Keepers Animal Clinic Rochester, Washington

I would not recommend this animal clinic. If I could give them a 0 star I would. Dr. Chi Pham is a very rude doctor. They definitely do not have it together there. They never called me back to give me information I was waiting on. I've been reading the reviews and notice alot of the people giving 1 star have about the same experience as I did.... I'm really surprised this dr.pham is still working there. I'm sad I didnt have a good experience because alot of places wasnt taking new animals and I drove a good distance to see them

Responsive caring staff and awesome Dr.

Had a rough weekend with my little princess going downhill. They were amazingly sweet, got me in without an appt to put my baby girl down. They offer paw print lock of hair and cremation. They are amazing with me and my little girl. I have transferred the rest of our babies to them for their every day normal care and surgeries.

Confirmed appt for 930 to have two dogs spayed. Text message says to text when you arrived to have them come out to vehicle to get dogs. Showed up at 916, sent text as directed, get a call at 923 stating because we weren’t there at 915 the were not going to do the spaying. Nice to know they are to damn busy, and don’t need the money of two spaying. Will NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE OR EVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING. Rude disrespectful staff. SAVE YOUR PETS!!! DONT USE THIS VET!!!!!!!

If I can give a 0 star I would Dr. Pham is very unprofessional. She was very rude turned me away when I called to get a rabies shot done I was told that I can come in. Her vet tech said they could check me in. But Dr pham turned me away. She said she didn't have time because she had to work tommrow. Ok so does alot of America. Be lucky you have a job getting a paycheck. She wasn't even the person giving the shots anyways her vet tech was.She was sitting down in her chair complaining she was doing all the work. Very very poor customer service should not work in the animals business. Would not reccomend. Although Dr Jill is always amazing with my pets. I've been going to keepers for years. Dr Jill has always been my doctor and now I know to never ask for Dr pham.

They were great. I had my dog spayed today and they were good with my baby and loved her so much and told me everything I asked First time patient today for Gemma my dog????????❤

They got my kitten in the same day that I called for an emergency and were very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Again was told 2months ago that this place was taking new clients and I called to book an appointment for my dog and I was told that they are not taking any

I had re ordered some fle medicine for my dog and when you get there you give them a call and they come out to the parking lot and take care of your reasoning for stopping by. Very nice vet assistant!

I started taking my babies to Keepers about a year ago when my kitten was sick. He is now a year old. When we got our puppies, who are turning 10 months old this week, they came in for their shots, etc too. The staff is so kind, courteous and very helpful. I also love having the option to triage my babies' medical needs to determine if an appointment is needed or not. I recommend this clinic to everyone, who is seeking advise or a vet. Thanks Dr. Jill and staff- you are amazing!!

We had a bought of panleuk (distemper) run through and kill 10 of our 11 foster kittens, so when one of our personal cats started throwing up I started calling EVERYWHERE, but refused to take them to Olympia Pet Emergency as the week before they had told me our fosters DIDN'T have Panleuk (when in fact they did). No other vet would make time for us, but Keepers did! They were personable and seemed to really care about the animals they service. I was thoroughly impressed.

Busy place...all the time Great staff. Need to expand the business and hire additional staffing...then they get a 5 Update--- got to give them a five. Appreciate all they do and the care they provide. Still would like to see larger facilities and additional staffing. But they are top notch.

Local to my house and great with my dogs. Even with my nervous pup.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! I took my kitten in to get neutered yesterday and they did a very good job of taking care of him and making sure I knew how he was as soon as surgery was over. They sent me home with a little aftercare and medicine and explain to me what to look for. The girls who helped me are AMAZING!!!!! 10/10 recommend taking your pets here!!

Not good sold an absolutely gorgeous puppy to a woman who live down there The dog had one flea and the vet I told her that it had to come from the breeder and wanted to make us pay for flea treatment We don't have fleas where we live we live in the high desert the woman was just absolutely nasty and the vet insisted that the flea, one single flea came from the breeder..... when she had already taken the dog to play with a neighbor's puppy. Is that sounds like a breeder hitter if you're a breeder I would not patronize this vet. Typical big city vet who only sees your wallet coming and likes to place blame with absolutely no background information or speaking to the breeder. After 34 years of breeding beautiful healthy quality dogs I think I know what I'm doing and have never had a flea on my property. Our elevation is way too high and we do not even have grass. We do not have and never have had fleas it's one of the most beautiful things about living in the desert. I would find a vet who does more research on people before they run their mouth

They performed a miracle on my 1st visit - they clipped my dog's toenails when nobody else has been able to get my dog to cooperate. She's been totally phobic! I'm so grateful to this office!????????❣️????????

The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. The vet herself came out and gave me updates on my dog Sage's treatment. She took REAL GOOD CARE OF MY BOY!!!!

I have no idea how they stay in business. I went in for xrays in July and sat up treatment plan...was supposed to recieve call when herbs were in for treatment. Never received call and trie to give another chance and once again over $400 later and have yet to speak to a Dr. Do yourself a favor and don't bother

I was so happy Keepers made room to see Lizzie who had an ear infection, since we had not been at this Clinic before. Their curbside service was awesome! Lizzy was in and out and treated for her ear in about 15 minutes. I plan to switch to this Clinic for all of our care.

They really care about your pets

Well I can't say I left satisfied or was overwhelmed with confidence in them. Both the staff girl and the vet Dr. Pham were pretty cold and impersonal, the girl that came out to the car and the Vet that called me only wanted to discuss the 1 flea they claimed they found on my dog and whether or not they could sell me a flea regimen, they could have cared less that she couldn't stand and I have to carry her everywhere. So basically I paid $570 for that. I'll have to try another vet and hope to find someone that's not a bill mill.

Im truly indebted to this place i will tell all my grooming clients! My dog Bean slept wrong and sustained a back injury i was very worried about him i called my ragular vet and back up vet to fine they had no space for us i called the emergency vet and like 5 other vet just started going down google no one had time to see my dog but keepers did they took my dog made time for him came up with a great diagnose and hes already feeling better im forever greatful for the care and time you took with my beloved Bean i found today a that finding a vet that actally cares is a lot harder than i thought we will be back and look forward to seeing tou for continued care of him and my other 4 poodles.

The staff is extremely friendly and informative. They come to the car to get the pets and the Dr. talks to you after the visit, if there is need. i think the prices are very reasonable for very care.
