Yesterday Dec 26, 2021 I came in looking for goat milk for my puppy, when I asked the workers if they could help me find some all 3 of them just shook their heads at me in disapproval. The older lady said no no dogs shouldn’t even drink milk, as they continued to give me looks and shake their head. She then asked how old my puppy was, like why does that matter if you’re so adamant about not giving milk. They were rude more than helpful, they could’ve said no I’m sorry we don’t supply milk and in my personal opinion I don’t think they should drink milk. It’s my right to feed my dog anything I want, especially after having my vet say I should feed them milk. I am actually really upset about being judged for it. Literally worst customer service ever, left an unpleasant impression and I’ll let my friends and family know to shop at independent dog stores from now on. You’ll lose more than one customer.

This pet supply store is awesome! The Tisol staff are excellent in customer service. 4 years ago, I adopted two rescue feral black cats that RAPS had up for adoption in the Tisol store. The staff are excellent in providing the 10% monthly discount over the phone when I'm unable to go to their store on the monthly sale day. Best pet supply store in Richmond!

Tisol is awesome! They always have my kitty's favorite Snappy Tom products. Knowledgeable and very friendly Staff too!

The store visit was pretty good.. I did have to seek out the store employee for help on an item. I was looking for a specific product, and since they didn't have it, I wanted something close to that.

Wonderful place and great employees so kind but they in this pandemic are NOT Delivering as they should be doing. As not all are able to get dog food as I bus home and this is a necessary need for all people. Bosley's for shame we need delivery now it is required.

The friendliest service I have ever gotten from a store in my life!!! I once bought a big bottle of dog shampoo from there and accidentally forgot to pack it in my bag before leaving! ????Luckily, I live nearby and when I went back there a few days later, the workers there are soo nice that they saved the exact same bottle for me for when I would eventually come back! Best service ever!

I found some good natural pellets here. I buy fish food at this place ???????????? friendly staff.

I went in to exchange a bag of unopened food that my stepdad bought from another tisol location yesterday. The bag is unopened and the expire date is complete good. He got it at a location in Vancouver and didn't ask for a reciept. We live in Richmond so returning it at a Richmond location was essier. Before we went in we checked on the website just to mskes it was ok and it clearly stated that you can exchange a food without a receipt. However when we went in the store the staff wasn't the nicest and stared us down and said this is the only time that they can exchange an item from another location without a reciept. Our family is not too happy with their customer service

I've always gone to this location for my dog food, and they were always pleasant and helpful! Today I went during this Pandemic and they are above and beyond to keep staff and customer safe! Thank you for still being in operation during this Pandemic, the two ladies inside deserve more praise and recognition for putting themselves at risk for us! Thank you again!!

We visit there to buy seed guard Cashier Lady name is Linda , she bring it for us on , my son give her estimates for our ???? cage, Linda read estimate on packaging & said to us oh it’s much bigger than your cage this seed guard can fit even on big cage, than I asked again are you sure it will fit on my cage Linda said sure it’s even fit for big cage. We didn’t touch pack because she didn’t give us, & we believe on her , we cannot even go inside store because they just help you only at front exit door, they bring your stuff to exit cashiers desk. But when we came home & try to put on cage it’s very small we can’t even touch cage sides, I call back within 1/2 hours she Linda said oh we can’t return it. I asked why didn’t she let us to read estimates then it’s our fault But she reads for us, she asked me to call back on Tuesday to talk to Manager today I call & talked to manager Krista, she said same oh we can’t return it, I asked her why they give me wrong estimates product or why Linda didn’t let us read estimates oh Krista manager is very rude rude , I can’t return it. I buy first time birds in whole life , buy seed quard first time Now Krista / Linda wants me to keep it even its wrong product very bad cashier & manager behaviour for my son he said oh my god mom they lied to us for selling their product. I will call Head office. Very bad service Very very very bad lied to sell seed guard. Stay away from there or read your self don’t believe on Linda

So some feedback. We have been getting all of our pet food from Tisol for over 25 years. Recently we had a pet guinea pig die and we were left with a full unopened bag of hay. We went to exchange it for store credit but without a receipt we were refused. Took the hay to Bosley's and they took it right away even though it was not purchased from their store. So after 25 years we will no longer purchase any more food from Tisol and will instead support a store more in tune with it's customers and their situations. Good job Tisol, over a bag of hay you have given up all of our future cat and dog food purchases from this point on. My suggestion, get with the times as your store policies are from a time long gone.
