I passed by in your pet shop to check on the off chance that you have diapers and a voyaging confine for canines. I was so cheerful and happy with the assistance. The things are in acceptable quality, and the costs are so reasonable.

Kind dog food professionals will answer all you questions and hand you a bag full of samples. Doggie says yum.

My kitty loves the dehydrated food they have here at Mud Bay, it is so much better for him than the wet food we were feeding him before. I’ll be going back to restock on all his kitty needs soon! I don’t go anywhere else now that I’ve found this awesome store!

After being a customer spending over $300 per month on my dog's food for over a year, I have become pretty accustomed on how to place a special order. Recently, I have noticed staffing changes/training have turned my 5 minute phone calls into sometimes 15-20 minutes while their staff figures out "how to order" my repeat order. I have been dealing with these extremely long ordering processes, and when I called today, I got another associate who was not familiar on how to special order. I was guiding the employee on how to order and even gave her my phone number so she could pull up my account to make things easier. She told me she didn't see my account.. at that point, I wanted to save time and asked if someone more experienced could do my order. She told me someone would call me back. Little did I know, when I answered the return call it was to a LECTURE on respecting staff and employees and making sure everyone had a good experience. I was not asked my side of the story (I wasn't aware of this problem to begin with) and it seemed like the associate on the phone lied to her superior about how our interaction went. I have never been called up by someone and lectured on how I "treated" their employee, even though I was guiding her and helping her pull up my phone number (she didn't know how to even do that). I am appalled on how I was spoken to, and I could not even get a word in through the lecture. What a terrible way to treat a customer who continuously orders and has been doing this same routine for a year. So disappointing.. and so rude.

Nice shop. Not the best selection for getting food for puppies specifically. The associate wasn't very helpful, all he knew was the difference between which side of the store was for cats and dogs. Pretty expensive also

We visited this location today and they have a nice selection of treats and toys! Unfortunately one associate was very nice (male) and one (female) was rather rude. I asked her to verify the price of a toy and she was very irritated and said it should be on the sign. I do not see well, I have had multiple corneal transplants. Since she was at a register I didn't think it would be a inconvenience but she made me feel like we were. Her attitude was dismissive and tart.

Shop is small but it has all you need. Very convenient for dog lovers in belltown.

Last week, I went to this pet store and purchased puppies for my children. The atmosphere was enthralling. It was tidy, relaxed, and appealing to the eye. In addition, the working staff are very pleasant, courteous, and competent. He also advises me on which puppies will be better for my children. I had a great time in your store. Thank you so much!

I just popped in the other say to get some pig ears for my dogs. They are allergic to raw hide so the pigs ears do the trick.

It’s a tossup if someone even greets me when I go there on a weekly basis. That’s not the biggest deal. Today I went there to find locked doors (well before their closing time). There were several workers inside, and one walked over to open the door and let me know they’re closed. Confused, I asked if this was listed on their website. She said no we’ve just decided now to close early today. She proceeded with if this is an emergency I can grab you something small. It was not an emergency and when I listed the two items I needed she said no she couldn’t do both the items, only one. I declined because why would I get just one item that I needed? Not one apology was offered for the inconvenience, nor any explanation as to why they are closing early. Just an annoyed demeanor at me having shown up while they’re closing. I spend hundreds of dollars at mudbay on a monthly basis. I’ve gone to many mudbay locations and am always greeted by helpful associates, except for this one. Today was the final straw and I will not be returning. What would be the point? They may be closed, anyways ????????‍♀️.

Always love going in with or without my dog. The staff is always friendly & offer their assistance if needed. They're also doing a good job with the cleanliness of the store during the pandemic, they have hand sanitizer right when you come in that they require you to use when entering & of course masks are required

Yeah, this is a great pet shop, love the idea of the bulk dog biscuits, I'm able to mix and match and she ( Harley ) is a growing puppy ????. The owners were totally awesome, very helpful with getting Harley and my cat Sasha some Frontline or whatever we bought for fleas and ticks. I love your store. Thank you for everything and we will be back. ????????????????????????????????????.

I get my cat food here. My cat likes paté only and variety. Mud bay has quality options and specify for each if it's paté or morsels etc which has been a HUGE time saver for me. Everyone at both the Belltown and the Queen Anne locations are friendly, and the store is the right size so you can be in and out in a few.
