancer diagnosis I really wanted a doctor who knew her and I could trust. I tracked Dr. Roberts down at her new practice and even though she had not seen my dog in quite some time she immediately got on the phone with me to discuss her diagnosis and give me her recommendations. She really cares about the pets, and is great about checking in to see how they’re doing when she knows something has been going on. So glad I was able to find her again!

These ladies were absolutely wonderful and understanding. I lost my poor kitty Ringo and they all went above and beyond during this devastating time for my family. I will be bringing all of my pets here. A+++ couldn’t have gotten better care anywhere else. Thank you so much.

Dr. Roberts has been my vet for 9 years and has gone above and beyond for us in ways no one else would. I love her almost as much as she loves my dog. Her dedication to Riley has been so comforting while dealing with her endless issues. Through surgeries, an auto-immune disease, severe arthritis and my crazy dog mom calls and visits she has always been there with a smile and every reassurance in the world. I could not possibly recommend her enough. She is the only reason my 12 year old puppy is still alive, hiking and happy.
