Sales staff was super helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating and did a price match for a tent that i had seen on your website. However, your stock was depleted for cat food and supplies. But that is pretty much how it is everywhere so I get that.

Loving Dentistry is a very professional and is extremely "patient-centric." The doctors and staff are first rate; my whole family uses Loving Dentistry - their care is comprehensive and high quality.

This Petco location is just ok. I've been in about a half dozen times looking to get fish and have gotten no help each time. Additionally it seems their stock hasn't rotated in awhile, since the fish I'm looking for just hasn't been stocked even though it's listed.

Horrible service in the grooming department. I was running late and tried calling them multiple times to let them know. No one answered the phone, when I go there 15 mins later they say they cannot do and next appointment is a month later. Groomers are rude, inflexible even when I offered to pay the waiting charge.

The staff is awesome. I always come here, though Petsmart is closer, because screw those guys Petco all the way!

I need med. for my dogs ears. Sales person was very busy.He did help me find what I needed between other customers. I bought the wrong stuff because he had to walk away.

Was very unhappy with treatment... I was followed all over the store yet not asked if I needed help. Workers standing around. Fancy told fish where swimming funny like they were about to die and merchandise price for clearance wrong prices put on them I was told a $25 item was $60... Will not be back!!!!

I like the collection the store but found it hard to find staff members to ask questions. I guess it’s a great store if you know exactly what you want to get but if you’re not really sure of what would fit your pet best then you might need to do prior research or look elsewhere.

Curious about the decision to charge for the “new” plastic bags. This is not a city tax so it must be an internal effort to reduce plastic bags which I’m all for but then why penalize your customers if you made this choice on your own? Petco should eat this cost if they feel it is the right thing for their brand, not pass it to customers if they don’t have to.

Bad shopping environment...... Everything is very messy in the store and the staff are kinda rude.

Go to place to pick up items quickly. Great return policy on food as our new cat is extremely picky on her food. We bought 4 kinds and was told we can return if most uneaten. Our cat barely sampled any, just smelled and walked away. We return and got money back but the food was basically tossed. Seemed a waste of food but I can understand for safety reason not to be able to resale but wishing it goes to low income or shelter instead.

It was very easy to find the items I wanted on the web site. And ordering them was just as easy. When I went to the store to get my order, it was ready and waiting for me. The clerk was knowledgeable and promptly got my items for me. I was in and out in minutes! Great job.

Went in today and received poor customer service. Asked staff a question at cashier stand and he rudely answered “no” without providing options. It’s no surprise to see this store’s rating so low.

I love how clean it is. I like that everyone is wearing mask. They're also very good about helping you. However there a was a dead beta fish and in the bird colony there was a bird being picked by the other birds.

The employee at checkout wasn't very friendly and lied about the price of the item I bought. I knew it was cheaper in store and he said it wasn't and I had to take my online purchase to another store to have its fixed. I also drove very far to find that item so to be lied to when I got there was horrible

Good selection. Really need to have more staff available to check out. It wasn’t even busy but while I stood there the line extended to 6 more people with only one person at the register.

Friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable about what they carry. I didn't care for the employee who, when I asked where something was, simply pointed in the general direction of the front of the store and told me, "that would be towards the front of the store. I don't need someone to walk with me, but some details about the location would have been appreciated.

Dirty. Not as well stocked as other locations
