Well I haven't actually been in this place but I've been in petsmart which the vet is inside of petsmart. But since petsmart is a great place to shop for your pets and the staff are very friendly helpful and some are informative I would say there's a good chance that the vet clinic would be the same

Dr. Sajid Ijaaz is a great vet who takes his time to explain what issues are being faced by your beloved pet and how that issue could be resolved. This clinic is our home clinic to my dog since his day 1 and I am always satisfied with the services that I am provided with! Definitely would recommend

What is the point of being open until 9pm (called to bring pet in at 8pm) when your veterinarian leaves at 5pm?

Super friendly reception staff. Veterinarian food is significantly cheaper than at the vets office.

The vet team of animal loving care givers at Lifetime Veterinary clinic are wonderful. They care about the well being of our fur babies (cats and large dogs). I can fully trust the care my pets receive there.

I booked an appointment here last minute as a emergency for my sick cat . The team of vet assistants along with the vet Dr.Ijaz were kind , compassionate and treated my fur baby frisbee with amazing care . I can tell this clinic has a focus on pets first before anything else by the way they treat their patients . I am thankful and blessed they were willing to take my furbaby in so quickly and were able to get my tests and results done immediately . Thank you to the amazing team here and I will be back with my fur children again!

I had trusted and relied on this vet for a long time, but recently a very -very- scary incident happened. One of my cats has an allergy issue, which normally goes away with anti-histamines. Her bottom lip got swollen (like expected at times) but this time the meds weren't helping, and it kept getting worse. So I brought her to this vet, who knew her history (and had prescribed the meds. He told me that due to her jaw being out of alignment, her fang tooth had punctured the swollen part and it became infected. He advised that we should file down the tooth to prevent it happening again. I was given some antibiotics to clear the infection, and made an appointment for the next week for surgery. The estimate was around $450. At home, I had checked the antibiotics to see if they needed to be refrigerated, but there was nothing clearly indicating it, and I hadn't been told to when given them. So I left them out. But it bothered me, so I touched base with a friend who was currently in their internship to be a vet. They advised that yes, the antibiotics should be refrigerated, and although not toxic to still give my cat, it would lose potency. I told her about the scheduled procedure and she became very concerned. Filing a tooth would put it at huge risk of further infection and likely extraction, as it exposes the delicate pulp of the tooth. They recommended bringing her for an examination to their vet, and if needed they would do a full extraction instead (which was half the cost). She mentioned that any kind of dental work like the previous vet had planned should be done only by a specialist. I went back to Lifetime to get a replacement of the antibiotics, and had requested it be no charge since they hadn't indicated it should be refrigerated. I wasn't upset, but didn't feel I should have to pay again for an error on their part, which happens. The office manager treated me like I was a liar, making all kinds of excuses and defenses, and said this was the only time they'd replace something for free. I then told her I was cancelling my appointment for another vet, saying I felt more comfortable having someone I knew assisting with the procedure. She made me feel like I was some kind of idiot and worthless, and that hadn't been the first time she had made me feel that way. When I took my cat to the other vet, he performed an examination and showed me how her jaw alignment was perfect. There was absolutely nothing wrong with her teeth. It was a fluke happenstance that the swelling was in a bad placement that allowed the tooth to puncture it. All I needed to do was be more aware of it if her lip swelled again, and if it does puncture/get infected it would be an easier treatment to just deal with the wound. That cost me $45, almost $20 less than my visits to Lifetime, and he still gave her a thorough checkup outside of the tooth issue. If I hadn't gotten that second opinion, I would have not only been out $450, but my baby girl would have been set up for possibly MORE suffering if the exposed pulp became infected (a high risk), and had to go through MORE expensive surgery to remove a perfectly healthy and well-aligned tooth. My advice is to seek second opinions from other vets, especially in the case of expensive procedures. And don't pay a premium for a vet visit just because they're "convenient" in Pet Smart.

Lifetime veterinary was an easy going place and were always helpful with our dog. Marjeory in particular was very easy to deal with and very helpful. Would highly recommend this clinic for other pet owners.

Dr.Igaz is a top veterinary magician! He has been my only vet for 10 years and i would not trust the car of my fur babies to anyone else. Friendly professional and genuinely caring! He is also very clear and specific and takes his time without rushing.

It is a good place to bring your fur babies to for sure. I like them satisfactory enough for me. Used the four or five times, so I guess there good enough. Some of the visits were expensive but worth bringing our furry loved ones. Even though we had to pet to sleep our sick fur babies.

