Lansdowne Animal Hospital Richmond, Washington

You took sample of my pet last Friday and I was told that I would be contacted Monday for the results. I called in Monday afternoon and you promised to call me after hour the same day. No call. I called in again Tuesday morning and was told the Dr would call soon. Had to call again in the afternoon since still not hearing anything back. Dr finally called and explained the result. I requested for the estimate for more tests needed. Dr said I could call to ask assistants for it. Called today, was told the estimate was not finished but will be emailed to me today. Now it's 9:45pm, I got nothing. If you can't do something, do not promise. I feel like I have to constantly follow up for things you guys are supposed to provide as part of the service! So unprofessional! It's like you don't care about my pet's health so that you take however long despite me being the parent is worried sick. Don't bother to give me the estimate. I don't trust you with my cat. I'll go elsewhere and will not recommend any pet owners about your store based on my experience. 1/19/2022

I've been bringing my dog and rabbits to this clinic for many years, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable and trustable vet clinic. Dr. Rana and his entire staff have always been so caring and friendly to me and my pets. They are very informative and provide all the available options and treatments. I can confidently say that I trust my pets with them 100%, and I don't trust anyone except for family and very close friends. I've brought my little girl, Kola, to other vets for emergency because Lansdowne was closed, and it's a night and day difference with how they treat her. They are so cold and impatient with her when she is nervous and hesitant to examine her, which is very upsetting to see because it is normal for animals to be scared at a clinic. They also try and upsell on other treatments that have nothing to do with what we came there for in the first place. After these terrible experiences, I vowed never to go to other clinics unless it was an emergency. At Lansdowne, they treat my pets like they are their own and genuinely care about the work that they do. Sadly, Kola was recently diagnosed with Malignant Oral Melanoma, and my fiancé and I are so devastated and heartbroken by this tragic news. Dr. Rana has been so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Although his schedule has been quite busy, he managed to fit Kola in right away for x-rays/biopsy and makes time to call me to explain the test results as well as the next steps. Dr. Rana even said to reach out anytime we need anything, which meant a lot. I am truly so grateful that he is the vet that has been treating Kola because, from my experience, he is truly the best vet out there :) From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for everything, Dr. Rana/staff, for making things easier for us during this very tough time.

So basically I had an appointment, but they didn’t tell me the exact time only told me on Monday morning. Then Monday morning around 9:30 they called me and told me that they have to charge for $300 for no-show appointment. First time heard that! WTF….

Where do I even begin? I am so very grateful to Dr. Rana and the entire team at Lansdowne Animal hospital. They have taken excellent care of my very sick cat. My cat has multiple and complex health issues and we went to 6 previous veteranians with no success whatsoever. I was literally spending thousands and my cat was getting worse and worse. No one could help us. We were feeling very frustrated and helpless as our cats health was starting to deteriorate very rapidly. Out of desperation, we decided to give Landowne Animal Hospital a try. They were able to see our cat quickly and immediately after our first visit I knew kitty was in very good hands! Dr. Rana took the time to answer every single question (without ever getting defensive). We never felt rushed at any point. He has a very calm and gentle demeanor and a great deal of knowledge and experience. He even got us a last minute-same day referral with an excellent specialist. His prices are more than fair and his support staff are amazing as well. (Especially Ali and Ashley.) They are all so great about getting back to you quickly and answering any questions you may have. I really regret not coming here sooner. Thank you so much for helping us! ????

Service is really great. They phone you to remind you about appointments and are very thorough with your animals. Currently, only one person us allowed in with their pet to curb covid-19 spread and you can get your documentation emailed to you.

They helped my family when our cat reached the end of her life, euthanizing her with kindness and love. They were patient and understanding, giving us time to say goodbye. The evening hours are very convenient.

I have been bringing my dog there since he was a puppy and all the staff there is very friendly. They follow up with how my dog is doing after each visit. Dr. Rana is also very helpful and informative, as well as very caring. I have complete trust that my dog is in good hands!

Me and my friends brought our puppies here for a full body examination and vaccines and i just want to say that Dr.Rana was very thorough with the examinations and very informative as to what our puppies needs. I used to bring my old dog and Persian kitty to this clinic and the main reason why I keep coming back is because Dr.Rana seems like an honest person and truly cares for he animals. Me and family just went through a very painful loss of our pet dog Jackie. My wife made me promise we would never get another dog again after losing 3 in the last 20 years. After seeing the way Dr. Rana dealt with us and our dog during this difficult time I am sure my wife will re-consider her opinion. When you have such a caring doctor for your pet, you have half the battle won already. Dr Rana, for me and my dogs you are a saint. I owe you forever for the way you handled them.

I won’t recommend this animal hospital at all. Their attitude is good but I don’t believe they are professional and experienced. My ragdoll was said overweight yr ago and advised to have Hill's diet food which were sold at the hospital. During eating that food, my cat threw up sometimes. We found it not grain- free food. Then we divided to change back to Blue. But since then, my cat have the problem of soft poo. Never have a chance of recovery. I have paid a lot for the tests but did not receive a good explanation and treatment.

Waiting time is tooooooooo long. We made an appointment at 4pm last time, they just made us wait for almost an hour without any reason. Will never go to this place ever again!!!!!
