Catherine Greeley, Mick and Jennifer at Scatter Creek Animal Clinic were wonderful. Our cat Prim was quickly assessed and tests performed. The visit was brief but not rushed and all of our concerns were handled appropriately. I would recommend Scatter Creek to anyone in the area looking for a veterinary clinic!

Been a client for a little over a decade. I've had both good and not so good experiences but more often than not staff is super kind and prices are average. Since the ownership change I haven't had any complaints ????????‍♀️ thankfully my animals have been in good health and I haven't had to go in for anything other then their annuals.

I love these people I have never had a negative experience with them they are paitent and explain things well and are in it for the animal and you. I feel blessed to have them as part of my dog's lives I don't trust most people but I trust these people with my most prized and loved possession, my heart, my loves, my family, my angels my dog's. My dog's matter most in my life having autism and having had, little family in this world from the beginning my animals teach me humility and respect each and every day, they regret nothing, want for nothing, give for nothing, they love for nothing they are a huge undeserved blessings to mankind. Thank you scattered Creek for blessing me and my dog's with the hope of safety and stability in there health.

Wonderful, caring people here, now.

Needed a rapid feline distemper test done on one of our foster cats. I was able to bring the cat down, they came out and took the fecal sample and processed it and with 10 minutes we had the negative results. Thank goodness. Thank you for being able to do the test today.

In and out friendly and informative hreat

Haven't been here since change in staffing, but has always been good in the past.

Called them to make appointment for an elderly small dog I inherited. Need a wellness check as he was off his food and had a couple of incidences of diarrhea. They said they are not accepting any new clients, but could put me on a waiting list for sometime in the distant future. No ETA given for when that might be.

Excellent veterinarian , obviously had many years of experience with animals . Treated my dog with love and kindness and went out of her way to answer and explain my inquiries . Diagnosis was spot -on and treatment effective . Girls at the counter were efficient and friendly and my bill was extremely reasonable , far less than I was expecting . 5 star rating for Scattercreek , they're very busy but you'll understand why when you see how good the service is !

Veterinary care at its best! This veterinary clinic goes well beyond what should be expected. When our 15 year old beloved pet had a massive stroke at their closing time, the vet there stayed well beyond their regular closing time to help ease him into the "Rainbow Bridge" so he, and we, didn't have to suffer overnight. The care, devotion, and empathy that was shown was truly appreciated. This earlier review was before the clinic was sold. Under the new ownership... I'm seriously considering looking for a new vet!

My cat had a blockage I called several places and no one would help him till I called CAPS

AMAZING SERVICE! Scout had his rear paw ran over Thursday night ☹ after being turned away from 7 different emergency vets, we decided to Dr. him ourselves. Took our boy to Scatter Creek the next morning. He did not have an appointment, but they said they would do what they could with him between other patients. Only 4 hours later, one set of x-rays, 3 prescriptions, and a lucky pup, we were out the door. I could not be more satisfied with these people. Not to mention the extremely low cost. They really do care ❤

As always, professionally more than good. However in 15+ years my wife and I used them as our go to vet..the humanity, empathy and true caring, shown thru the entire Time was/is felt then, now and always. Everyone we've had contact with, from reception on back. Had their act together.

We’ve been customers for over 10 years but after today we will not return. Our last two visits consisted of poor time management and poor customer service. Today’s visit was the worst of them all especially by the “owner” and her poor customer service, she could definitely handle some customer service training. I had previously seen on local Facebook post that the service at this location has gone downhill in the last few month and I’ve definitely experienced that in my last visits.

Techs are the best. New owners but the same great staff.

Have been taking our animals hear for years best place ever caring lovely staff could not imagine having to take our children anyplace else.

Thank goodness for Scatter Creek Animal Clinic. I recently moved to Tumwater and went to vet closer to where I live. it was time for shots and I noticed fleas on my big male. I had previously used Scattered Creek. I requested a flea treatment from the new clinic and was told that “I don’t see signs of fleas so I didn’t treat him. I did, so that’s why I asked for the treatment. His grooming became excessive to the point of distraction. I called Scattered Creek and made an appointment, brought him, told the staff the issues, he was treated and by that evening he could sleep for more 5 minutes without having to chase a parasite. You see he was also allergic to fleas. My little one is next. It is well worth traveling 20 miles for pet services that are top quality and reasonable.

The staff is amazing and the doctors are wonderful. They are always so nice and accommodating to work with my schedule. They take time to talk with you and answer all my 1,000 questions. A+++++