As a first time pet owner, I couldn’t be happier with Lifetime Veterinary Clinic! They really took the time to address all of my questions and provided ample advice. From my dog’s initial shots, neutering and another minor procedure he had done (hematoma in the ear) I’ve always felt at ease and knew he was in good care. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet!

Everyone I encountered here was so incredibly kind and informative. The doctor was very thorough when explaining not only what testing was going to be done and why, but also all options for treatments costs, etc. once the diagnoses was made. I'm so thankful to have taken my cat here and will continue to do so.

Terrible customer service! I phoned to get an estimate for bringing my pet in and initially was told they could email me an invoice. When I did not receive an email I phoned back and was met with rude hostility saying giving an estimate was impossible without first seeing my pet. This is despite other vets sending me full ESTIMATED invoices as requested. Never letting these people touch my pet considering they can't even tell me how much they charge for a visit. Be careful as they may charge you more hidden fees!

If it wasn't for Dr. Ijaz, Dr. Ford and all of the amazing staff at this clinic, I don't think my cat would be alive right now. The care and compassion of all of these remarkable people... I will never be able to thank you all enough. You have truly made my Christmas ❤️

Some of the best care and customer service I have experienced at a veterinary clinic. They are open later than most, both the receptionist (Jasmin at the time) and Dr. Jas were truly caring and compassionate, over and beyond helpful, patient and thorough explaining options including respective costs, and prioritized the care of my unwell cat even when it meant staying a tiny bit after the clinic’s closing time. Unfortunately I did have to let my kitty go (at an after hours vet hospital), but I’ll still always appreciate the care we got at Lifetime and will go there again with any future pets. Thank you!

Always a great experience when I bring my cat in for her check ups and dental clean. I like the fact that they gave me a call the day after to see how my cat was doing.

Was so grateful to finally found such an amazing professional vet.doctor..Dr.Kathryn Anne Ford Diaz who finally found the strange problem of my Terrier Mica..Upon searching for vets and clinics on that week...all my deep concerns was clearly looked after.Instead of jumping to all conclusions and suggestions to have all lab.checks to be done though only bloodworks she advised...Finally after the sedation and an hour of waiting she found the cause of her loss of appetite and not drinking..Now my dog is eating well after the treatment and was a happy dog now...I can say my dog found a miracle..My deep gratitude and thanks for ur quick professional assesment...not to go around places for help when nothing was clear to me but all expensive procedures to be done...I admire this vet.doctor..She's highly recommendable being so gentle,a good listener and proffessional...As well as the staff infront desk...Thank you and I will be returning to u as regular client....????????????????

Our visit to Lifetime Veterinary Clinic was untimely and frantic as our dog was in more dire straits than we had originally thought. However it was also incredibly reassuring as Dr. Mehdi was able to quickly to properly diagnose Sawyer (our 6 year old Pitbull) and recognized she was not doing well after, what seemed like an innocent fall, turned out to be a life threatening incident. It was clear that she was in the best veterinary hands, he kissed her on the head and hugged her as he told her it was going to be okay. That goes a long way when you're incredibly upset and unsure of what is to come. That was the reassuring part of the untimely, frantic experience as it was clear that he was a true animal lover. His credentials in his field are also cream of the crop and was evident in our visit. Nothing but thanks to Dr. Mehdi and the staff. We are so thankful to have made the decision go here.

This vet gave my pet unnecessary medication even after stating that he believed it to be a highly contagious fungal infection. He blamed my husband for him not taking a skin scraping, he had no excuse for not using a UV light test. He argued with me when I explained to him that I feel he is trying to just get more money out of this while subjecting my entire household to a contagion that can be passed from pet to human. Would not ever recommend this vet. I diagnosed my animals myself! And was confirmed on their ailment the day after we saw this vet. ????????????????????????

I live in the Downtown area and I drive here so that Dr. Radnic can see my dog. I drive 3 hours there and back and it is worth it. I had a cat as well and unfortunately I went to a place closer to home and wasted 4 months like that and then it was too late to battle a very aggressive cancer. So from now on, Dr. Radnic is the only vet I need to know, He has knowledge, experience and compassion. Each time he found the best treatment for my dog which worked really well. Very nice people work here too and it is a pleasant environment. They also give donations to SPCA,.I warmly recommend this place.
