Friendly staff. We dropped off our cat in a sort of an emergency although we had no appointment and we were not a patient yet.

Got rid of my dog's worms

Dropped off a client, Manouche for CCL surgery & picked him up the next day. The surgeon, Dr. Breanne Galloway, was very kind, polite & professional, showing us the X-rays & explaining in detail what she did, what we can expect & how to proceed moving forward. She returns calls if placed & is happy to help with any questions or concerns. The clinic is very clean & tidy & I would definitely recommend this Hospital & it's staff.

Great service and staff. Due to Covid-19 there is no face to face contact with vet at the moment.

Dr. Behm was yelling to us!! She is not respectful to us and didn't treat our dog well. DON'T GO TO KATELYN BEHM!!!!

We got a stray kitten, took it here for a checkup, flea treatment and deworming... This vet was fast, friendly, informative and priced fairly! Very happy!

Excellent service although I find their prices slightly higher than the last vet I went to, was actually quite surprised by the price difference however the dr was wonderful!

My puppy loves coming to this Vet because she knows how much they sincerely care for her.

I really like this veterinary clinic and am glad they take care of my feline friends. I especially like the doctors' compassion and empathy. The support staff are great too - Shannon kindly stayed late to process a food order even though I came after the clinic closed! Talk about sweet. Can't say enough good things.

I have a Toy Yorkie and previously had a full size one. I started going to Dr Ceballos with my first Yorkie, who didn't have a lot of issues, but she loved going to see the vet. Now, Sammy loves him no matter what he does. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone. ????

They took my dog in for an emergency when they generally don’t take emergency walk in’s. They helped me as I am new in the BC. They were amazing ! I will now take my dogs here for regular visits

We have been taking our pup for a couple years. We really like Dr. Galloway. She is very good with our fur baby. I trust that she cares about her clients. The staff have been friendly and I appreciate that. The only critiques we would have is that it is located on the corner of a busy intersection and during covid we can't go in even to hand off with a mask (especially nerve wracking when you want to be with your dog before a surgery). I get taking the precautions to keep everyone safe but when clients don't know the level of experience of the front staff with reactive/anxious dogs, I would much prefer they take my dog inside on the lead we have (if they insist on putting a slip leash on him) and then hand me our lead once he's secured inside, or at least hold on to the end loop of the lead you're putting on. Super nerve wracking for already nervous owners taking their fur baby in for a surgery. That being said, I know covid times are really tough on everyone and we are all navigating through the best we can. I really appreciate the level of care Dr. Galloway had post surgery with taking the time to answer our questions. I also think the young lady who handed our pup back to us was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Stevenson Veterinary.

Professional vets, they're amazing! Sometimes the receptionist is a hit or miss. They may be very nice and kind, but there are a couple receptionists that are not as friendly/approachable.

Dr Galloway is friendly, approachable and professional. She performed surgery on my dog's mast cell twice. Both times, she healed well and is doing great now. The front desk staff are easy to work with as well!

Dr. Fisher is the best. So helpful and really goes above and beyond. When my girl wouldn’t stop crying after her spay she even stayed in the kennel with her whenever possible to help her feel better. Couldn’t recommend more!

this review is overdue 12 years ago. The vet mistreated my dog with rejected provide medications to save his life and wrote on my file that I was hard to deal with. very unprofessional!! overcharged for every visit - each visit back then had a 80 bill for seeing the vet each time for the same problem!! THIS WAS DR MILLAR!! SHE WAS A NIGHTMARE!!

Good service, good techs & knowledgeable vets. Talked to the vet directly on the phone and she was very helpful & knowledgeable & offered good advice and care towards my dog.
