My dog loves getting groomed at A Fur Affair. They do an excellent job. Call a month or so ahead because they get booked up.

Groomer was nice, but the owner was unprofessional and didn’t seemed to care about me as a client. Entire process showed a poorly run business. I feel bad that the groomers don’t have a better leader.

This company is the best in the business. I have been going to A Fur Affair since 2004. I would not go anywhere else for my dog grooming. Very professional and my dogs love them all. Use these guys and your dog will thank you.

They always do a great job of cleaning our boy. Scheduling can be a little crazy but I really can't complain about the results. The people are nice, the location is great for us, and the price is perfect.

I have been getting my dogs groomed here for over 20 years. Astrid the owner is Famous in Dog Showing, training and breeding. I would recommend this grooming store to anyone who reads this.

The last time I went there they had my great Dane trussed up and muzzled. Not a friendly place.

They did an excellent job with my Yorkie and the entire staff was extremely friendly. The cost was slightly more than I’m used to ($80) but I recently moved to the area so this may be the norm

I’m a new customer at A Fur Affair. The process to make an appointment was uncomplicated and literally next day service. My K9 and I are a SAR team. Usually I take care of her grooming needs until recently, when I suffered an injury while deployed and temporarily not able to groom her. Steve, her groomer, was respectful to my K9’s special needs and willing to work with me to get her properly groomed. Patient and understanding are more accurate as my partner can be a bit of a talker when handled by strangers. Thanks for taking a dirty working girl and making her show stopping gorgeous. I highly recommend A Fur Affair and look forward to our next visit.

Terrible experience! Since my Pomeranian hair is long they asked us to bring him somewhere to trim the hair first before bringing back! poor customer service.

Astrid is amazing with dogs. She always takes very good care of my rescue Chihuahua mix. Everyone at FurAffair genuinely love and like dogs, and are always friendly and helpful. The pricing is fantastic! I know the quality of the grooming is top notch and that my doggie is in good hands.

Customer service is non existent. I had appointments set for both of my dogs for the next year. About a month or so ago I go in for our 8:30 appointment. Walk in let them know I had an appointment with Kirsten, the guy and gal working look at each other and laugh then proceed to tell me that she no longer works there. When I asked about my appointment they just looked at me and rudely stated that they didn't have time for my dogs. I then asked why I wasn't notified that our groomer no longer worked there and asked for a call from Astrid. To this day I still have not received a phone call with an apology or anything. This place is just not worth the price. Thankfully I found Kirsten at a much much better salon. So if anyone is looking for Kirsten she's at Tesslan dog spa in Bellevue not in Utah like Astrid would like you to believe.

Very nice people and so kind!! They made our Scarlett Belle look like a million bucks and the pricing is great. A Fur Affair is so close to home.....we are happy campers!!
