If I could give a 0 I would. The staff was rude including the vet himself. One little blonde girl was absolutely horrible, so rude and unprofessional I don’t know how she landed a job, the vet seemed like a complete nut job and didn’t diagnose my cat, took my money for nothing. Never again.

this vet is the worst vet you could possibly take your pet to, he was very unreliable and unprofessional and lied about my animals condition. Took an exam fee and proceeded to lie about the costs of the things needed done. I ended up paying almost $400 for one picture and no medicine.

My cat sadly passed away in October, but I brought him into IQ a few days before. They gave him pain medicine, some anxiety medicine, and made sure he had the best care possible. They charged me basically nothing since they knew I was struggling with money at the time. Turkey died without any pain, at home, in bed with our family. I thank IQ for giving us that extra time with him, and they will be only vet I go to from now on. They were professional, they were kind, and they went above and beyond for me.

I stopped around 6:20 ish and the front office lady was rude and said they were done for the day. Too lazy to see another puppy? Then update your hours to 6:20 then. Get another job if you dont like your job.

I used to take my dog there and i hated the attitude of the short little blond girl. She was super rude and had a smart mouth.. I once asked her a question about the vets ???????????????????????????? payment insurance they offer and she just gave me a bad look, and smart remark with attitude…. Took my dog some place else! If you can’t stand the amount of work don’t work there hunny it’s customer service smile a little.! And also the doctor was amazing and the other girl with slot of tattoos and older lady were amazing !!!

Vet IQ put my anxiety at ease after I discovered a bump on my dog’s nipple. At first, I automatically thought of the worst case scenario and tried to book an appointment with my primary vet, just for them to tell me they can’t see her until 2 weeks after and it wasn’t necessarily an emergency. I took my dog to vet iq, they got my dog in for a physical exam and 30 minutes later, told me to not worry and that he will put her on an antibiotic to help it go away. He quoted, “if it doesn’t, come back and let me know to make sure she’s okay.” This is the first time I’ve came across a doctor that said that! Even prior to my visits with them, they’ve always been so helpful and willing to take time to really care for the babies even when they’re busy. These people need a promotion or rewarded for how amazing they are!!

What do I like about vetiq? Everything. Caring people , great prices. I highly reccomend you going there with your pet. Vet takes time to come out and talk with you.. You get the feeling that they are doing what is best for your pet. Never feel rushed.. short wait times. No appt needed.. The thing bad......they are only wellness. It would be awesome if they were full service. Did I say how awesome the staff is?

When I had to put my old dog to sleep. Companion pet clinic was very unprofessional very uncaring. The whole experience was horrible ????. No compassion. I don't want them treating my other dogs. BetIQ was very care. They very nice to my other dog when I took him in. The vet was great. I will be going back.

I have tried MANY times to get in touch with this clinic and have never gotten an answer, voicemail is full, I even stopped by one day after I finished my shopping, I waited until 15 minutes after they were supposed to open, no one showed up and before I left I watched at least 3 people with pets leave, I needed to get my cat vaccinated and could never get ahold of anyone to make an appointment. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone

Twice I’ve driven to this place during their business hours and it’s been closed. Both times I checked before online to make sure their hours haven’t changed and it says they are open on the website.

Horrible experience here. Came to get my rescue dog fully vaccinated after being 2 years past due. Tech/front desk girl is obviously overworked and they’re understaffed but it’s no reason to be rude and snarky to people and rip credit cards out of their hand and be short with them and just flat out rude. The entire lobby noticed. Get more staff or close down. You’re doing your business a disservice by having this attitude be the face of your company. My dog didn’t get fully vaccinated because she couldn’t hold him. Waste of 2 hours accompanied by nasty behavior.

two days in a row I checked hours on web site but after driving across town I found the clinic closed, light out and no one there. When you try to call to see if they are open there is no answer and all message boxes are full.

I have now taken three animals to VetIQ and each time it has always been a fantastic experience. Being able to scan the QR code and get in line for the vet is super handy if you have a barker or meower. I’m hoping that VetIQ will re-consider taking the QR code away and bring it back. This last time we went into our Vancouver VetIQ off 104th inside Wal Mart we had such an amazing experience and I attribute that to the amazing, friendly, engaging, relationship building, and connecting Ann. She is just the best and does such an amazing job with the animals and the fur babies parents. If you’re looking for a fantastic experience, go to VetIQ. They are only open Tuesday-Saturday from 10-2 and 3-7, they are closed for lunch from 2-3. Also, you can ALWAYS request your animals records by simply visiting their website, no human needed to access records.

I tried to go to Companion Pet Clinic but they turned me & my sick kitty away because they were too busy (at 2pm in the afternoon) I called around to other vets but a lot of them aren't taking new pet patients and my poor kitty is needing to be seen asap! So I saw VetIQ and decided to call them. The person who answered was kind and professional. She allowed me to come in right away and the VetIQ was conveniently located on the front/side of the grocery entrance of Walmart. Inside was clean, spotless and the staff super friendly. They got my info and took my kitty to the back. The doc came back and reassured me that my kitty would be just fine - the turn around time was incredible. I felt welcomed at VetIQ. They were sincere and really nice. Such a great first impression and they helped my kitty feel like new again. Ditch Companion Pet Clinic (Cascade whatever) and give these guys a try - you won't regret it. Oh, one last thing... they were really affordable. So yay! I found a new favorite vet! :-)

Brought my cat in for a rabies shot without an appointment. They saw him immediately. Everyone was super friendly and nice to me and my cat. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. I will definitely be bringing my cat back for any vet needs!

Yesterday I took my neighbor and their dog to VetIQ located off Millplain and 104th Ave. They checked the dog in and said it would be about 45 minutes. After an hour I went to check to see if the dog had been seen yet. I walked into the clinic and the vet abruptly jumped out of his chair waving his arms and saying "Covid, get out of the clinic. " He then proceeded to shove me out the door. Ironically, I was the only one wearing a mask. Nowhere on the door or around the entrance was any type of notice stating that you couldn't come in. After about another 45 minutes I called to find out how much longer, I was then told that they were denying service for the dog. As a customer, I didn't appreciate the Vet putting his hands on me. I sure hope they treat the animals better then I was.

My cat Mercy got sudddenly very ill and i called half a dozen places ALL of them said they wouldn't see her, because of CoVid 19, they were walk in only and full for the day. It was morning when i was calling! So worried, stressed, and frustrated my final call was to VetIQ. The gal on phone was so friendly and said we could come in , sadly Mercy died before we got there but the willingness to be helpful is the reason why next time i need a veterinarian they are who i will call first.

Took my dog, Magui, in for a check up since she's getting older. The service was affordable, the doctor was very sweet and I'll be making this her main vet.
