Very professional friendly employees. Genuinely care about your animals and won’t try to break your wallet. You can also go in with your pet! They fit me in same day. I did not have wait in the car! The location is a beautiful too. They didn’t try to make me pay for a bunch of test or medications just did what was needed. I didn’t feel that way at North County Animal Hospital I felt like just another number there and they always tried to milk it. My friend also had great experiences from whipple creek. I will taking both cats and dog to them from now on. Thank you Courtney and Savannah for your above level customer service.

It's hard to describe my disappointment in this vet. I have taken my dog here and my parents have taken their dog here since she was a pup. I've recommended them to other people. On Saturday morning my parent's dog apparently had a stroke. My parents went to the vet right when they opened at 9am and they refused to see the dog. "Do you have an appointment?" Pets don't get sick or injured on a schedule. They were unable to find another vet in town that would see her and the emergency clinic was full. The dog died 10 hours later after they found a traveling vet from Portland to see her and euthanize her. And while the folks at Whipple Creek may not have been able to save her, we'll never know. The vet may respond to this with a reason or an excuse, but that in no way makes it right. Never see this vet. They will let you down when you need them most.

I came in because my dog had a grass seed in his ear and I could see it with a microscope I have at home. Well after they saw it they took my dog in anoth3rder room where my dog screamed!!!! Yes it sounded like he screamed in pain. I paid $180 and when I got home I checked his ear and it was still there. I called and they said the vet would call me. That never happend

After trial and error at 3 different vets in the Vancouver area, we were recommended to Whipple creek. They are AMAZING. Very attentive, and HONEST. We are beyond pleased with the care and friendliness the staff provides. They have taken care of our puppy, our senior dog and our house lion (chubby cat) wonderfully. They actually enjoy going to the vet for once!

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to, by far. They are very friendly, very knowledgeable, dedicated to their work, compassionate, empathetic, willing to take time to explain, and the list just goes on and on. We took our senior Yorkie (just a ball of love) to get 20 teeth removed and I was very concerned about the procedure. He's old, and he's little so putting him under was a frightening idea. They made me feel at ease with the procedure while explaining the risks in a real way. When he finally got the surgery, I felt good about it the whole time. Today, he's happier than ever, bouncing around like a young pup. I didn't even realize how badly he needed that, but they did. Additionally, it did not cost an arm and a leg like some other vets quoted us. While price isn't the most important thing when it comes to taking care of your babies, it's good to know that you're not going to spend your whole life savings to do it. I highly recommend Whipple Creek veterinary hospital, and I'm glad that I found a vet that I can finally say that about. Take your pets here!

After researching vets all over Clark County, ended up choosing Whipple Creek for their responsiveness, helpful answers to all my questions, quality reputation, and excellent facilities. We're SO glad we chose Dr. Lofton and his team at Whipple Creek. Even now, when all vets are super busy, they get our pup scheduled quickly, have a short turnaround for email replies, and offer clear responses on the phone. Their team is really kind to our pup, and help us understand what they're doing and why. They even gave us a tutorial in how to better trim his nails without hurting him. Finally, every time we have an appointment, they describe the treatments scheduled, what's necessary vs advisable and why, and exactly how much everything costs - before they do the work and charge us. No upselling or surprises! Overall, just highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great vet team.

Staff is extremely caring for the animals and go out of their way to be nice to the owners too. We were new Here last year with 3 older dogs and they have taken great care of them. I highly recommend them

Really like the staff and veterinarian here. He’s always good about explaining what’s going on, willing to accommodate requests or ideas about caring for your animal, and Uber smart. Could be a bit more comfortable atmosphere but that’s not really necessary now is it LOL. The great care and compassion is though and they definitely have that going forward them.

Whipple Creek Veterinary Hospital is amazing! Their service is wonderful! I had to take my cat in for a check up, rabies shot and a sedative for travel and they got it all done quick and smoothly. When the sedative we had for him didn't work, they were quick to get us a new one before our flight! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and affordable vet clinic!

Staff is amazing and Dr. Loftin always puts your pets health above all else. My cat is fearful of clinics and usually hisses at anyone who attempts to touch her and here she is eating while Dr. Lofton calmly listens to her heart and lungs. This is a huge step forward for her.

They are loving companionate and gentle with your baby's. They came highly recommend and after several visits with several other veterinarian's it's my conclusion that Whipple Creek is the best for caring and price.

They literally saved my dog's life. I had visited a local ER (the one near Costco) and they just wanted to run every test under the sun and hope the answer fell out of the mix (at an enormous cost). They really didn't seem to care, so I looked for another option. Whipple on the other hand approached our issue with consideration, went step by step, and worked through the possibilities. Solved our problem over a period of three weeks (multiple visits, analyzing results each time) for the cost of only a few of the tests the ER would have run. We've shifted all of our dog and cat care from another vet in town to Whipple. Give them a try. Also, the place is super clean, staff are friendly and welcoming, and the exam rooms are spacious.
